The left is supposed to be 3 Scoops, 1choc, 2 vanilla. The right is supposed to be 2 scoops of vanilla. I swear we hadn't even tasted them yet!! By the time they handed us the ice cream it was melted much more than expected (65degrees and chilly breeze) so the ice cream shouldn't have melted so much....BUT there is NO WAY those cups include 3 and 2 scoops of ice cream!! The right cup barely has any vanilla so that's not 2scoops. When we asked the drive thru girl she confirmed that's how they all look and she didn't care we were unhappy about our extra small portion the was melted as if it was poured 15min ps before!! Paid $13 for these little ass cups of custard!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this half ass Culver's in Castle Rock.... go to the one in Parker CO with wonderful employees, managers helping out, clean, quick drive thru, fresh/cold non melted ice cream, and enough ice cream for the price!!! read more

Went through the drive-thru at noon today on our way home from Denver to Colorado Springs. Everything we ordered was wonderful! The fries were hot! The burgers were freshly made on soft buns. Just like all Culvers should be! Thanks! Highly recommend! read more

Worst Culvers I've been in. Cashier unfriendly going through the motions. Soda tray area overflowing. Cold potatoes requested replacement that never came. Teens in kitchen laughing and yelling loud enough to disturb diners. Ordered custard after meal. Melted quickly and was watery by the end. No paper towels in ladies room. Would never recommend eating here. Extremely disappointing! read more

Love Culver's! Grew up in Wisconsin so this is a staple for me. Unfortunately, the service here is horrible! Disorganized, untimely, and root beer was out at the fountain :( and the place was nearly empty at lunch hour. I think everyone of their employees here needs to take a trip to a Wisconsin Culver's to see what a proficient, and hospitable operation the brand should be held to. Hence, my 1 star rating. Culver's HQ needs to get some support out here for these folks. Sadly I'm writing this before I even have received my food. read more

Service was beyond awful! Wait time for our order at the drive through was ridiculous, incorrect, missing drinks and then staff was rude about it. I was contacted by the manager after completing the survey on our receipt, was promised coupons for a free meal if we'd give them another chance. Three weeks later, coupons have never arrived and we won't be back. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I keep going back to give, this relatively new, place a chance. Every time, my order is wrong. The burgers are just not good. The bread is never really toasted (like they advertise) and the meat is strangely gross. It is always cold. How is that possible when the place is not busy and it is advertised as being 'fresh'...???? Luckily, there are tons of other burger places in Castle Rock. This one is now off our go-to-burger list. I think CR is overly saturated with burger joints now....I am not sure how this one will survive at the poor rate it is going. Wisconsin native, die hard Culver's advocate since day one. Showed up at 8:01pm in drive thru to be bluntly told "sorry we just took our last order and are closed" even though the website says they close at 10pm. Quite distraught that I wasn't able to get some custard and wisconsin cheese curds. Would have thought they could have been more accommodating. read more

I was guest #65 yesterday (9/1/22) and ordered a butterburger and a fish sandwich at the drive through. Driving home I could smell the burger and just couldn't wait to sit down and eat it. When I opened up the box I couldn't believe my eyes. The hamburger was so burnt that there was hardly any meat on the bun. I took one bite, hoping it was going to taste better than it looked, but not even my dog would eat it. However my husband's fish sandwich was delicious according to him. Culver's, you've lost me as a customer because on a day I was craving a burger you let me down. I won't take another chance on being disappointed. :( read more

Hello...Out there! I wanted to give a 1 star,however,I tried and I could not. A customer cannot give a 1 star?? Interesting! I went thru the drive up at the Culver's in Castle Rock, today. I have not been happy with the service, :) The female who takes the payment is not friendly. (I could not read her name tag,it was covered up by clothing) I'm thinking she does not like her job or working. She put a number on my side mirror and instructed me to pull around for the rest of my order. She comes to the window with the food in the tray and says nothing! (Here is your order and thanks for coming by) would be nice! nothing! I ask about the number on the mirror. I don't take the number off...you do! She responds to me !!!! Walks away! I looked in the mirror as she walked away. She looks over her shoulder to see if I removed the number. I am easy going and try to understand the challenges working in customer service. OUTSTANDING Food and service Friday, May 24 7 pm. We just returned Wednesday from a 2 week, 3,200 mi road trip in the midwest and ate lunch at 3 Culvers in 3 states (KS, MO, IN). We just learned of the new store in CR, looked at the Yelp reviews and decided to check it out. All food, store layouts, cleanliness, and service, including CR, were identical. Culver's food is prepared to order. Our 4 meals were delivered to our table in 6 min 50 sec. The food was delivered hot, (fries were too hot to eat) and our 4 orders were correct. The service was prompt, friendly and polite - the same as every other Culvers. The CR store was spotless. All unused tables were clean and bussed and the floor was clean. Culvers uses premium ingredients - fresh local produce, Wisconsin cheese, and dairy products, 100% fresh - not frozen beef, and custard made fresh every few hours. I happen to know each Culver's franchisee must build their own stand-alone store (approx $400,000) in addition to paying a hefty 6-figure franchise fee. No franchisee is going to lay out way over a half million bucks and permit the things to happen in their store that were stated in a couple of the one-star reviews. Sounds like sour grapes from a nearby competitor. read more

