This is the slowest service I've ever had at a Culvers and I'm a huge Culvers fan. I've been here a few times and every time something gets screwed up. Things are missing, people don't know what's going on, etc. Sad for a Culvers. read more

After the new owners revamped the place it is a much better dining experience. Team members check up on you and ask if you need anything and the menu is easier to read compared to the outdated design of the old setup. The booth that was filled with a mess of papers has been removed and is now usable. Staff is friendly and welcoming and bring food in a timely matter. read more

Walked in to sweltering blasts of super-heat blowing on high from every vent. My concrete was served with melted ice cream covering half of the outside of the cup, missing nuts. Dined in to the blaring volume of guests ordering from the drive-up. Asked to talk to the manager, a young person racing around with clearly inadequate training. No apology, said she would try to turn down the heat, remade the concrete. read more

The older lady sitting down at the register is extremely rude and is always in a horrible mood. We tried doing the drive-through and after waiting for 20 minutes, while the cashier was friendly talking to the car in front of me she handed us melted ice creams. Never going back there read more

I personally love culver's. I order a double butterburger basket as my go to meal, but the service here was awful. I went there on a busy saturday night, the place was packed, and I went to stand in line of 5 registers with 2 cashiers at the registers, I stood for 5 minutes behind 2 families and when it was my turn in line, the cashier left and I was standing in front of the register! So i'm thinking, OKAY, well gonna get in the other cashier's line, which then I was 2nd in line and when it was my turn, she also LEFT. SO i'm standing in line waiting for 5 MORE minutes after I waited for 10 minutes, and no one is walking up to the register to take my order when I'm the ONLY ONE THERE IN THE FRONT. Then a little kid walks up with a free custard ticket and the cashier turns around and gives him a custard and stares at me then walks away. I"m thinking THIS IS RIDICULOUS, i'm starting to get flustered and then another man walks up and she takes HIS order. NOW I'M PISSED. I wait in line another 4 minutes and finally a hispanic cashier takes my order and then I go sit down. I'm asian by the way, and the other 2 cashiers were white teenage girls. I don't pull out the race card often but i'm saying THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLEARLY F@#$ing RACIST. NEVER GOING BACK EVEN THOUGH I'VE LIVED IN EAGAN ALL MY LIFE. I love Culver's but won't go back to this one! Stopped in for a quick meal on a Saturday night. Waited 25 minutes for a simple burger basket. When it came it was cold. They forgot my shake so I had to go ask for it. Maybe 6 families in the place and we were all disturbed about the terribly slow service and poor quality of food. What is going on culvers in Eagan? I have had to wait over twenty minutes twice now for my food. And it was 7:59 at night and not busy. Please consider getting help from other successful stores and marketing and better job recruiting. There are lots of options through the city of Eagan that can help you. read more

Wow, I used to love coming to this place, but not tonight. They had a total of 3 workers which meant the drive thru was completely closed and service was extremely slow. The lady behind the counter was sitting down on a chair and wasn't happy one bit. No ice in the machine, no ketchup, and don't get me started with the 3 booths full of what looks like an office/storage room. I felt so bad for the 1 girl having to run orders around while the owners did nothing. Oh wait, the older gentleman (I'm assuming owner) did come in screaming at the lady sitting down, in front of all the customers who had been waiting for quite some time for their food. I saw many customers come in and leave, even one who paid and walked out the door without their food. And to make matters worse, our numbers to take back to our seats were old rolls of receipt paper that had a number written on. This location gives Culvers a bad name, Love Love the food, but this place needs some new upper management!! read more

Stopped in for lunch today. What a huge improvement with new management! Best move Culver's made here. The staff was fantastic, friendly and cordial. The place was extremely clean too, you could tell they take pride in their restaurant. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it arrived hot with a fresh bun and with great French Fries. The chicken was grilled perfectly! Lightly browned and moist on the inside. And the lettuce and other condiments were just perfect on the sandwich. Will be returning to Culver's Eagan now. read more

Terrible terrible. I went to Culvers because I am pregnant and was craving a concrete mixer. I ordered a small mixer and there was some confusion if I wanted a mini or a small. No big deal, I reiterated I wanted a small. After a few minutes she hands me a soupy mixer that was absolutely disgusting! I thought ohh maybe that's just the top I'm sure the whole thing doesn't look like that. Sure enough room temp soupy mixture. Barely any Reeses too. Definitely, staff needs a refresher on standards. I like the food, but the customer service for this location is awful. Took 20 minutes to get food from the drive in and then we were missing an item. Went in to get it and no one helped me until after about 7 or 8 minutes - there were no other customers around! I think it's the management as I have seen the same people there the past couple times. I would not recommend that anyone patronize this Culver's store. The franchisees are a couple who are not doing their duty and need to be reported in Culver's Corporate in Wi. I can see the Fri. night of a 3 day holiday being bad for help not wanting to work or not showing up. A cook didn't show up and people there was a 45 min. wait for food at 6:45 on Fri. Sept. 4. The male owner was cooking and yelling loudly. My guess is they have turned off so many employees, including the potential ones.. It's not easy dealing with HS kids and young adults, especially at the start or end of a school year. The female owner was waiting on customers on an office chair at the register. I got my sundae quickly, but many customers were waiting and complaining, vowing never to return. Several tables near the counter are loaded with papers and boxes which should be in an office or closet. The franchisees are obviously unable to run the place, I did not see a manager. The place has been declining for a while now. read more

I may be a bit biased considering I work there but I can say since I have been eating at this location for years that the service since the new family has taken over has greatly improved and working with the new owners is fantastic they are very kind and always showing me how to improve my work I would highly recommend stoping in if you weren't pleased with the service of the old owners because it has become a much better location since then read more

I am normally a very patient person but tonight I think I needed to post a review just so the "management" might consider that some changes need to be made. I went inside to order my concrete mixer because I understand the wait times for food can be longer in the drive thru due to the "made to order" claim which I understand. So I order my mixer, took my number and waited. After a while I decided I just wanted to observe to see if anyone even noticed me standing there by myself with my number in hand. I watched several orders go through the drive though and 5 food orders go through the dining room. It seemed to me that there was definitely a lack of management present at this location. In my 20 minutes standing there I could not pick out a manager or anyone that seemed to be in charge. I observed several orders go out wrong and people running around with no idea of what to do. I finally went to the counter to ask if my order was ready. The gentlemen at the counter did realize that something was wrong and pulled my order out of a cooler that had been there for some time. To their credit they did make me a new mixer and did upgrade it to a medium. I still enjoy culvers and the kids working did their best. This location does need to hire someone who can manage this location because it was a disaster tonight. read more

WOW this culvers has gone downhill!! The last few times we have been there were not so good, but this time was horrible and the last!!! Let me start at the beginning, the cashier who has worked there for months, and sadly we keep getting, can not for the life of her get our order correct, or even enter it into the register. Next there were no clean tables so we wiped one down for ourselves. The rootbeer fountain drinks were just water. Our rootbeer floats were overflowing all over our food when delivered to the table, not a word from that worker, she just put on table and walked away as i scrambled for napkins. That cashier ordered my kids meals with cheeseburgers instead of grilled cheese, which pissed the grill girl off when she had to make what i actually ordered. And finally as I was eating my burger, I pulled out a very long hair, when we talked to the assistance manager( you can't miss him! He is young and has huge plugs in his ears) he apologized but then walked away LAUGHING. WTF!!!! We won't be back, there are plenty of decent places in eagan to eat, and culvers sadly needs to make some staff changes to be one again! read more
