I have never had an issue with this McDonald's. It's fast food and tastes like all McDonalds. The staff has always been friendly with us and helpful when needed. Ordering on the ap is easy and quick. Often great deals on the app also. read more

This location has been one of the worst for years. I don't know why I even bother with it anymore. The food is always wrong and terrible.

The food has roaches in it and other stuff that's gross and they get your order wrong. The service isn't bad and there was like mouses on the floor and it's really dirty and there's bugs and stuff all over. I would not recommend going. read more

service was slow and terrible, had us park by the curb to wait for our food, waited for half an hour before my mom went in. She found our food waiting on the counter, and it wasn't even warm anymore; very cold. Order was messed up too. Would not eat there ever again. read more

waited in line for 45 minutes for breakfast just to get to the michrophone and get silence for 5 minutes as I watch the menu change, and then 2 seconds later they say something from a horrible microphone to then tell me they no longer have breakfas... horrible place read more

We went after winning districts, My shamrock shake was good but would not get food. Service fine, Good ambiance. Decent.

Slow service, cold food, fries without salt and oders not correct. I keep saying I'll never going to this McDonalds again. When I do go, I expect the worst and surprised occasionally when everything goes well, but it is a 10% chance. I suggest any other place. read more

I usually don't do bad reviews. But this place has a bad reputation.... I decided to give it a try anyhow, because it was just the most convenient for my hungry toddler. I ordered on the app, and they still messed up my kids meal. I don't think they even read the ticket. I ordered a 6pc chicken nugget meal, BBQ sauce, with extra fries, and a toddler toy. I didn't get the BBQ sauce, didn't get the extra fries, also didn't get the toddler toy. And the pop I got myself was nasty, no flavor, the bag needed changed out for sure. read more

this McDonald's is like a second home to me. I visit every single day in my free time. I would like to give us a special shout out to the employee Maleea Remus She has a contagious smile and she has a great attitude. I believe if there was an employee of the month, it should go to her!! she always gives me exactly what I want. All right that's all I have to say for now. read more

Went and got a Quarter Pounder just 5 mins ago and got home and the burger Bun was hard as a Rock like normally. Video added and thanks for not giving me the receipt so I couldn't prove it even if I wanted to go drive thru that snow all over again and pay over 10$ for a large drink and fries with a rock hard burger 12/07/21 So I just made a quick stop here after picking my son up from school. Figure id get him some food and we ordered my food and his Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese which is supposed to be made FRESH everytime. We got home and the burger was old. The cheese was old and dried. But the bun was a ROCK. In the video I posted you can see how much pressure I had to apply just to break the bun. The fact that someone sent it through KNOWING it was OLD speaks volumes. Hate to do this but as a typical McDonald's this place is a 2 out of 5 but as a local McDonald's for this community its a 1 Star. Looks nice/newer since the remodel but everytime I come here its garbage. I shouldn't have to wait for EVERY order. They wanna keep their lines down and make everyone wait on the inside for "X" Amount of time. Today I ordered one mcmuffin.... Took almost 20mins. That's terrible. They mess up on orders at least 7 out of 10 times. This town only has one drive thru option which sucks for McDonald's but besides pricey restaurants and a subway this town has nothing to offer. And at night only wesco is the only other option. Still Shocked that the management doesn't do anything. They don't even comment on here and apologize. Shows how much they care. This is an awful mcDonalds. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Food is awful. Large fry was only half full. Breakfast eggs were crusty and way overcooked. They frequently get orders wrong and EVERYTHING is always cold! If you ask for salt you get slapped with a overflowing handfull with half falling on the ground! read more

I will never even give them one start just for the simple fact of crappy management and terrible workers. I stopped going here for the last few months solely because they can even get my coffee right. On top of their service is crap and nothing ever works there. The manager is a joke and extremely disrespectful and just a shitty person. What a joke as an establishment and I will drive the extra 20 mins out of my way just to go to tecumseh's location. What a shame!!! read more

Ordered through the drive thru, Big Mac no pickle, 2 large fries, a drink and a double cheeseburger with no onion and 6 ranch. All the food came out cold, the Big Mac had pickles and the double cheeseburger had onions and the fries had no salt. They charged me for the ranch but there was no ranch in my bag. Very disappointed read more

