Grabbed a taco bowl to go and will have to go back to try some of their other menu offerings. The flavors were fresh and subtle. I had the chicken bowl with chips and guac on the side. I really liked the chips and guac but I don't know if they were worth $8. Chips are made in house and are light and crispy. The chicken bowl was covered in fresh toppings and was a substantial portion. The online ordering was easy and efficient. Inside atmosphere is casual with a handful of tables. I'll definitely go back and try other menu offerings!

Tasty tacos. Easy mobile ordering. I would order from here again. Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Ambiance 3/5 Food was a bit salty, but tasty. It was so easy to order online from home, but I had to wait about 10 minutes past their estimated completion time. Ambiance was just okay - I would prefer to just use take out.

Horchata- This was good but it had kind of a "starchy" texture to it.

Wow, what a delicious spot in Eagan! This gem is surrounded by other food options, including a Taco Bell. But you would be doing yourself a disservice by settling for anything else! This place was fantastic! It is located in a strip mall with plenty of free parking! The service here was wonderful! So friendly! There is seating here, but not a ton. The tables were all clean and flowers were on each table! The decor is lacking but who needs decor when your food is delicious!? I tried the quesabirria tacos and holy moly yum! The consume was SO flavorful! There was plenty of meat in each taco! Very tender and juicy! I also tried the chips and queso. Also great flavor and the chips had a nice salt on them! The horchata was good but had a "starchy" taste/texture to it. Not horrible but I've had better horchata. Overall, I would happily come back here! It is definitely worth a try!

I wouldn't mind trying something else here, such as the street tacos, but my quesabirria was underwhelming. Lots of meat and good tortillas, but the flavor was pretty much nothing but salt. My friend got esquites, which is like elote in a cup, and thought it was just okay and should have had more corn. I had good horchata and good rice, and I found the service to be friendly enough that I am genuinely compelled to return for something else.

We ordered takeout and holy cow, it was delicious! We ordered quesabirria which was delicious came with three, the burrito which was quite literally child size, chips and queso that was delicious, and fries. The pricing was good and everything was so flavorful. I cannot wait to eat their food again!

very friendly service! self serve seating. ordered one of each taco (chicken, carne asada, carnitas, barbacoa, tofu) & they also asked if we wanted a birria taco, to which we said yes since it was our first time here. we also got a horchata. we paid around $28. i was very pleased with the presentation, flavor & consistency throughout all 6 tacos. each taco had an avocado lime crema. The lime wedges we received were juicy. We also asked for a side of hot sauce and its got a really nice kick & flavor to it. I would certainly go back to try other menu items. The only suggestion I would have is a self serve water station. Otherwise you'll have to buy your own beverages. The horchata was good, has a starchy aftertaste/texture but thats expected. rating out of 5 CHICKEN & CARNE ASADA: dry but flavor is there BARBACOA: juicy & flavorful CARNITAS: juicy & flavorful, just a smidge salty compared to barbacoa but i didnt mind because it went well with the hot sauce BIRRIA: this was good but it kind of tasted like spaghetti sauce lol TOFU: it sounds weird but surprisingly i loved this one. its just fried tofu in a corn tortilla but it tasted fresh and added a crispness. i never thought i'd love a tofu taco as much as i do with this one.

Simple food. Not much atmosphere, but food decent. Order at counter. Tips optional. They bring it to you.

I really like the story that gets told about how this cookie-cutter gas station has a food counter…read morewith mind-blowing food. But that last part doesn't match my experience. I had so-so birria tacos (no consomme, single soft-corn tortilla) and so-so horchata (served in a sealed bag that looks like an IV pouch, actually kind of funny), along with a tasty and particularly juicy elote. My friend got the Asada Mulita and he quite enjoyed it. That seemed like a good deal for $9, and $4.90 per taco for what I got is okay. The ambiance absolutely does not rise above what you would expect from an unremarkable, utilitarian convenience store with a few tables that aren't routinely wiped down. You can order online (highly recommended) or from a screen near their covered-up window. Whenever a food place is clearly hiding its employees from its customers, I'm nervous that I will be ignored. But someone was constantly popping out and asking people what their names were, and telling them how many minutes they can expect to wait. (Waiting = standing next to the salty snacks shelves.) I see now that they have Al Pastor Chicken with Pineapple Pico and I definitely want to come back and try that. Maybe I'll raise my rating if I love it. Meanwhile, I'd recommend considering this at least for the experience, but order ahead and expect a 30-minute wait. Also note that they close at 7pm.
