It's all too sweet. Good burnt ends are incredible. Dry rub and the fat keeps the chucks juicy and flavorful. Depending on a sauce is just a short cut. IMO. The wings are fantastic. Smoky, crispy with the flavor all the way thru to the bone. I would recommend the wings. Not so much the burnt ends unless you like A LOT of sauce. There's no getting around it.
