No stars tbh. We're on a trip to visit family, we're hungry so we stop. We order inside two chicken nugget combos and a burger combo, plain burger. We wait 15 min, then they put all toppings on the burger, we ask for it to be remade, we see the very tall man,clearly first day, making the burgers. It's been and extra 10 min now, we ask again my mom yells out cause she sees them make it wrong again, I ask again about it. The manager says "I'm the manager I can't make it for you" and "he's training" this poor guy should quit, literally no one was "training" him, they put him on burgers alone on his first shift. This afternoon I was at the drivethru window waiting for my order and to pay for it. I could hear a lot of yelling inside the drivethru window. First someone yelled the F-word a couple times. Then someone yelled the other swear word taking the LORD'S name in vain. I'm not a prude but I was offended by the swear word G-d@mn yelled so loud inside the drivethru window that I could hear it in my car. Then this young lady gave me my food and I told her, "it isn't right that employees are swearing so loud that we can hear them in our cars." She glared at me and asked if she should get the manager and I said no, don't bother but that she could pass on the message to him. She looks at me again and said, "that's really silly. We stopped here after a night of bowling. We're visiting from Chicago and stopped here after our night of fun. David met us with such professionalism and a welcoming manner. He made our experience so enjoyable and because of that we came back through the drive thru twice. He was very communicative and respectful to our Wendy's needs. This is the nicest and cleanest fast food places I've seen in a while. Stopped here on a road trip and visited the bathroom first. The bathroom was clean - no TP on scattered on the floor. The sink area was clean and there was soap in the dispenser. A clean bathroom is a good sign. Our order was taken by Connor, a teenaged kid. Connor is awesome. He greeted us, was knowledgeable about the menu, efficiently took our order. My burger was missing pickles, and he saw me and stepped to the side, and had someone get pickles. Just got off a 8.5 hour shift and on my way home (just after 10 at night) I stopped in at Wendy's and waited in the drive through for a few minutes. I googled the hours, which are from 10 AM to 11 PM. After waiting a little longer, a man said very bluntly, "We're closed." There were three other cars in line waiting.
