Decided to try something different for lunch. The staff here are super nice. They don't look annoyed when you hold up the line. They are patient not like the workers at Chipotle. This is some tasty food! It was tastier when they offered the impossible meat, but I sadly found out it was discontinued Vegetarians want protein to! The sofritas at Chipotle is pretty tasty! Today I went here, and they seem to have gotten stingier. I always order a burrito bowl with small tortillas on the side, and today I was informed I would be charged extra for them (I never was charged before). I think that's so tacky! Them tortillas cost y'all nothing. You get a free one when you order a burrito, so why can't I get them for free on the side?? Also, I ordered guacamole, which costs extra, and I'm okay with that. However, when I am charged extra for it I would appreciate more than a couple measly drops of it Honestly I was kind of ticked off with my experience today... Btw, please cut the jalapeños smaller. Great crew, good service, and clean restaurant. I had an issue with Qdoba's app and decided to come in. They didn't have the actual item name that was in the app on their restaurant menu, but they took the effort to make it just like the app. Also, they finally got rid of the touch screen soda machine. Honestly if you don't have the staff to do holiday promos, then you shouldn't participate in the event. It said select stores, this location shouldn't have done it. Had to cancel my order because my time kept getting pushed back to get it picked up. Placed the order at 6 pm, only to have to cancel it by 7:40. This location needs to close down already. read more

Yum! I love the smell of tacos and mexican food just about any time of day! Qdoba delivers in the taste and smell department! I was pleased with the environment, its super bright, upbeat and modern, good job to who ever decorated this space. the seating could be arranged a bit better in my opinion but overall it was as comfortable as I'd expect it to be. I ordered the 3 tacos which held up to my expectations and standards. I most enjoyed the two timer taco! The staff behind the counter were also very friendly and courteous as well. This used to be the best Qdoba around but now it has bad customer service, long wait times, sub-par food (tiny portions and dry, old meats), and a messy storefront. Actual store hours are somehow drastically different than what's listed online and on the doors and there's no visible message about needing to order online, as we learned today when we were rudely turned away at the door. What happened to you, Eagan Qdoba? You've lost customers and will continue to lose them if something like a management change doesn't happen soon at this location. read more

Food tasted good but one of the workers (an older lady) was incredibly stingy on protein servings. People I went with got 5 shrimp in their bowl and another got only 1/2 a scoop of chicken. I asked for double protein and got two half scoops, and charged for it. She was also stingy with rice and fajita veggies. I asked for double veggies and she ignored it and my partner had to go back and ask for more rice. We ended up paying over $50 for little food, was very disappointed. This is the closest Qdoba to Apple Valley, MN. And I dislike Chipotle. Huge taste difference. Anyway. Today was 6/23/2021. Doors are supposed to open at 10:30am. Nobody let us in until 10:45am. With a line of some people waiting. All 3 staff took their sweet time loading out the food and unlocking the door. It took them 15 minutes from when they were supposed to be open. Regardless, got in there.... Got my order. Couple of things. Obvious change in management. Nobody cared and really didn't put much ingredients in the burrito itself. It was so small. Another note, one customer asked, "Who is the new manager here?" All 3 female employees looked at each other , and they obviously knew who the manager was (one of the 3 of them I'm almost positive) and told the customer, "we're in the middle of figuring that out right now." Lying to the customer. Classy. It was so awkward & I never leave reviews for places. But oh my god. I feel like these three women should NOT be doing customer service of any kind. I put the exact date so time cards and employees can be talk to in regards to today. Well...when management gets to it....If they even acknowledge The complaints. I WAS A DAY LIKE NO OTHER... The sun was out and i was feeling good! decided to stop in to get some great Mexican food. i had three buddies in tow and the were starved. Qdoba Mexican Eats fit the bill. i was greated with smiles and cheerful banter with the employees. Louis Maria, and Myra served up a really great meal. John was the the money man and he ran the register. we got all we needed. a bowl or brisket with fajita veggies and rice black beans and topped with hot salsa, cheese and guacamole. and almost forgot i got double meat. OK so the qdoba business hours are listed as open till 10 pm everywhere they are listed. So I show up to the Eagan Qdoba at 7:55, and walk in and a girl comes and tells me that they are serving their last customer, and they close at 8 now due to shortages. Fine, but then change your hours OR at least honor the hours that you are posting. I grew up the son of a sit down restaurant owner, and it sucks when people come in 5 minutes before close, but suck it up. Qdoba is set up to make and get food out quickly. Had I been served, I would have been out the door by 8. You are far too close to Chipotle (across the street) to pull stuff like this, Qdoba. You have better burritos than your competitors, (well Chipotle anyway, Pancheros destroys you at everything) but even restaurants with good food won't be written a pass for poor customer service. Not only did this place mess-up our order (We ordered and paid for 2 entrées) We received 1 entrée. I got about 1/2 way through one of the tacos and found a FUCKING HAIR, about 8" long, blond. My wife had to go find something else to eat, since she didn't get her order. When the Door Dasher arrived, he had put the bag on our neighbors porch. Fortunately (or not.) This Qdoba just opened this week. I am quite impressed by it. The service was amazing and the staff were SO friendly! They took time to really concentrate on making your experience a good one. I had the grilled veggie burrito with chicken. It tasted very good and very fresh. The atmosphere is nice though the music was a tad loud. I have been to a Qdoba before and did not like it. Chipotle but better. Better ingredients. Less crowded. Never had to wait more than 2minutes for service. No extra charge for guac. Employees do not bother you with 10 questions about membership/extras/email lists/donations. That's my favorite part next to the food. Businesses that try to make every transaction a conversation are soo annoying. Qdoba doesn't pester you like that. Perfect company imo. It seems like Craig checks me out 9 of 10 times I go here. First of all, I was so excited to show my friend how good Qdoba is. But-- now i'm left apologizing for how disgusting the food was and how vile the employees were. She had never been there so she asked a lot of questions and they never failed to give her attitude and act like she was dumb. At the end when I payed I complimented the cashier's nails and jokingly said i was too broke to get mine done, she then rudely said, "you could go get them done instead of coming here." And finally, half the staff was panting and sweating running in and out of the store for multiple catering orders for over a half hour, I felt sorry for the people who would receive that undercooked rice. I travel a lot for work and have been to locations all over the country and this was BY FAR the worst portion size I have ever received. A half scoop of rice, less than a half a scoop of beans and chicken each and despite having asked for extra cheese, I got almost none. The General manager of this location, Jerry, needs a serious lesson in Customer Service 101, Tact, and learning how to respect customers and not pick and choose who you think you can try and manipulate with your disgusting sarcasm towards me that is disguised by your insecurities whenever I walk into Qdoba. You need to stop the childish arguments you continually try and perpetuate and learn how to address customers by either their first name and if you don't know it, say "Sir" or "Ma'am". "Dude" and "Buddy" when speaking with an Adult makes you look really bad and gives Qdoba a bad name.
