I LOVE Chipotle, and this is my favorite location! I've had great service here EVERY time. Have gotten free food for my birthday, also got free food when my order was wrong once (and I actually think it was my fault, for not watching more closely). The burritos are great, the bowls are great, the guacamole is out of this world! I really enjoy the atmosphere, too. More cozy and relaxed than other locations I've checked out (though the others weren't necessarily bad). This is where I go to reward or treat myself! Oh! I almost forgot--I've even placed my order online a few times, during the busy lunch period, and then have been able to walk right in, skip the line, and pick up my order. Awesome!!! read more

Online orders take an hour to fill. I could have gone through the line 6x as long as I waited.

The worst service ever.We put in an online order and even after an hour it was not ready and the associate asked us to stand in the long line again to get our order.Gross mismanagement and filthy service.Really unhygienic. They were not even cleaning and the food was all over the floor. read more

the food is not the issue. chipotles food is delicious and apparently it's a problem because EVERY single time i've ordered there's always SOME kind of issue. i have ordered chipotle so many times. they are RARELY ever in stock with the cilantro lime sauce and i only like to eat my food with it and when i get it delivered it doesn't tell me that they are out until after i've payed and it's on its way. that's the MAIN problem, just a few days ago i had an 11 hours shift at work and i just wanted some chipotle because it's right next to where i work, and that time they were out of chicken, it wasn't even that late in the day and they told me it was gonna be a while til the new chicken was done cooking, so i CANNOT stress this enough they are HORRIBLE at ordering the right about of food for the day or week idk how it works but i was just gonna order some chipotle and their app AND website is down, but i don't really feel like going in because i feel like them building a bowl in front of me and me telling them what i want is just akward so i wanna do a pickup order but i can't do that. im hungry. im tired. chipotle is so good so the fact that everytime theres been something wrong is just bad business. JUST MAKE MORE CILANTRO LIME, i'm sure they can tell people really love it and if it keeps running out ITS AN EASY FIX. and the thing is the day i wanted chipotle and they ran out of chicken my co worker literally got it a little while later. so im thinking somehow they must know it's me and they like hate me or something. read more

The pinto beans where completely flavorless and a little crunchy. The rice was very hard and dry. The chicken had no flavor and was squishy. The chips were brown and over cooked and one of the workers didn't know the difference between pinto and mild. read more

Nice employees but there was a gal who was being rude to her employees and she can't even roll a burrito right like???? It's extremely awkward to watch her yell at a kid behind the counter read more

Not only did they barely put and rice or meat in my bowl and burrito but they also didn't give me the chips I paid for or my receipt! I would not recommend and would qdoba or anywhere else so you can get what you pay for! read more

Ordered pickup & paid for a side of chips & queso, the queso was amazing, hot, full, & delicious but received a total of like 30 greasy, stale tortilla chips. Not worth the extra $5 we paid for them. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - 30 greasy, stale Chips and Queso - Mexican Near Me - Lincoln, Nebraska

Just went in and got 2 brisket bowls.... The meat was dry and flavorless. Save your money folks, I know I am! Never again!

We've been going to this Chipotle since we moved to Lincoln 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we've rarely had a good experience, and I finally had to say something. This location needs help. We always have to clean our own table. They had a broken ice machine for weeks. The line moves very slowly no matter how many people are working behind the counter. We may try one more time. Then, we'll find another location even though it will be farther away. read more

Lousy service. When we arrived at 5:15 pm, they weren't very busy. We were waiting for others in party and wanted to clean a table off so went up to ask for cleaning stuff (all unoccupied tables were filthy). We were ignored. We could've been there to pick up a to go order but they didn't even ask about that. When we were in line to order the workers decided to clean the serving stations instead of taking our orders. They didn't even say anything like they'd be right with us. Even in ordering a couple of the employees didn't listen very well. It appeared that the manager was in a back room/office where they really needed to be out helping. read more

Service here sucks, gets busy and portion size goes out the window. I get being busy and think that management probably could support the staff more but the chipotle costs the same busy or not so more regulation on portions is needed! very messy read more

Awful service, they have a bunch of high schoolers running this place and it shows. If you ask for something, don't be surprised if they make it seem like the biggest inconvenience ever. read more

One of my go to places when I'm really hungry and don't feel like cooking. Fast and filling. Usually pretty good. Sometimes things are over salted but that can be cut by adding sour cream. read more

I had an online pick up order when I went in the store, there was a line so I went to pick up my order but it wasn't ready. I waited 15-20 mins for my order, people that came after me got their food in line before me. This has happened to me more than once at this chipotle. Horrible service read more

I went in at the opening time and The rice, beans, and meats were cold. I don't know if they are suppose to be cold. ‍. Also I requested extra queso and was asked if I was sure, bc that's an extra charge. I said yes and they then asked me again. Are you sure? However the place was clean and the service was friendly. The food is lacking. Would I go back probably not. read more

I came in to grab lunch before going to work. I realize I came in a minute or two after they opened. There was another lady in front of me. The staff behind the counter told us they wouldn't help us until all the online orders were filled and they had a stack of receipts. The lady in front of me asked about how long it would take, and the girl sounded annoyed and said maybe 6-7 minutes. They proceeded to fill the online orders and kept telling other staff that they were to only fill online orders first and not help the line of people filling up behind me. When they got to my order after 7 ish minutes, they were not kind there was no "thank you for waiting" nothing. Just what do you want on your bowl. When filling my bowl everything was just slopped into the bowl. There is sour cream all over the outside of my bowl and all over the edges. Then I had to stand at the register for about 5 minutes waiting to check out because the girl running the register was more concerned with the online orders. She kept repeating that the online orders were to be filled before guests in line. When I finally was able to pay she threw everything in a bag and slid it over to me. This was absolutely the worst customer service. I have worked in retail for 15+ years and honestly couldn't believe how there were at least 7 people working (maybe more, people kept popping out of nowhere) and the focus was more on the online orders and literally ZERO customer service at all. I definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

