This chick- fil-a outlet is amazing. Efficient friendly and clean. Their staff kept asking if we were doing ok. Blown away by the cleanliness and friendliness of all of those there. Food was good too. I didnt get any pictures as it was standard chick-fil-a grub. Oh n they have sweet and spicy sriracha! Macs has to learn from them. Not everybody eats only ketchup. Always a good location! Fast, fresh, efficient, kind. The only thing I don't like about this location is their coffee is always GROSS. They seriously need to start changing out the coffee more often. I've just learned to not order coffee from here. read more

My bro-in-law and I stopped by here for some late lunch a couple weekends ago and it was a good experience. The line moved really fast and we got our food pretty quickly. the food tasted hot and fresh. The employees were nice as they always are at any Chick-fil-A. I would definitely go back. read more

The service is still the best in the fast food industry, Never have a wrong order or missing anything, food in my opinion has declined, it's still always fresh but feel the quality and taste has gone downhill, don't know if they are using a different vendor od changed the recipe, but doesn't hit like it used to. read more

Believe it or not, this was my first time ever going to a Chic Fil A drive through! If I am not mistaken, I believe the app gave me 50 extra points to go through. Since I am in Nebraska instead of California, I figured, why not? The outside of this store was very clean and both employees I encountered were very nice! Always so polite at a Chic Fil A!!! My sister in laws best friend was over and they met with their newborn sons. I bought the new mommies lunch!!! I am so happy to be an uncle again! For lunch, I ordered a 30 piece nugget with Chic Fil A sauces and an unsweetened tea and coke for them. For myself, I had a spicy chicken sandwich and a salad with the avocado lime dressing. Everything was so good as usual from this restaurant! When in NE again, I will certainly go here again, it is so close to their home! Highly recommend!!! read more

The service is very very quick! Super fast, everyone is super nice and welcoming. If I need a quick refill of a drink or change my drink they do it with no problem. Everything is super clean inside. There's at least 1-3 people cleaning the tables depending on the hour of how busy it is. Usually it's one person. read more

I can't tell you how much of a big fan I am of Chick-Fil-A, but also specifically THIS Chick-Fil-A. They're so friendly and speedy as every Chick-Fil-A is, but the one time they got my order wrong (and completely wrong) and I submitted a notice via their app when I got home. Within an hour of my submission they called me to apologize and explained exactly what happened. They refunded me and gave me additional rewards too. They have amazing rewards, and super fun giveaways and events like free original sandwich night! It can get crazy busy here during lunch or an event and they'll have someone directing traffic. From the minute you step foot towards this cfa, every sense is filled with an amazing sensation. The smells the vibe the atmosphere is everything you'd want in a place serving you food. The people that work there are like a family and it really shows. The food is obvi amazing but the management in that fast casual restaurant is MUCH better than the food. The sandwich goes nuts as usual. The fries are friend to perfection every time. Heavenly. And they always get the correct sauces and the correct amount. 12/10 7:38PM My boyfriend brought us through drive thru. We were half way to our hotel when I noticed they missed a mac and cheese from my $32 order. We turned around to go back and my boyfriend brought the entire bag of food in along with the receipt to get it corrected. A worker in a grey polo talked through the chef window using air quotes that he "missed one" and my boyfriend is "trying to get free food." I don't know about you but I don't feel comfortable eating food that has been prepared by someone who thinks we're trying to pull on one them. Disappointing experience for a brand that is usually top notch in customer service. read more

Check your Bags! I went to this location on 071619 and a sandwich was missing from my order. Typically I am pretty understanding I mean we all make mistakes. Not only is this location hard to access so it was a hassle to turn around, But the employees were very rude and made it seem like I was trying to get a free sandwich. When i approached the counter two girls just looked at me like I was interrupting their conversation. One then walked away while the other was adjusting the dirty band aid on her finger..... I will go back because the food is fantastic but I will be sure to check my bags before I leave the window... While I love chick fil a, this particular location has been a disappointment not once, but twice this week! (Yep, unashamed.. we eat at chick fil a A LOT) Both times it was an issue with breakfast. On Tuesday my daughter made it to the drive through at 10:30, only to be informed that "technically, it's 10:31 so I can't give you chicken minis" so bummed. Tried ordering a frozen tray to serve later. When I called to inquire, I was told they would need 30 minutes for a hot tray or four hours for frozen. So I ordered frozen and four hours later I arrive and they hand me a hot tray, when I told them it was supposed to be frozen they said nope, they are supposed to be hot and we can chill them ourselves. Then why the time difference? Add in that I live an hour away, and imagine my frustration when I get home to realize not only did they give me the wrong tray, they also didn't give us any sauce, despite us paying for a chick-fil-a sauce. After a really difficult day of dealing with people who were not so kind, I decide to treat myself to some junk food. I'd been meaning to try this new Chick-fil-A, and it was on my way home, so I pulled in. From the very beginning of my experience I knew this place was a cut above the rest! No intercom to speak into here. There was a real live person standing at the drive through to take my order. Not only that, but he was pleasant and polite with a huge smile that actually showed through his eyes. I asked him what I should try since I hadn't been there before. He said, "My personal favorite is the number 1 with pepper jack cheese." I said, "That's what I'll try then, because I trust your opinion." He put my order into his notebook device along with my name, wished me a good evening, and told me he hoped I would enjoy my meal. At the window, an equally pleasant and cheerful young lady called me by name and handed my food to me immediately with a huge smile, a sincere thank you, and another wish for me to have a good evening. The food was, indeed, hot and delicious. I ordered the special sauce for my sandwich and fries which was also suggested by the nice young man. It was awesome. Not only will I return for their good food, I will return because of the people there who do their jobs with efficiency, kindness, and a true joy. They made me want to work there! read more

i've had chick fli a before at the other location on the south side and it was pretty good. this location however was disgusting. everything was reheated. the fries were soggy and had no salt, the chicken strips tasted like honey and were also reheated and they filed my drink full of ice and there was barely any pop in there. if i go to chick-fil-a again, i rather drive all the way across town to go to the other one than drive 5 minutes to go to this location. not impressed read more
