I'd love to leave a better review, but Culver's completely dropped the ball on our order. We placed an $80 order, got home, and realized they forgot an entire meal. Mistakes happen, but how they handled it was ridiculous. We called immediately, expecting a simple fix, but they refused to issue a refund over the phone. Their only "solution" was for us to drive all the way back to either get the food they forgot or a refund. At that point, it wasn't worth our time, but it's beyond frustrating that they wouldn't just process a refund to our card like any reasonable business would. We even waited and spoke with the manager, but she was not helpful at all. A place that prides itself on customer service should do better. We won't be back. read more

I go to Culvers about weekly, they always have fresh cooked, still warm, very good food! Chicken tenders are lightly breaded and moist, fish filets are very good, fresh cooked and moist, shrimp are also delicious, hot and moist, fresh cooked, great cocktail sauce. One of the things that I believe Culver's does best starts with their hiring. The staff running the place are teenagers, clearly some of the best of the best. Then, they are obviously training them well, with an emphasis on customer service. They have the rhythm down, ordering, delivering food, whether in the dining room or pulled forward at the drive through. And any questions or concerns they handle with ease. I love to bring my kids on a Friday night to walk the car show on the adjacent lot and we've cashed in many a ticket to get the footballs and basketballs my kids play with at the park. This Culver's is usually busy but have still had great experiences. Went in a group and we got our food right away. Half of us had to wait 15 mins or so to get our custard. After a while, a nice blonde girl asked us what we were waiting for, got the custard right away, and said we could take a couple free pints of their store made custard for our trouble! I really enjoy an occasional sundae from Culver's. However, this time I received about half of what I normally get. Not that big of a deal until I take it inside of the restaurant to let them know and hopefully have it corrected and about eight employees just look at me when I make my comments and they do nothing. Pretty bad, especially for the amount of money. We ordered, the teen kid behind the counter got us squared away, but his buddy was pretty unpleasant. We had our two kids with us, it was dinner time so the place was semi-bumping, and his buddy walked back from break with quite the string of curse words. Not like he was in the back out of ear shot either, they were standing right there in front of us. Talking about his dick and balls to one of the other teen gals standing behind the counter. She was laughing about it, so at least Culver's won't get sued for sexual harassment. We took our number and found a seat away from that guy. They brought our order, which was completely wrong. They came back after we told them what was wrong, and they still messed it up. They wanted to take it again, but screw it at this point, we wanted to eat, so we scraped off the cheese, and additional toppings that weren't ordered, so we could get out of there. Burgers were small, chicken fingers cooked so long they were dark brown and like eating solid wood. The kids weren't happy, we weren't happy, and Culver's staff didn't give a rat's ass because they were too busy mingling behind the counter. We all ended up with a stomach ache the next day, either from low quality food, or maybe Mr. Dick and Balls tampered with it. It wouldn't surprise me at all. This place is low class and terrible quality. Definitely will not be back. No place for a kids, no place for anyone wanting a quick, correct meal. read more

Culver's burgers are my go to for fast food burgers, other than Runza! And so are their fries!! Love their butter burgers, a little greasy but really rich and delicious. The resturaunt has improved greatly since they remodeled and cleaned it up! Staff is friendly and service is pretty quick! Their frozen custards are really good and old fashioned! So that makes them even better!! Overall this location sticks in the running with every other Culvers I have been to! Friendly, fast service, good burgers and fries, and a clean dining area! When I moved to Lincoln a few months ago, I was so glad to hear there was a Culver's so close and I knew I would be stopping by often! With the craziness of COVID-19, I can stop by and grab a meal through the drive through without wasting time. The custard is a must, along with the cheese curds, and I can always find something for anyone that sounds good. My only downside is the location, which you can't really help because that area is one I don't ever want to spend too much time in. On a slow Sunday afternoon the counter person took our order for a single butter burger to go for my grandson. On the way out of town he discovered they gave him a double cheeseburger. Since my grandson will not eat cheese and this was specified at order time, we turned arouund and drove back. They took the cheeseburger back and replaced it with a single burger. I asked if they could include a complimentary single scoop of ice cream for our inconvenience and tHe answer was no it's against ouR policy to give food. After two Years I decided to try Culvers once more. I usually got their Fried Chicken Dinner or Cod Fish dinner. On two out of Four times the fried Chicken was less than acceptable. It was either over cooked, or had set in the Warmer for a long time. I have found that if you dine in the food seems to be better than the drive up window. The last order I purchased two of the Cod Dinners at the drive through window. We got home and set down to eat when we discovered that part of our dinners were missing. I called the store to speak with a manager about this. The person that answered claimed to be a manager and spoke very broken english. He took the information and said he would give it to the Owner Manager. Now , Three days later and I have had no responce from anyone. This is another example of how they treat Customers. I'd much rather go to Runza. Same price but Runza is much more satisfying. I walked in there with my sister for the first time a few days ago and it was a terrible experience. The place smelled dusty and disgusting for some odd reason and my sister agreed with me because the smell was strong. The cashiers consisted of one teenage girl that doesn't smile at all and looks like she hates her job and another teenage boy that smiles but does less work than the girl. The order took way longer than it should have because I ordered before other customers, yet they got their food faster. It must have took 15-20 minutes from the time I walked in and the time I walked out (I ordered to-go). The food was not filling whatsoever and I ordered a meal.