The food is pretty descent, but dang, they skimpy with the meat. (Pause) I used to ask, "Can I get a little bit more asada please?" Then they'd look at their coworkers scared for their job or something, so I just pay for extra meat on my burrito. So it'll be extra money for another measly scoop of meat which basically evens out to one regular scoop at the end. If it wasn't for that I think they'd get 5 stars. read more

Never again! My orders are almost always wrong. Today my food was cold AND they forgot my queso. When I spend over $15 on a meal it better be complete and warm. Also had a random piece of lettuce on there, which I did not order. They use Door Dash for delivery which is horrible. Fed up! read more

The food is okay at this Chipotle location. It's always busy so the food is generally fresh. The service is slow at times and the lines can get super long. Overall, this is a standard spot where you know what you're getting! read more

I am so disgusted with this restaurant I will never order from them again!! How hard is it to fill an order correctly?! They have screwed up our delivery order twice in the last three weeks! When it happened the first time I called and was told they have a third party delivery service so they couldn't bring me the correct order but they would refund us our money. I checked our checking account a week later to verify we had been refunded...No refund! So I contacted the store and was given all this BS about how the refund request has to be sent to corporate for approval and once approved it will hit our bank account within 5-7 days. Guess what? No refund!! Due to the times we decided to give them another try. Guess what? Our order was screwed up again! Obviously, poor service, poor management and overall poor restaurant!! Never again!!! read more

i have had multiple experiences with this location, and i'm about fed up with it. Everytime i go in, i feel unsafe around one specific worker. The name happens to be elijah. I've witnessed him spit in my food, and wipe his grimy hands all over my guac. Not only has this happened once, but numerous times. i will no longer be coming back due to the sickness i feel whenever i return. he needs to be fired or i don't know if that location will be supported let alone consider it an option. please and thank you solve this before i do. read more

Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, punctual, and professional. The food was priced appropriately and was warm and fresh. Our table and the eating areas were clean and in good order. Thanks Chipotle. read more

I love this Chipotle. I ordered from then today and everything was great. My burrito was really good and my son had a quesadilla that looked delicious. I also like how they had chocolate milk available for my son to drink. 10 out of 10 would recommend! read more

Pull it together...very disappointed in my last two visits here. The burritos have been getting more meager by the visit. Please keep it consistent! Gave them a few more chances to improve their consistency. They just want to rush you in and out the door. No standardization or care for quality. I am truly disappointed. Lost a regular customer at this location. read more

The food is great and great quality. The restaurant is very clean and they make sure of it. However, sometimes this place is real slow!

I don't know what's slower? Getting the food made? Or the big girl not wanting to bring out the to go orders??

Stopped at this location to pick up lunch. The food was average I guess but a lot of the topping bins were almost empty and the whole prep area where they dish up the food was a big mess and nothing was wiped up. I was sort of afraid to actually eat from this mess but did it as we were starving. Not heading there any time soon and hope I don't regret eating my lunch. Just turned me off completely. C'mon managers are you watching the store? read more

This place is awful. They don't consider costumers as there top priority. They mess up orders all the time with no apologies and they don't make up for it in anyway. There food sometimes isn't edible, and there always leaving something out. Plus their wait time is beyond what they promise. read more

I love Chipotle and I eat here ALL the time, especially this summer. I had it today and unfortunately this is the second time this year where I have gotten sick from it. When I get it, I usually have half a rice bowl for lunch and then the rest for dinner because there's so much. The first time I got sick, I was straight up throwing and had full on food poisoning at work which was awful. Today I ate it and a few hours later I had a terrible stomach ache and I'm afraid it'll get worse. Bye Chipotle! read more

Chipotle is amazing. I have never had a burrito that wasnt excellent. It kind of depends on who wraps it though. If you get an experienced wrapper that can handle an infant size burrito youre golden. otherwise i recommend getting a fork read more

I just went there 15 minutes before close with my friend and they were cleaning and we stood at the front and the girl just looked at us and kept cleaning. They didn't serve us or say they were closed so we just left. I go there pretty often so I'm pretty upset by this treatment. read more

Fresh and tasty food but long lines. :( The food is excellent and 5 stars for what it is. Make your own burritos. The guac is fresh and the beef and chicken is cooked well. Plenty of choices for toppings. My only issue and this issue seems to happen the last 5 or more times I have been here is the lines. For lunch or dinner the line is out the door and it can take as much as 15-20 min to get to order your food. With other faster options around skip this if you are in a hurry or visit between 2-4pm. I guess it's a good thing they are busy as they won't be going out of business anytime soon. read more

Food is terrible! This is not what I consider authentic Mexican food. I did not like the layout of the restaurant.

My family and I used to love visiting this Chipotle. Unfortunately now it has become mediocre at best. Over the last couple of months their service has not been very good. The company has tried to make their establishment more convenient with pick-up and delivery, however this has made the quality of service become poor. The serving sizes are not the size you order. The last three visits have resulted in missing food, food not ready 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time and a bowl that was not what we even ordered. This didn't happen when I would go into the store and actually watch them build the order. It will be awhile before we go back, and that is a shame. read more

Completely disappointed in the staff over lunch hour. Did not ask for extra meat let alone did not even receive extra meat yet still got charged. When I questioned the staff they did not seem to care and did not offer a refund. Was in too big of rush to get through the line. Very disappointing and not the first time this location has let us down. read more

Fast, fresh, seriously popular. The burritos are huge and I challenge anyone to power one down without making a mess. Though there is nothing that really stands out a extraordinary, it is decent for a chain. read more