I have eaten here a couple times, this restaurant is relatively new so their staff is pretty new and learning the ropes. If they make a mistake they do a good job at correcting it, they do good for just learning the job. Concrete mixers are still very good along with their chicken sandwiches and cheese curds. Friendly staff that is always looking to assist the customer. read more

I have tried to give this Culvers many many chances but this last visit was the last straw. I'm from Chicago, where Culvers deliciousness is all around. The issues ive expereined here are bery new to me because In Chicago Culvers is amazing. This one...i"ve had burnt burgers, cold cheese sauce and fries. So last week I went thru the drive thru to get some lunch on my 30 minute lunch break. I placed my order and parked in my spot. Two more cars ordered and parked behind me. I sat there for 15 minutes. Finally, I decided to go inside. As I stand at the counter, I noticed my food had been sitting there. The runner drcided she would wait for all 3 cars food to be ready then run it out. Now I see why my food was cold at times. There is nothing worse than cood cheese sauce. I ended up getting my food refunded because by the time I got a manager it was 20 minutes. I'm very disappointted. I love Culvers. I talked it up to people when I heard there was one coming here. I'll just wait to have Culvers when I go home to Chicago. Sad! read more

Went to the new Culver's in Castle Rock today. Ordered a couple hamburgers and it was below expectations. The meat patty was paper thin. The facility is new and clean. Everyone was very friendly. They need to beef up the patty if they expect repeat business. We do not plan on going back. Rated it very low because of the burgers. read more

Second time visiting and the service was very slow, the food came out cold, and not how it was ordered. I ordered a gluten free bun and got a burger in a box and the bun on the side. If they didn't want cross contamination then they should tell you it comes like that. Also, the rest of the order (burger and grilled cheese) had been sitting so long that the buns and bread was super soggy. Not sure why we waited so long? Not sure we will go back for more than ice cream, if that. read more

I don't know what happened with Culvers. They started out strong and we would come all the time. But now the past 3 times we've been we have waited over 30-40 minutes and each time our order has been wrong or partially missing so you have to wait even longer. Everyone in the restaurant seems frustrated because they are waiting long times too only to often have the order wrong as well. Makes it a very uncomfortable environment to eat in. So sad to see as Culver's was a fav of ours. read more

I have been there many times and when the food is actually fresh, it's pretty good; however they have left items out of my bag about 1/2 the time which is so aggravating! Also some times after waiting several minutes, the meat on the burgers look and taste like it's leftover from the day before or longer- the buns are rarely fresh (or at least that's the way they taste too)! read more

Unless you like grease with your fish stay away from the Atlantic cod meal. Service is good inside but pity the the folks in the take out lane. We completed our meal before some of them got their order. This was on a Friday, early evening and they seemed a little short staffed. I think I'll stick with the burgers and have my fish at long john's. read more

Every time we've gone to this location, the burger patties are SO overcooked that they're dry and tasteless. We went by last night at about 5:45 p.m. and got two Double Butterburgers with Bacon. The burger patties for both were, once again, super-overcooked and very dry with dried, crunchy edges. To us, the bacon strips were also thin and dry and tasteless, and actually a detriment to the burger. Definitely not worth paying to have bacon on one of their burgers, in my opinion! We didn't return the burgers because, as usual, we had gone through the drive-through - and nobody wants to go back to return food once you're at home with it! (Perhaps fast food places give any overcooked burger patties to people in the drive-through for that very reason...?) I've eaten enough Culvers in MN & WI to know just how much better this location could-and-should be. It's very sad to see something as good as Culver's be any less than it truly ought to be.
