My husband's Butterburger was as usual- he always says it's tasty but as he nears finishing it, he realizes it's very rich and almost too much to handle. He pushes through heroically. I tried a Crispy Chicken sandwich (hold the tomato) and purchased a side of Honey Mustard sauce for $.35 to dress it up. That worked well & the chicken was cooked correctly and was still slightly juicy. (Seven Brothers Chicken teriyaki sandwich is juicier and a little bit thicker but costs 55% more. Buns are comparable.). I would get Culver's Crispy Chicken sandwich again. Attention is needed to the upkeep of the interior of the restaurant. Didn't see much table cleaning going on; just food deliveries to tables and the workers vanished back to the counter area. Next time we go I'll look to see if any of the staff is over 20. It always feels like there's a lot of staff standing around showing limited interest in the customers and no management in the building. The table number placard we received was grimy (see picture) so an unpleasant thought occurred to me as to what the kitchen looks like beyond the pass through window area.... I can't be the only person to notice the gunk on the #14 table placard. Yet no one seems to think to wipe it off. I like Culver's menu and hope the owner keeps on top of things so we can keep them in our eating out rotation. read more

Ordered in drive thru. 1 sundae, 1 smoothie. Told to pull forward. After 20 minutes of waiting and 6 cars behind me receiving items, which clearly included sundaes and smoothies. I called w/ my phone into store. Was told sorry training new people will be right out. When the 2 items came out. One was completely wrong item other was a melted mess that had been sitting somewhere for who knows how long. I walked my items back in. No one acknowledged me. When I explained..... I was told. Oh one item is correct. I said it's completely melted. They said ok we will remake them. 5 feet away the employee yells. I already made that order. This is not exactly what you want when taking your kid out for a frozen dessert. Prices are fair but who knows what you might get. read more

This is my first time trying their food & I am in love! My hubby said that's my mother in law's favorite too. So one day I wanna go out & eat as a family there . Next time I go to visit my in-laws I will definitely try to make a plan . We were coming back from California & it was our last meal of the day. I am glad my husband brought me here. One of my favorite so far in Utah. We tried the shrimp & cod fish. And also the orange float ! Everything was super delicious & freshly made. Also we both used the restrooms & they were very clean . Upon walking into Culver's it was very packed and very loud. There was no one in line to order though which was good. Though the girl at the register wasn't doing anything, but didn't greet us the whole 5 minutes we were deciding on what to order. She looked like she didn't want to be there. The boy who brought out our food was very nice though. The food was good. Nice and hot. Restaurant seemed like it was clean. I didn't see any dirty tables or floor. The bathroom was also clean. I do recommend the spicy chicken sandwich and cheese curds. Their frozen custards are also very good. read more

Walking in, it was obvious this place was busier than a Walmart on Black Friday. My first instinct was to turn around and leave, but Cedar isn't exactly overflowing with dining options, so we rolled the dice. After placing our order, we settled in for what I can only describe as a full-term commitment. Forty-five minutes later, our food finally made its grand entrance... apparently after taking a victory lap around the building because it arrived cold. The impressive part wasn't the wait--it was the ability to spend 45 minutes preparing food that somehow still managed to lose a fight with room temperature. That's a level of operational excellence you don't see every day. If the goal was to provide the authentic experience of waiting for leftovers, mission accomplished. Hopefully they'll figure out that "slow food" is a style of dining, not a requirement to serve cold meals. read more

I think every one of my visits to this location, something has been wrong with my order. (For context I moved back to the area in February and I've tried them at least 4 times now.) The food is obviously better quality so a 20 minute wait wouldn't be a huge deal if my food was at least correct and hot...throwing all the cold items on top of a hot sandwich will always end in a reheat (which is unfortunate because a big part of the allure of this place is that the food is made fresh which reheating completely defeats the purpose). We really like this burger place, our to go to fast food coming home from the mountain. We order on the app, pick up the food from the counter and eat outside as we have a dog with us. The place is always clean and condiment with utensils by the fountain station is organized. The burger is tasty and we love the fries with extra sauce. read more

I mostly hate fast food but I genuinely liked this and will be back when I'm in proximity. Culver's has been recommended to me for years by burger-loving friends who know I love food but don't entirely understand that I don't love fast food and burgers aren't my favorite thing. My wife does love that stuff though and we were road tripping from Las Vegas to The greater Salt Lake area. It was late in the day and we needed to stop for food so I suggested that she might enjoy Culver's. The restaurant was very clean and employees were helpful and friendly, things that haven't been a foregone conclusion in the service industry in a long time now. I ordered a burger and some strips and found them both to be outstanding. I particularly want to recognize the soda options. When I'm not in the mood for water, I'm also still not in the mood for caffeine and/or a bucket of sugar. Caffeine makes it hard for me to fall asleep. Why are the only sugar free options at 99.999999999% of all restaurants caffeinated? Not so at Culvers! I LOVED their root beer. Just had dinner there today 05/04/2026. Build my own butter Burger. Counter help kinda ok. My burger was brought to me bun appeared to be smashed hand print. Burger smashed very flat burned one side other side not so. Very salty missing mustard I ordered was on my receipt. Grilled onions not so grilled mostly raw. I was the only one in the diner. The smashed burger far excided the size of bun. Worst service and food. read more

