Tables not clean, no one knows when the ice filters been changed or serviced. The mens bathroom is always dirty. Theres no hand sanatizer. The kiosks are always dirty. I cant even imagine how dirty the kitchen is. So i updated my review so that people understand that im not being dramatic. This taco bell is slipping. I waited nine days after asking them to clean the mens bathroom. And look at the state of it. That sink toilet and tile need to be replaced. Im sorry. But theres no way that taco bell is clean. No way. I did eat there today. I instantly crapped my brains out. Close it down and bleach/ steam clean the whole place.

And here's why: Our cashier Jackson was SO cheerful and made the experience worth while. I don't think I've ever heard, "Unfortunately, we're all out of hot sauce" sound more appealing. The key here is he offered alternative options. BUT here is where they lost stars. They didn't give us nearly enough fire sauce for the # of items we had in our bag. Maybe they were running low on that too. On other point I wanted to make was they put the safety seal on it because...well...covid. But could you at least toss some napkins in the bag first before you seal it shut? I know what you're thinking..."it's just Taco Bell." One Taco Bell lover to another, it's never just Taco Bell. Therefore, a thorough review is a must. Needless to say, order was on point, our experience was great, and we weren't in the drive through line for longer than 5 minutes (unlike the Brighton location).

The chicken bites are not overcooked, moist and tasty. The kale slaw is bland, not for me. This weekend we visited after not being here for a bit and were shocked by the changes, which were not for the better. While the food was still tasty. It has shifted for the worse to the point that we might not come back, to be honest. I tried their new snack sandwich, which was a chicken strip with their sauce and a pickle on Texas toast. I really enjoyed it. I also had their grilled tenders, which was a nice touch, they were delicious and a great option for those who do not want fried. The fries were still nice and salty and crunchy. The cheese curds had a nice crunch, but basically no cheese, they were hallow. Their mac and cheesed used to be favorite on par with Popeyes, but this time was dry, not cheesy, and the cracker topping had no flavor. Their meals no longer come with drinks which is no value whatsoever. They took so many items off their menu, like the wings and changed the sandwiches. They took my favorite grilled cheese chicken sandwich off the menu and got rid of the sundaes. You used to be able to order additional chicken strips as singles if you wanted one more, but that was no longer there either. I could not order a single online and they cashier was also not able to do so. It looks like they wanted to take on Cane's but are failing. Honestly, I will just go to Cane's for the strips and sauce, Culver's for the same type of fries and better cheese curds, and Popeyes for the mac and cheese and tenders as well. While everyone there was nice and the food was not bad, I am not spending hard earned money on a place with little value and less options than before.
