They almost got a rare 5 star out of me. Only lost the 5th star due to not bussing the tables anytime during my 20 minute visit. I was able to walk right up to the counter and begin my order - no line (yet) at 5:30 Friday night. I tried their new Pollo Asado on a salad, no rice or beans, just lettuce, chicken, veggies, sour cream, cheese, corn salsa & their dressing. When I put it that way it does sound like a lot. LOL. The pollo asado is slightly spicy so I backed down the amount of corn/jalapeño salsa I usually add and really enjoyed the salad. I had been craving one from here for a while. Once I sat down and began to eat a line started to form so I will believe that I arrived in between 2 rushes and that's why a few tables had not been cleared & wiped down. All the staff I saw were working diligently at the grill, take out window and front line. The gal (Olivia) that served me ran into a problem crediting my free "double protein" coupon from the app ($4.45 value) but quickly called for help and got my order rung up. She kept a pleasant demeanor throughout and I could see her cheerfully helping other customers placing their orders. If I owned a business I'd hire her. Be sure to sign up for the Chipotle app. It has good offers & it seemed many people in the line had some offer (free chips & guac, etc.) they were redeeming. Ate at this chipotle 3 times the last 2 weeks. Not once was it good. First 2 times chicken was way over cooked with burnt edges and super hard. Today the rice is overcooked. Sometime you get a couple overcooked rice from here and it gets stuck in your teeth or hurts when u bite down but all of my rice is over cooked. I can't even tough it out bc every bite is hard as rock rice so it's actually inedible. Never wanted to review bc I don't want to get the cook in trouble but whoever's cooking back there is ruining the food. read more

Was given a Chipotle gift card so I used it here. New to Chipotle so ordered a bowl. Rice, beans, a little chicken and some day old vegetables. Flavorless hot sauce and some watered down sour cream poured on top. No lettuce, tomato or cheese. Very small portion. Yuch!! Guess I'll be using the rest of the gift card for drinks. read more

Shorthanded today at 3:45p but they were still doing their best. Ran out of cooked steak and some had to wait 5-7 minutes so I chose the chicken. I could have got a free meal because they didn't ring my entire order up. DAMN IT! I'm so honest!! LOL! I'm a longtime Chipotle lover and it's a treat I allow now and then because it's spendy. I recently moved here and wanted to get my parents addicted too, but the meal we had tonight was Less than Chipotle standard great taste. I was disappointed. The brown rice was not fully cooked, giving my burrito bowl a crunchy texture I only like to get from the chips. The chips were REALLLY salty and made several bites particularly bad. The steak was a little overcooked and dry, as was the chicken. The dryness may have been from sitting in the steam table as this location isn't super busy and I came from a place where fresh ingredients were constantly being added so I will give them that. Mostly the crunchy rice was the worst. I know they can do better. read more

My husband wanted to try the advertised limited time offer for Smoked Brisket in a burrito so we arrived at 3pm on a Monday and walked right up to order. The server efficiently got our orders assembled. It had been a few months since we ate here so I felt I was slowing her down as I pondered which rice, bean, protein I usually got on my salad order! Food tasted good and we both were so full afterwards. Seating area could have used a quick walk through by a team member to wipe a table or tidy around the trash receptacles but there were plenty of open, clean tables to sit at. This is the worst chipotle. We went on a not busy week day and I just ordered a vegetarian burrito with no peppers even and a small amount of toppings. As she was wrapping it only half way ALL of the freaking burrito insides poured out. I told her that if it's going to be like that can she double wrap it so that it's not spilling out everything. She laughed and asked a co worker to get her a second wrap and he looked shocked at her wrapping that she was being for real. At this point I was annoyed because she thought it was hilarious that it was half spilled on the foil. She got the second wrap and proceeded to wrap it the Sam way she did! She didn't even put the open part from the first wrap down so that it would seal it! I'm so over being charged for a second tortilla for a burrito that is their standard size! She then continued to offer me to make it a bowl instead. I repeatedly told her that no I wanted a burrito. She continued to laugh. Then when she wrapped the burrito in the foil she didn't even cover it or get a second foil! So it was just open in the bag! Are you kidding me!? This isn't the first bad interaction at this chipotle either. They need to have their management take a serious look at who is representing them. I will be sending a review to Chipotle directly until I hear back. This staff is unfriendly consistently especially looking at other's reviews that have been recent. Will not be coming back to this location and will be telling my doctors office managers (my place of work) to not order catering through you guys anymore. Will take our business elsewhere. Hope there are changes or this location will eventually have nobody that wants to come anymore. Was warned by a coworker about this location and I should have listened. The location is not even really clean there is food on the tables from previous customers and the drink station is always sticky. We went to this Chipotle at 7pm on a Sunday, and they were out of the following: chicken, steak, fajita veggies, pico, guac, napkins, and all lemonades. Upon walking in, we saw the staff leaning on the counters and laughing, as it was not very busy. Come to find out they hadn't been cooking the food for the last hour or so, as they had about half of the normally available options for customization. As a retail employee I assumed the best, and asked if it had been busy all night, to which the two employees awkwardly exchanged glances and shook their heads. They weren't rude, but weren't sympathetic either. Some compensation would have been nice, as I don't like spending 16 dollars on a burrito missing 4 ingredients. wouldn't come here again. read more

We stopped at the Cedar City Chipotle twice last week. Both times the servers were wonderful. The food was delicious. I think this is my favorite Chipotle location. My husband needs gluten free because of celiac; he informed the staff and they very graciously prepared a perfect rice bowl for him. There is always a risk of contamination, however, these employees did their best to keep his order safe. We interacted with three different employees and each was polite and cheerful. We were on a road trip and stopped here the first time because we were tired and hungry and it was convenient.Four days later we traveled home and we intentionally timed our drive to coincide with dinner at Chipotle. read more
