Went through the drive thru. I wanted to try the bronco sauce with the jalapeño poppers because TikTok made me do it. I saw they had chicken strips and order those too. I never come to Arby's. It didn't disappoint. The jalapeños were tasty especially with this magical bronco sauce. Chicken strips were good too. I paid $12 for 3 chicken strips, jalapeño poppers and a Dr Pepper. The bread was toasted inside out and that's not bad.I can deal with that , but the turkey meet was really icky. It was slimy chunks on turkey. Arby's is usually a very safe place to get food from, it's simplistic and tastes fairly okay every time I go there. I went there recently again, getting what I normally do except this time I got a different drink. My regular order is a classic roast beef with some sort of soda and curly fries, this time I got a chocolate shake instead of the soda. The shake was very delicious, it was satisfying to the tongue and the fries were very fresh, leaving the little cup they come in warm to the touch. The only real problem I had was my sandwich, but even then it wasn't that bad and I could bear through the taste. The meat felt a little flat, or dry? Something of that sort. It just tasted slightly off than what I was used to in the past that I've been there. There wasn't really any major issue I had with it, it just had a different taste than the sandwiches I remember in my previous visits. All in all, it was still really good and I felt very content with my meal after eating it. It's not some revolutionary restaurant, but I don't mind it. read more

I truly enjoy a Classic Roast Beef sandwich at Arby's, but there isn't one very close to me. So anytime I'm in Naples proper, I head over to this location for a sandwich and some curly fries. Like most fast food places affected by Covid-19, they are understaffed and the service isn't that great. They could use someone to clean the floors, tables an bathrooms more regularly. And I was missing two things from my order but that was quickly fixed once pointed out, and there was nothing rude about their response. I also like that this is located right by a Target and Taco Bell, and it's right on a cute man-made little pond which makes it a fast food restaurant with a view. read more

I do enjoy a good roast beef and cheese sandwich from here. Always the first item I order. I visited Arby's today for my weekly cheat day. I walked in and it was very clean inside. I ordered a classic beef and cheese combo with curly fries, an 8 piece of jalapeño poppers with ranch, and a coke zero to give it a little razzle dazzle (Fitness is my passion). I never come to Arby's for roast beef. That being said it is a Friday in Lent and I wanted to try their new fish sandwich. I ordered what I believe to be the deluxe which has cheese on the sandwich. It was properly made with just the proper amount of tartar sauce. The fish sandwich also had the correct amount of crunchy and most importantly it did not have a strong fish smell. Would I come back? I love Arby's. My mom used to work at one of their locations that has since closed down. I was just a child then but it definitely shaped me as an adult... Round. She would come home with sacks of Junior Roast Beef and Cheddars back in the 5 for 5 days. Lasted several days. I'd hide them from my brothers so I'd have lunch. Stopped in today for lunch and according to other reviews, the drive-thru is a trap. Completely true. However, all is nullified when you see their new sandwich, The Arbynator. Roast beef, melted cheddar, horsey sauce, Arby's sauce and freakin' curley fries! I bit into this thing and my hand looked like it'd been put through a grinder. A delicious sauce glazed grinder that needed to be licked clean. And it was. I was disappointed to hear they had discontinued the Jr. Roast Beef so I had to get the larger size. Makes sense from a business standpoint but a part of me died today. Because of sadness, not the Arbynator. Yet. I guess I never noticed the long wait times in the drive-thru because I usually go inside. They have a Lego table for kids or adult-sized goofballs trying to cling on to their childhood and Jr. Roast Beef sandwiches. Move on, Well. Also, when dining in there's a bell you can ring upon departure if you were satisfied with your visit. Fast food with a few different options than most of the usuals. Very busy at week day lunch. Takes a little longer than most of the usual fast food choices, but worth it. Love the potato cakes and mozzarella sticks. So hot and crunchy. The green chocolate mint shake was the best I have had in a long while. Friendly staff, and relatively clean place. It's is a horrible place I got food poisoning from it,the meat always looks raw and uncooked,it's slimes,the fires are still frozen,the saw is always liquidy and it shouldn't be that watery they give me more ice then drink and the workers are so rude they are the 2 Karen's and it smells like old people. This Arby's was good but definitely not the best one I've been too. Considering how busy it was I don't think they should have cold fries. On a positive note Arby's has a jamoca shake that is absolutely amazing and this Arby's made a good one. My Beef and Cheddar was yummy. Wife's salad was good. It would be nice if cheese was a side item on the salads. I mean some people want to eat healthy and can't have cheese. Place was pretty clean. You'll Love This," and "Burgers Done Better," how could I resist? And just maybe I'd discover an alternative to Five Guys' ground beef heaven. Although Arby's specialty is roast beef, it should know something about hamburgers, as the parent company, Triarc Company, Inc., also owns Wendy's. The Wendy's/Arby's Group, as it's called, is the third largest quick-serving restaurant company--those in the biz don't use the words "fast food"--in the industry, with about 10,000 restaurants in their system. 3,750 of them are Arby's, which opened its first restaurant in 1964.
