I was pretty disappointed then but when we came around this time, I was so happy that they changed it for the weekends. The staff were all so nice and helpful. This location is slightly different- I like that the Troy location has a few extra utensils on each table (extra paper plates, chopsticks, forks, gloves). They gave us a couple extra napkins but they were pretty small (napkins used for drinks). We ordered the kimchi fried rice- which is always delicious and pretty consistent. And a medium (16 pcs) Gangnam style- our favorite. Yes, it's pretty pricey but the chicken is worth it! It is definitely better enjoyed at the restaurant, so the chicken doesn't lose its crisp. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for KFC.

When I asked to cancel my order for a refund, so I could walk through the line - where absolutely not a single person was and the worker was moving like a sloth trying to look "busy" - I was told that they couldn't cancel it and I had to request a refund online. Or in the same amount of time, you could drive to the Riverview location and they'd have your food done in no time. At his suggestion, I agreed to a pot pie in place of the cake. When we got home, we found that the entire bucket of chicken was missing. It was also apparently marked as "out of stock" on the app receipt after the fact.....So, I called and of course the phone is either busy or just rings open. I have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone there for anything. It took me an hour of fumbling around on the internet and their website to finally talk to a live person. The first person couldn't help because the store left my order as "pending". They also marked off that they were out of the chicken, but charged me for the full order as if they had it and never said anything to me about there being no chicken. How does KFC run out of chicken at 7pm on a Tuesday night during a regular special? I've seen this with other drive through places - they won't finalize the problem orders but they eventually "time out" and you get charged whatever in a few days or a week. At that time it's too late to do the chargeback. I had 4 different people or bots tell me they couldn't help me until finally getting someone through the AI chatbot on their website. After an hour of wasted time back and forth they agreed to refund me $10.60 for the missing bucket, and gave me 500 points for my trouble. How about being honest with people so they don't make it all the way home starving after a hard day to find that their food's only half there and there's no obvious way to fix it but pure unclear hassle on your part. But everyone perfers you use the app. I'm over it. Tired of being lied to in the face at drive through food windows for no reason. Tired of being ripped off. Tired of the wasted time. Tired of not being able to get a refund because you used "the app".