September 28. It's raining out stopped in for some breakfast. The floor is so slippery in here they must've mopped it with the grease from the fryer. Completely ridiculous that all these senior citizens come in here and have to balance their self on the wall. This is definitely a lawsuit coming when somebody falls. read more

Terrible service. Was in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for service, young lady was taking cars in the other line, but not us. atleast 7 cars orders were taken while we were waiting at the speaker in the other line. Stopped here real quick because we were hungry... if you've been following me all you no I cannot eat any milk products! I ordered my fish sandwich no tartar no cheese and they put cheese on it!! When I went up to the counter to tell them they appeared annoyed and while I was waiting I started looking around and the place wasn't very clean! I know it's fast food but appearances can be everything! So for screwing up my order and a dirty restaurant and not even seeming to care?! One Star! Boo! read more

This McDonald's in Brooklyn, MI is really not well run. They constantly mess up our orders no matter how clear we are on what we want. Today I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the crispy chicken deluxe! Not the first time it's happened mind you. Waited forever, fries got ice cold, took forever just to get the pops, were told that it was not supposed to be spicy chicken but they gave it to us any way after 15 minutes of waiting, didn't give my nephew his apple slices or apple juice in his happy meal, and of course they don't answer their phone. I've had so many problems there it's insane! Brooklyn,MI McDonald's get it together!! read more

This is the worst McDonalds around! It just keeps getting dirtier and the food is always cold, and your order is never right!

Pink haired girl with glasses and piercings clearly doesn't enjoy her life. Suggest keeping her hidden from customers. A wall would've been nicer to deal with. I come here once a year and it's a miserable experience every time. Corporate should take a look at this fail of a location. read more

I stop at this McDonald's about once a year and it has been a terrible experience anytime I've gone there. Today I waited 25 minutes for my food. Several people walked out while waiting, one woman even after paying because she said she couldn't wait any longer. Several teenage kids working there and none of them appeared to have a clue what they were doing. A young girl said she was the manager but at one point couldn't get the cash register open and had to call someone else on the phone for help. They need training and qualified supervision. read more

Order is frequently wrong or missing something. Food is, meh. Not that great...fries always seem to suck.

Food was absolutely horrible, manager Tiffany shot at me as I walked out the door. Play place was sticky and had puke on it. Do not come here; if you do bring a tourniquet and some bandages. Best Mickey D's on the west coast tho. read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to, they've barely ever gotten my order right in all the years I've gone. Food is ALWAYS stale,

Went to McDonald's Monday and Tuesday of this week and the stench from the drive-thru side seating smelled like a pig farm! Very bad odor. Should have been addressed on Monday but still bad on Tuesday! I really don't know how anybody could sit with the smell so bad. read more

I realize this is the only fast food option in town really but save your money and eat anywhere else. This is the absolute worst McDonald's in existence. Plan on getting old fries. I'm sure the fries are not meant to be covered in flakes from dirty oil. The fish sandwich is a gamble. It either is a left over fish fillet from the previous shift or if you are lucky enough to get a fresh one it will be demolished in the box when you get it. They do not throw out the bad old food they serve it to you in order to avoid doing their jobs. The place looks filthy. I just left the drive through and they had trash all over the floor from what I could see. There is no redeeming quality to this McDonald's. Plan on them making you wait then sticking their face in your bag to see if it's your order. They wouldn't want to read the receipt; no they just put their face in the bag. I just threw away everything I ordered. read more

I hesitate to even write this because nothing is going to change but all negative reviews are valid for this location! In a bind so came for McDouble and small fry and cheeseburger quickly before getting groceries since staving. I only have myself to blame! I am still waiting, asked to pull over LIKE ALWAYS! Staff is walking around from car to car to see whose order is whose. It's unreal and food ends up cold! They need some good management here!! read more

Today for lunch we went to McDonalds, and it was ok...ish. We ordered a chicken salad, grilled. When we got it we discovered it was breaded. When we went up to as for a new one, quote "that's what it's supposed to look like. It's grilled". LIES!!! I don't be leave it. The other food I purchased was just par. Quick stop for a burger. They mandate self service kiosk for ordering. No one wiped down the screen the entire time we were there. The food was quick but not fresh.
