I ordered a large size sweet foam cookie butter cold brew, which is 32 oz. This is a sugary coffee drink that can be a great pick me up or simply a saccharine-treat. This drink does have a nice balance once you get past the initial foam because of the bitterness from the coffee but the topping may be too sweet for some people. The cup it came in was entirely plastic with a large open mouthpiece, which could be a problem for kids that might spill, so fair warning. We spent approximately $20 for 4 large drinks. It's conveniently located in a shopping area and nearby Kroger. They do have some food items but we did not try any at this time. Ultimately, for me, I chose an iced drink even though I would normally order hot chocolate during the winter season, and it was a fantastic choice. The benefit of going to a Biggby's type chain is that you get efficiency and options of a large operation plus a great experience that still feels local. Pro-tip: If you are calorie watching or just curious, Biggby has a helpful website that shows you all of the nutritional values of your drink (calories, total fat, cholesterol) and you can select the options that you specifically ordered such as no whipped cream, hot or iced, etc.
