For a fast food burger joint, this place is amazing. Big variety of options from hearty meal plates of fish and chips, to sandwiches, chili, salad, and burgers, not to mention the dessert options. Culver's is known for their frozen custard which did not disappoint. The staff was courteous and helpful with us first timers. I had a deluxe butter burger which is two smash burger like patties with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. They have a variety of condiments available. I chose the fry sauce which is like a thousand island dressing. Very nice! My daughter had the grilled cheese kids meal which she loved. It comes with a small frozen custard that's the perfect size even for even an adult. My niece had the roast beef sandwich and cheese curds which she said was "fire". I saw a table next to us sharing a fish and chip plate between three adults. The portion was definitely enough for three and looked light, crisp, and delicious. The best part of my experience at Culver's today was watching this female worker continuously meticulously cleaning. She wiped down everything including down in the crevices of the bench seat each time a customer left. I was impressed. That level of employee effort is rare. Wish I got her name. First time trying Culvers. Got lots of food. Mushroom swiss burger was okay, but the patty itself didn't have flavor. Cheese curds were just ok, not great and once cooled not good. Chicken tenders were kinda weird, obviously frozen. BBQ sauce is good. Onion rings and fries were good. The gravy on mashed potatoes wasn't as good as KFC or popeyes. Probably wouldn't choose to eat there again. The saving grace was how nice the employees were, and the bathroom was clean. read more

From out of state, really wanted to try a Culver's for the first time. Ordered a custard and a burger. Burger basically never came. We finished our custard, and then waited and watched a single employee running around to each and every car to ask if they had a veggie burger. Well we weren't really on a tight schedule, but this whole thing took so long it actually made us late. So we had to leave without our burger or a refund. It just would have taken too much time. The thing is that I have no doubt that our food was done and ready to be handed to us 10-15 minutes ago. But when you have one single guy scrambling to every single car asking them what they ordered, it gets ridiculous. The person that ordered the veggie burger left for the same reason I did, because time is valuable and we have places to go. Now that guy is going to go to every car asking them if they ordered my food, and will further waste other people's time in perpetual failure like a modern day sisyphus. Anyway, no food, no refund, probably never gonna get another chance to try that burger, took so long we will probably miss our appointment three hours away unless we go 150 mph. Absolutely the worst service and Conrete experience EVER! OJ- the person working the drive they was beyond rude and very impatient. Using phrases like "is that it" and when asked which Concrete he handed us through the window he said " I have no idea" with a sarcastic tone!! Then said with his hand outstretched "let me see it!" Are you serious?? He also told the young girl making our order to "hurry up because I have them at the window". Let me first say that we have been to many, many Culver's in different state and this was completely unacceptable! You should be are of who you're hiring and in what roles, Culver's!! My first time ever to Culver's and it was a big disappointment. I ordered a "Double Deluxe" cheeseburger and fries. Waited 14 minutes after I placed my order with only 2 other people in the lobby. Drove away and got on the highway which is only about 30 seconds down the road to bite into a very cold single cheeseburger. Not a bit of heat in it. I gave two stars because the fries were good and the employees were very nice (although short-handed). read more

Located on Main Street in the heart of Cedar City we were happy to find Culvers. This was only our second time eating at a Culvers because we don't have one in our state. Anyway, their butter burger is delicious! Get it in a single, double or triple with choice of toppings. The burgers are fresh not frozen and cooked to order. We opted for a single and it was plenty and delicious! Good choices here including chicken, cod fillet, jumbo shrimp, salads, fries, cheese curds, ice cream and more. Great shakes and custard drinks... love their Concretes (Chocolate with banana and cheery)! Went there twice before getting anything to eat. Loved their burgers. A different flavor, I think they are charbroiled(?). The store is very clean throughout and the employees are all very courteous (most Utahans are)! You place our order and they bring it to you! I live 30 minutes away. They got my entire order wrong, and completely forgot my salad. Had to drive all the way back and pay again to get my salad and when I tried to bring it up to the manager, he offered me a voucher. I just spent a total of almost $50 on an order that wasn't only incomplete but also incorrect. Last time I came to this location it took them 45 minutes to hand me an ice cold butterburger basket, and they never made it right. Save your money and go to McDonald's. read more

We ordered in the drive thru and waited along the front curb for delivery of our order. First we received someone else's order and then received our own order of 6 entrees of which 4 were totally wrong. The swiss cheese and mushroom burger had no mushrooms at all. The double hamburger had cheese on it. The onion rings were missing. The meat on the burgers was overcooked and appeared to have been reheated for a short time. Waited in line outside the establishment for 45 min for one medium mixer with two add ins. Was told the wait would be 15-20 min, but a man came out to retake my order. After 45 min I was brought a completely melted mixer that was one size too small with all the add ins sunk to the bottom. The girl didn't even know if the cup was a small or medium. read more

Stopped here for dinner on our way to Salt Lake City because a friend said she loves Culver's and eats there whenever she goes to Brian Head. I don't understand why, because for us it was not good. When placing my order, it was clear and confirmed that I wanted a double cheese burger, plain just meat and cheese, and a cheese burger with everything on it but onions. My husbands burger was NOT plain, and when they fixed his order they didn't bring the new burger out, he had to go up to the counter and it was just sitting by the kitchen. My cheeseburger had 2 shreds of lettuce and 2 small pieces of onion. And the burger was pretty bland. Culver's is always good for a drive in. Service is friendly and accommodating. The menu has a ton of selections for all ages and quality is more than adequate for a fast food restaurant. You typically can find what your taste buds desire and will be satisfied. The one in Cedar City is especially good. read more

Simple.. Burger, mayo only.. Got a loaded burger with everything. Dumped the crap.. Remaining was 2 dry buns and an over done, very dry thin piece of meat. Almost $13 for a shake not full, aka partially filled. A dry not what I ordered burger, and another single with a med soda. Culvers. Very over priced and good luck getting what you actually ordered... Fill up the tiny shake cup that costs over $3.00 Its fast food places like this that make me wonder why employees are screaming for $15 an hour., I built fish ladders at $4.75 an hr out of HS.. Really great tasting burger...thin and crispy on the edges. I ordered the sourdough patty melt. It was above average for sure--great tasting cheddar cheese and just the right amount of grilled onions--topped it off w/cheese curds (good and different) and a fabulous root beer float. Worst Culver's we've ever been to. Ordered our food, the receipt showed the correct order. When the food arrived it was not how we ordered it and stone cold. No one really cared to fix it. Most of the time, the grilled chicken sandwich I order here is great, but I was very disappointed when I came in for custard they sold me a completely melted pint of ice cream. I called and spoke to the manager and explained that I saw an employee staking the ice cream when I came in, so it shouldn't have been melted at all. He said that it goes out melted but needs time to freeze. It sounded completely absurd, but I just asked if he would replace it with a fresh frozen ice cream, but he never did, so I won't be going back. read more
