Online orders take an hour to fill. I could have gone through the line 6x as long as I waited.

the food is not the issue. chipotles food is delicious and apparently it's a problem because EVERY single time i've ordered there's always SOME kind of issue. i have ordered chipotle so many times. they are RARELY ever in stock with the cilantro lime sauce and i only like to eat my food with it and when i get it delivered it doesn't tell me that they are out until after i've payed and it's on its way. that's the MAIN problem, just a few days ago i had an 11 hours shift at work and i just wanted some chipotle because it's right next to where i work, and that time they were out of chicken, it wasn't even that late in the day and they told me it was gonna be a while til the new chicken was done cooking, so i CANNOT stress this enough they are HORRIBLE at ordering the right about of food for the day or week idk how it works but i was just gonna order some chipotle and their app AND website is down, but i don't really feel like going in because i feel like them building a bowl in front of me and me telling them what i want is just akward so i wanna do a pickup order but i can't do that. im hungry. im tired. chipotle is so good so the fact that everytime theres been something wrong is just bad business. The pinto beans where completely flavorless and a little crunchy. The rice was very hard and dry. The chicken had no flavor and was squishy. The chips were brown and over cooked and one of the workers didn't know the difference between pinto and mild. read more

Lousy service. When we arrived at 5:15 pm, they weren't very busy. We were waiting for others in party and wanted to clean a table off so went up to ask for cleaning stuff (all unoccupied tables were filthy). We were ignored. We could've been there to pick up a to go order but they didn't even ask about that. When we were in line to order the workers decided to clean the serving stations instead of taking our orders. They didn't even say anything like they'd be right with us. Even in ordering a couple of the employees didn't listen very well. I came in to grab lunch before going to work. I realize I came in a minute or two after they opened. There was another lady in front of me. The staff behind the counter told us they wouldn't help us until all the online orders were filled and they had a stack of receipts. The lady in front of me asked about how long it would take, and the girl sounded annoyed and said maybe 6-7 minutes. They proceeded to fill the online orders and kept telling other staff that they were to only fill online orders first and not help the line of people filling up behind me. When they got to my order after 7 ish minutes, they were not kind there was no "thank you for waiting" nothing. Just what do you want on your bowl. When filling my bowl everything was just slopped into the bowl. There is sour cream all over the outside of my bowl and all over the edges. Then I had to stand at the register for about 5 minutes waiting to check out because the girl running the register was more concerned with the online orders. She kept repeating that the online orders were to be filled before guests in line. When I finally was able to pay she threw everything in a bag and slid it over to me. This was absolutely the worst customer service. I have worked in retail for 15+ years and honestly couldn't believe how there were at least 7 people working (maybe more, people kept popping out of nowhere) and the focus was more on the online orders and literally ZERO customer service at all. The food is pretty descent, but dang, they skimpy with the meat. (Pause) I used to ask, "Can I get a little bit more asada please?" Then they'd look at their coworkers scared for their job or something, so I just pay for extra meat on my burrito. i have had multiple experiences with this location, and i'm about fed up with it. Everytime i go in, i feel unsafe around one specific worker. The name happens to be elijah. I've witnessed him spit in my food, and wipe his grimy hands all over my guac. I am so disgusted with this restaurant I will never order from them again!! How hard is it to fill an order correctly?! They have screwed up our delivery order twice in the last three weeks! When it happened the first time I called and was told they have a third party delivery service so they couldn't bring me the correct order but they would refund us our money. I checked our checking account a week later to verify we had been refunded...No refund! So I contacted the store and was given all this BS about how the refund request has to be sent to corporate for approval and once approved it will hit our bank account within 5-7 days. Guess what? No refund!! Due to the times we decided to give them another try. Guess what? Our order was screwed up again! Obviously, poor service, poor management and overall poor restaurant!! I love Chipotle and I eat here ALL the time, especially this summer. I had it today and unfortunately this is the second time this year where I have gotten sick from it. When I get it, I usually have half a rice bowl for lunch and then the rest for dinner because there's so much. The first time I got sick, I was straight up throwing and had full on food poisoning at work which was awful. Have gotten free food for my birthday, also got free food when my order was wrong once (and I actually think it was my fault, for not watching more closely). The burritos are great, the bowls are great, the guacamole is out of this world! I really enjoy the atmosphere, too. More cozy and relaxed than other locations I've checked out (though the others weren't necessarily bad). This is where I go to reward or treat myself! Oh! Fresh and tasty food but long lines. :( The food is excellent and 5 stars for what it is. Make your own burritos. The guac is fresh and the beef and chicken is cooked well. Plenty of choices for toppings. My only issue and this issue seems to happen the last 5 or more times I have been here is the lines. For lunch or dinner the line is out the door and it can take as much as 15-20 min to get to order your food. With other faster options around skip this if you are in a hurry or visit between 2-4pm. I guess it's a good thing they are busy as they won't be going out of business anytime soon. read more

My family and I used to love visiting this Chipotle. Unfortunately now it has become mediocre at best. Over the last couple of months their service has not been very good. The company has tried to make their establishment more convenient with pick-up and delivery, however this has made the quality of service become poor. The serving sizes are not the size you order. The last three visits have resulted in missing food, food not ready 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time and a bowl that was not what we even ordered. This didn't happen when I would go into the store and actually watch them build the order. It will be awhile before we go back, and that is a shame. read more

We love to order lunch for our work, and Chipolte is always a favorite. Unfortunately, they have changed some things and it makes it hard to make a big order! They don't take phone orders, they don't take fax orders, and their online order system glitches/doesn't work and doesn't accept gift cards!
