It's all too sweet. Good burnt ends are incredible. Dry rub and the fat keeps the chucks juicy and flavorful. Depending on a sauce is just a short cut. IMO. The wings are fantastic. There were regulars sitting at the bar singing to the jukebox and gladly engaging others in conversation. The star of the night was our waitress Angie and the food that she served.