This is the second time I have had issues at this location. The first was a year ago. My food took an hour to get, then the order was wrong and there was a hair in my burger. I gave it a second shot just this Friday for lunch on my way to camping. We stopped there with a group. We had a decent time and ate fine. Until that night when everyone who had chicken fingers got food poisoning!!! We will never be back to this location and I think we are done with Culver's as a whole. By husband went to school in Wisconsin so when he saw Culver's he had to go, definitely wasn't my first choice lol I ordered the seasonal strawberry chicken salad with raspberry vinaigrette and the pretzel bites with cheese. I'm pregnant and haven't stopped thinking about pretzels and cheese so I was happy this took care of my craving! I thought my food was great honestly. Basic, yet delicious. The BEST part was they have DIET ROOTBEER on tap!!! I refilled my cup like 8x. My husband got a burger and fries and seemed to enjoy them. The place was clean. It was busy but the wait wasn't long. Do not stop here to get quick To Go Service! Had it not happened twice not sure I would have written this review! Stopped 6/13 @ 7:23 PM for a quick stop en route to St George. Left and got back on freeway to find out a simple order of cheese curds were not in bag. Called and spoke to manager on site and he got approval for a free meal / I offered to stop by on Monday on our way back to SLC and he got approval and could honor it in our way back! Stopped 6/16 @ 11:32 drive thru again! Ordered curds again and only wanted the curds for free rather than a whole meal and they still charged me for them. The employee walked out to hand us our meals and said they made sure the curds were there. I kid you not... I decide not to get on the road and check for the curds before leaving! Not sure if it was just an off day, but my wife and I went to the cedar location and it was not it. My wife's chicken was just undercooked enough to be concerning for a pregnant woman to eat, and her concrete was pretty much "chocolate milk flavored water" as she put it. This has to be my fastest review ever, I legit just left the establishment. So I would never have thought I would be giving a five star review to a fast food chain. Well here I am doing exactly that. Me and my family just finished being in Utah and we stopped by for a meal before we hit the road back to Las Vegas. I want to say the people behind the counter were really nice and the gentleman taking our order was patient as we bombarded him with a bunch of items. We got all kinds of side dishes as well as burgers and sandwiches. The place itself is nice, nothing too fancy. There's so many plates and individual items that I will try my best to rate them all, sorry but I will not be using their full name as it would take me forever. Burger - so I went ahead and ordered the burger and it was super delish as the bacon was a thick piece and it reminded me of Colombian street burgers. Chicken sandwich - they don't lie about the crispness on the sandwich. I took a bite from my girlfriend's sandwich and it literally made a crunching noise. Nice juicy chicken too. Fries - the fries were standard fast food fries but still very tasty. Onion Rings - alright now these were great. I love onion rings and will order them wherever I usually go and they have them available. And they were up to par. Chili - the chili was decent to be honest. My mom loved it but I think it was decent. Maybe I'm just not too much of a chili person. Snickers concrete - I to be honest ordering this having high hopes that it would be similar to the one at Dairy Queen. And to my surprise it was!!! We were driving through Utah and were craving a quick bite! We haven't been to Culver's before so we decided to try it out. We ordered the Swiss and mushroom sandwich, fries, and a Turtle frozen custard. Everything was delicious. It was a hot day so my ice cream melted faster than i wasted, but it was nice and creamy and covered in caramel, chocolate and pecans. Our meal was about $20, so it was worth it. However I just had a horrible day at work and asked for a small custard with maraschino cherries and marshmallow... they asked me to repeat it so I did clarifying custard not concrete. Went through the drive thru (nice option to have) and ordered a double burger, fries and root beer. Root beer had almost no ice so it was warm but the bigger issue I couldn't fix was it was flat - no carbonation at all. Employees should have noticed that - we've all poured a carbonated drink ourselves at the dining room fountain machine and had to slow down when it foams up in the cup. And foaming is very common to a good root beer. This was at 3:27pm on a Friday. Only hope someone checked the brix, CO2 tank, etc. (I've worked in the soft drink biz) and saved later drive thru customers this extreme disappointment. But that's the risk you take with any drive thru orders - so check your orders folks before pulling away! read more

The whipped cream looked like cream was poured on the top and there was no malt in the chocolate. The last couple of times we've been there our food was cold and our shakes were not correct. On my recent stay in Cedar City, I happened to be in town on a Sunday evening, and decided to stop in here for an inexpensive dinner. Many of the other restaurants in town were closed due to it being a Sunday. I ordered the 2 piece cod dinner which goes for $11.29. It comes with french fries, cole slaw and a dinner roll. The fish, cole slaw and fries were fine, but certainly nothing special. The dinner roll was stale and basically inedible. I've eaten at this Culvers before and I've found the food to be basically just okay. I think the custard is certainly more of the draw here. read more
