So, apparently, 9:45 p.m. is the new 10 p.m. (i.e., closing time) at this location. Went to the drive-thru Friday night at 9:45 and was greeted with a pre-recorded message that said, "Thank you for your visit; unfortunately we're closed . . . " I know the other three cars in the drive-thru got the same message. I get it, I was in high school once, too, and wanted to get off work as soon as possible on a Friday night to go drink and hook up. But it doesn't make for a good business model. I used to love chic-fil-a, but the last 4-5 times I've gotten it, the chicken quality has been absolutely horrible. It hasn't even been edible, I end up throwing it away because it's so bad. They're handling the Covid situation very well. the employees have good communication between eachother and handle the multitude of cars in the drive thru with ease. I stopped in this Chik-fil-A a couple months ago and it was an amazing experience. The employees are super nice and the food is always hot and fresh. They even have mouthwash in the bathrooms! The prices are a tad higher than I would want to pay for a chicken sandwich but I understand why they are that way. If I'm in Lincoln again, I will definitely stop by this Chik-fil-A again. read more

Busy busy place. Long lines but you shuffle through in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and upbeat. Food arrived quickly and correctly. Fries were a bit over done for my taste. But the chicken was perfect. Manager came around asking how things were and if we needed anything. My friends and I drove all the way from Hastings Nebraska to this Chick-Fil-A in Lincoln. It was worth the drive! The staff was so kind and accommodating. The owner was talking to the guests, cleaning up, and serving food. He came over to our table and had a short conversation with us. We told him that we came an hour and half just for chick-Fil-a! He came back to our table with warm cookies and gift cards as a thank you and an incentive to make sure we come back. This was one of the best chick-fil-a experiences I have ever had! Our first time was not so good! We went thru the drive thru. Our order was wrong and didn't get our chocolate shake. We had to go back and go in to get our shake. Told them no whip cream and they gave it to me with whip cream. We waited a long time in drive thru then had to wait more for them to get the shake right. Very disappointed. We were so excited to try it, but couldn't get close for weeks. Finally it slowed enough for us to get in, we found it wasn't worth it. I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets, fruit cup and soda. Hub got the original chick fil a and waffle fries and a frosted lemonade. Kiddo got crispy chicken nuggets, waffle fries and a milk shake. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Our food came out quickly and hot. I was confused at first though because my nuggets were in s little reuse able plastic dish no bigger than a cup, kind of the size of a fancy feast cat food container. I opened them to find little bitty hunks of chicken no bigger than a quarter in diameter. They tasted very good, but were no where near a meal sized portion. And no where near looking like the menu board. My fruit cup was maybe three slices of strawberries, 8 blueberries and the rest apples. And it was extra as a 'premium' side My pop was really good though. Hub's sandwich was ok, but much like we make at home. Hub said it reminded him of something off of Wendy's value menu. His and kiddos waffle fries were tasteless and in desperate need of salt. He did rather enjoy his lemonade though. Kiddos crispy nuggets were more like popcorn chicken. Very disappointing. Cost $25 and as kiddo says, 'well those were nice appetizers'. We had to go to Taco Bell for our supper. read more

I've been here a few times since it opened. It's always fairly busy, which is not surprising. The food is very good and the staff is friendly. Even with it being so busy, I've never had to wait very long for my food. Even if you do have to wait for a bit it is worth it and they bring your food to your table so you don't have to wait at the counter. I tried the breakfast for the first time today. It did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. read more

Ate lunch there today. The temperature of the chicken strips were cool, not even warm. I was on lunch break and there is a long line at the counter, so I ate them. Before I left I did catch up with the manager/owner and pointed out to him my disappointment in the chicken, at which I found a bigger disappointment in him wanting to get back to his chat with his buddies, rather than satisfying a customer, or going to the kitchen to check out the problem. read more

I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I tried a spicy chicken sandwich and my gf tried the fried nuggets. The sandwich was very blah. It really had no flavor and was a below average chicken sandwich, not very spicy either. The Nuggets were extremely tiny and also didn't have much to offer in terms of flavor, even with the dipping sauce. The staff was friendly and the service was quick for how busy it was but I honestly can't understand why people eat here. I won't be again. read more
