This location is slightly different- I like that the Troy location has a few extra utensils on each table (extra paper plates, chopsticks, forks, gloves). They gave us a couple extra napkins but they were pretty small (napkins used for drinks). We ordered the kimchi fried rice- which is always delicious and pretty consistent. And a medium (16 pcs) Gangnam style- our favorite. Yes, it's pretty pricey but the chicken is worth it! It is definitely better enjoyed at the restaurant, so the chicken doesn't lose its crisp. AFTER 15 MINUTES, another lady had come up and said "How can I help you?" ... the first guy completely ignored me. I said the same thing, and then she walks away without helping me again. 5 more minutes go by and she walks by the window and just shrugs and says "It's not ready" Then, I see the first guy walk by the window and scarf down a chicken wing while wearing his food safety gloves... fingers and his mouth and all. This whole time they were just walking around laughing and talking with each other. This location needs to be shut down immediately. I have never been so shocked by a food service experience in my life. Not only am I confused as to how these people are still employed -- I am confused as to how they are even still functioning members of society (in other words: HOW ARE THEY ALIVE). This is the first and only review I will ever write. Don't go to this location. (Side note: I never got my food. They just took my money and gave me nothing. The only reason this location is open is because they scam customers)
