Worst McDonald's EVER!!!!! The shake machine is ALWAYS down!!!! The food through the drive thru is usually cold.

I just went here last night. I was handed a drink with the University of Michigan logo on it. I asked for another cup and was told that they didn't have any. I will not be coming back. They should know that they will alienate about half of their customers if they choose sides on this rivalry. Last year we went to this McDonald's and after waiting some 20 minutes in the drive thru lane, was told that they didn't have any ice cream which is why we went there. Very frustrating. read more

every time I go here they never have hot fries and my grandmother saw one of the employees eating the fries.

Ordered 2 kids meals and 2 bacon quarter pounders. Didn't get the apples in 1 kids meal, no sauce in either, and no apple juice in either. Bacon came on the side for some reason. Wife ordered no onions, clearly the onions were picked off because they were in the bottoms of the box. Drink didn't have the lid on securely and ordered a large fry, got a medium. The only thing right on the entire order was 1 bacon quarter and the large Sprite. No one else was in the drive though so they weren't busy, but when we pulled up an employee was yelling at 3 other employees in the parking lot. They apologized for messing the order up but we're so used to it that it's expected now. This McDonalds needs a 3rd window in the drive through to correct everyone's orders, it would make it easier. read more

McDonald's is currently advertising dipped ice cream cones for $1, so we stopped by for one after a race we just ran and were quite disappointed. They charged us $1.39 and the cones were tiny - smallest ice cream cone I've ever seen from the big M. read more

This is the absolute worst mcdonalds I've gone too, I go back & give you guys the benefit of the doubt & you guys never fail but to screw up. I ordered curbside tonight at 9:12pm & no one brought me my food I went inside at 9:27pm & they were just now putting food into my bags no one acknowledged me when I walked in & continued to disrespect me after they gave me my food. The manager Ayrren was lazy & didn't care about what her staff was doing & had an attitude the whole time she was giving me my things. You guys need to do better because this whole mcdonalds staff is lazy. read more

I quit going to Mcdonalds due to I only have a half hour lunch and was late because I had to wait for a quarter pounder to be made at lunchtime and then the fries were cold and nasty. I now go to Subway or call in orders from other places. read more

Visited there today at 130pm.the place was filthy, drink counter was disgusting with spilled pop and sticky counters. Iced tea containers were empty along with the ketchup. Doesn't look like the tables have been cleaned in months. The play area I'm sure hasn't seen a bottle of Lysol in a long time. When I told the manager on duty who look to be about 16 just nodded her head and walked away. I understand places get busy but you need to make sure that you have someone there that's doing the cleanup and keeping it neat read more

VERY poor service, ordered a fair amount of food, but only 1 cheeseburger special order (made incorrectly). 3 of my combos were put on as sandwich only. They did reluctantly give us drinks. This is a average McDonalds. Their service is not very good, they are slow most days, its not that clean. Don't expect much.

Won't be going back here again. Stopped in for two lemonades and had to pull forward. Waited for 10 cars to be helped and went inside to get my money back. They had forgot our order"they got swamped after our order". Said they would just give us our order for free but was not in the mood then, just wanted my money back. This McDonalds has definitely improved within the past year. It has recently fallen into new management and the quality has improved. The employees seem friendlier and the morning crew is the best! Well I can't ever really say I've had a good experience here, but tonight was damn near the bottom 5. I've called management multiple times, with absolutely zero results. Basically if you go anytime between open and close, you're getting crap. Yeah a full 24 hours of crap. Tonight my boyfriend and I ordered 1 large fry, a mcdouble, a buffalo ranch mcchicken, and a cheeseburger minus onions add Mac sauce. Well the ONLY thing done right was the fries. And they were still cold. My "complicated" cheeseburger came with a slip that clearly said "no onions" "add Mac" open up my burger, no Mac sauce, no pickle, no ketchup or mustard. I got a patty with some cheese and that's it. But yet still charged for what was on the slip. My boyfriend opens his "buffalo ranch" and it's a spicy chicken patty, with American cheese, and the biggest glob of mayo ever. No buffalo sauce, no ranch, no lettuce. Basically the mcchicken he got isn't even a thing on their menu. Not once have we gone here has it ever been a good experience. We really only go here because I'm a bartender and he owns a pizza place, by the time were out of work this is the only thing open between work and our house, unless we hit up wesco and raid their epic selection. But considering we work 12+ hour days, we want quick and easy before bed. This place is convenient, and that's really about it. If you EVER go to the Brooklyn mcdonalds, do yourself a favor and just order a drink. They may not even get that right. Just go about 1/2 mile up the road to the gas station, the workers are friendlier, it smells better, and you're guaranteed to get what you pay for. read more
