#foodchallenge I really craved TB fierce it's been over a month since the release of naked chicken chalupa so I ordered a grande meal with medium soda 11.and change. Which feeds 5. But took the challenge to see if I could eat all 10 items. I paced myself got up 3 times and managed to eat 9 tacos I could have made it to ten but I substituted the last taco for a burrito and it was just a struggle to eat the 9th taco. So far no digestive distress even had two slices of pizza for dinner. So next time I think I have to revisit the ten pack challenge. 10/2017 Food 5 Ambiance 5 Service 4 Location 4 Value 4.

Honestly it's my first time in America and I wanted to try some authentic Mexican tacos so I came to Taco Bell they told me the best tacos were crunch wrap so I got the crunch wrap it wasn't crunchy as expected to be they also told me Di have no chicken those nugget heads made me pay before telling me they had no chicken honestly very disappointed with their actions and like they say I can speak out and then words so I would think I text the manager they said they did have chicken butt and the picture picture down below describes how I feel when I came to the Taco Bell

    Baja Blast and disappointment.

I took a quick trip to this Taco Bell today, just getting a Baja Blast and a soft taco. Sadly, the entire restaurant was dirty and most things I touched were sticky. To make matters worse, I went also to use WiFi but to my surprise, their WiFi was "down". Disappointing to say the least.

The one on Tamiami Trail says it's open until 12AM so we drove over there to get some tacos at 10:18PM and it was closed.

What A Great Place! As were driving down the street towards…read morethe Naples Botanical Garden, we passed a brewery and next to it was this small Mexican restaurant. How perfect. After our nature visit, we could stop for a beverage, then get a late lunch next door. Well let me tell you, this is legit authentic Mexican. We walked over from the brewery next door. There's a patio out front with tables and umbrellas, but it was scorchingly hot and we wanted to sit inside. Not too many tables as it's small, but one opened up for the three of us. A very polite server provided menus and took our drink orders. My daughter and I both had Micheladas. You can select what beer you want in the mix. I had Modelo Negro, my daughter selected Modelo Especial. My wife had a bottle of water. No tap water here, you need to buy the bottle. We studied the menu trying to decide what to get. Everything we could see others eating looked great and tacos seemed to be the popular meal. Our Micheladas came out and these were festive. Large mugs, rimmed with a pretty zippy tahin and pepper blend, filled with the beer and a slightly spicy tomato juice mix. Very flavorful. A something new for us was the addition of a tamarind straw. It's a plastic straw, covered with a sweet spicy tamarind blend. They actually call it candy. You use it to stir your drink and then nibble on the candy. What a great fun thing to add to a drink. By the way, the Michelada was excellent. I enjoyed licking the tajin seasoned rim with each sip, just like a salted rim on a margarita. Still studying the menu, we ordered the Choriqueso appetizer. The basket came out with fresh fried corn tortilla chips and a bowl of queso cheese with chorizo sausage crumbled into it. Runnier than most cheese dips we're used to, but enjoyable nonetheless. Finally we ordered our meals. Al Pastor Tacos for my wife, Chorizo and Steak Tacos and Quesabirria Quesadilla for my daughter and Caldo de Camaron for myself. In just a few minutes, our delights were delivered and the feast began. All of the meats in the tacos and quesadilla were excellent. Great flavors and no skimping on the meats. Onions, cilantro and self squeezed lime punched up the flavors. The quesabirria come with an au jus style dipping sauce that was perfect. My shrimp soup was spectacular. Easily shareable, but I accepted the challenge to eat this myself. Served with numerous warm tortillas, chopped onions, cilantro and lime, I put it all in. A very light yet flavorful broth and as the pic shows, loaded with flavorful shrimp. I enjoyed every spoonful. A wonderful soup. As with most authentic Mexican restaurants, you are made to feel that \you are their guest. They will never make you feel that you've overstayed and if you want your check, you just go to the register at the counter. Looking forward to our next trip there.

Inside feels like you are dining in a small village in Mexico. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Our drinks and food arrived fairly quickly. The shoutouts go to the Quesabirria taco plate (so flavorful) and the mixed fajitas (chicken seasoned perfectly and a generous amount of meat)! We would go back for both of those plates. The Al Pastor taco was average tasting, a bit on the dry side. The tamale was also just average. It might have been a bad batch, because it totally fell apart and the meat inside could have been more flavorful. The beans were tasty, but very runny, almost like bean soup. The margaritas were good, you couldn't taste the tequila, but it was definitely there. And, how can you go wrong with a cold Modelo with a lime slice and a shot of salt??? The chips were thin and crisp, the salsa's were more like sauces to us. The red was thick and quite hot, the green was thin and spicy but not too hot. Mixing them together formed an ideal blend. We recommend giving La Casa Del Taco a try!

Each visit over the past couple years we've made sure to return; simple walk over to the restaurant since we used to stay at the Hilton a couple blocks away... and even now that we don't stay that close, we made an effort to detour all the way over because the food is that good and the staff are pretty awesome. The wife continues to order their superb margaritas and different taco plates; she does love those tacos. As for me, I rarely drink but now and then I treat myself to a fruity frozen drink and if at Don Tequila I got myself a frozen Mango Margarita (with a sugar rim; not masculine but delicious nonetheless); and for a guy that rarely drinks, I also ended up with a Strawberry Margarita. Ended up with a Chicken and Steak Fajitas dinner on our latest visit. Food was deliciously seasoned... steak was awesome but the chicken was a bit overcooked (dry) but a dab more sour cream and guacamole on the tortilla and it's still great.

My wife and I had been here before & it was wonderful so it pains me to write this review; friendly, cheerful waitress, great service & the food was delicious. Not so much this time. It was crowded but we got a table right away. It took about 15 minutes for our drink order to come out, but it was kinda busy. After about another half hour, one of our four meals came out; then it was crickets. Our waitress never came back to the table; no one else made eye contact with us. We saw at least a dozen meals delivered to tables after we got our one meal, but no other meals or contact with us. After 20 minutes of waiting for the other 3 meals we cut our losses and went to the counter and asked for the bill. A man (appeared to be the owner) brought the bill out & offered a half hearted apology but no offer to comp us for the drinks (it looks like they did not charge for the meal we got). I realize things happen, but had this man (manager?) just apologized for what happened & told us that we owed nothing I honestly would have been ok with it and not even taken the time to write this review. However that wasn't the case. Like I said, our previous experience was great, so here's my recommendation: If they are not busy I'd suppose you will have a great experience; if busy you might want to pass...
