Never eaten at one of these so I thought I would give it a try. I thought it was closed when I pulled up. No one in the drive through not a single car in the lot. I went in and ordered a delux butter burger. She asked me what I wanted on it? Huh? Is this subway? I said just regular the way you make it. I was told it only comes with meat and cheese and you have to tell them the rest....here's what the website says "Wisconsin cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pickles, sweet red onion and our signature mayo" So I said thank you and left. Absolute joke. Leave you piled up in a drive thru for 30 min while they serve every car around me but can't leave. Customer service was rude at best. This place should just fold up and roll out if this is the best they can do. read more

Very friendly atmosphere, the people where helpful with the menu items. We really loved the turtle custard in the pint they serve. Overall it didn't take long to get our food. read more

I love me some cheeseburgers, and this place is my new go to. First of all, its super nice inside, very clean. Excellent customer service. The gentleman made suggestions for my first visit. I got the double bacon cheeseburger and I'm stuffed but already craving another! They are made to order so if you don't order ahead, you are given a number and the food is brought to you. I ate inside. If you go drive through, they will bring it to your car. Also there is an option to order ahead for pick up. There are also numbers on each table with a q code. I'm assuming you can scan, get the menu online and order from your table so no line standing! That's great tech right there :) I'm usually not a fan of crinkle fries, however, their's were perfectly crispy and not overly thick like most. After I ate, i was perusing my phone while i digest that yumminess. My trey and trash was picked up for me. I'm telling you for a fast food burger place, this was the best service! I had to take a pint of the frozen custard to go. I was asked if I wanted a bag and spoon and it was packaged for me to go. Excellent food, outstanding service!!!! read more

Culver's is so good! Best fast food in the city. If your review is based off the opening week service I don't think that's fair at all. I would also like to add that if you're complaining about the price just stick with gross Wendy's and McDonalds. You clearly have no taste. I highly recommend the burgers, pretzels bites, cheese curds, fried shrimp with cheese cause and of course my favorite the lemon ice with strawberry. It's perfect! The owner is sweet and cares about customer service. The awesome thing about Culver's is that it's a clean restaurant, literally they scrub down everything machines, floors and all. What others restaurants do that? I'll wait. This is my favorite fast food place and I recommend it. read more

I'm so glad that Culver's is now open in Mobile! This location has been open a week now, and it's already had to close its dining room due to staffing shortages. The drive through is open, and the line is always long (but does move pretty quickly). I've always loved their butterburgers and concrete mixers, and those (along with everything else on the menu I've tried) are very good at this location. Not the cheapest place in town, but you certainly get what you pay for here! read more

Went to the drive thru and order two Northwoods Walleye Fish Dinners with French Fries and Cole Slaw, Cheese Curds and a Chocalate Shake. When I got home NO Cheese Curds and NO Cole Slaw. I spent way to much money to not get my whole order. Next time I will go to a real Seafood Resturant. read more

My friend and I both ordered the mushroom Swiss single burger. I had to send mine back because it was cold. I was excited to see cheese curds on the menu. These tasted more like mozzarella sticks than cheese curds. We were too full to try their ice cream but from what I saw after lunch, that's what a lot of people were coming in there for. read more

I understand this is newly opened, and will start by saying the staff was extremely nice. I have been to other Culver's in the north previously and never had to wait 40 minutes from the time we pulled up at the drive thru (inside was closed - time was 7:10) to when we pulled away from the restaurant. 5 minutes later we arrived at home to find our burgers were cold, fries not hot and the sweet tea did not have ice and it wasn't sweet. Bonus was we received an extra order of room temperature fries!! I know this is a good chain and I hope with time things will get better....good luck. read more

Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 concrete mixers, just for the them to be confused as to why we were still at the window waiting. Maybe it's just this night's shift, but the young girl at the window had an attitude. She comes back trying to be confrontational saying "Y'all did pay" two times. Okay..so if we paid where is the ice cream. That's what we were explaining. Just for the ice cream to have 1 Oreo and 7 crumbs. read more

My first time at Culver's and had a butter burger combo. The burger was above average but really nothing special. The fries were average to below average. The drive thru service was efficient. If I go again, I'll skip the combo and just get a burger but I probably won't be back since Five Guys is closer and better. Both are expensive for burgers. read more

First time here... won't be back to this location. Never tried Culver's before, so thought I'd try it out..$6.99 burger, add $3.40 to make it a combo then add another $2.50 to make the drink frozen lemonade? So like $14 for a small combo.. boo.. for the quality definitely not worth it. Average tasting burger, nothing special, fries had no salt, waited 20 minutes in drive through with minimal card ahead of me. Got no napkins with my order and the strawberry lemonade had huge hunks of strawberries throughout making it hard to drink out of their straw and as a personal preference something I'm not a fan of. You're better off spending $14 at a real restaurant for a burger combo. read more

We love the burgers, the onion rings, the diet root beer, the custard, and the fast and friendly service.

Had the fish and chips dinner, it was ok. The cement mixer is like a blizzard and was good. We will try it again and get a burger next time.

For years, I thought Wendy's Chili was the best I've eaten. Today was my first day to visit the new Culvers Restaurant in Mobile on Airport Blvd. I ordered the Deluxe Double Cheeseburger, George's Chili Supreme, and Vanilla Milkshake. I really enjoyed my meal, but now can claim that their George's Chili is better than Wendy's. I have now found my new favorite restaurant. Great burgers made with real meat (you can tell the difference) and quality ingredients at a cheap price. Excellent crisp salad with an amazing house vinegraitte. Milkshakes are AMAZING!!! Staff was super nice and friendly. Place was clean and very well maintained with a laid back atmosphere. All in all, I will be visiting again soon! read more
