However, Culver's is THE best place to get flavorful, made-to-order, fresh, hot burgers that rarely disappoint. My family and I were on a road-trip and decided to stop for Culver's. Everyone (except me) had their usual order and from the look, smell, and taste of things, it was another fantastic meal. The ingredients and cooking method delivered the same, high-quality experience you come to expect from a major chain. I tried something new, their spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and it was great. It's a limited-time offering, so get there quick to try it out. It's not as good as Chick-fil-a (the platinum standard for chicken sandwiches), but pretty darn good. Also, the service at this location was great--they were all helpful and friendly. Ate at Culver's many times in Arizona, but first time today to try this one. We had fish and chips and as always they were good. Wish the French fries would have been hot. The cole slaw was good but the roll was not fresh but no room for it anyway. The staff was all too annoyed and confused when I attempted to order 4 ala cart meat patties (no bun or condiments) things got even more difficult when I wanted to add cheese. This is 2020. LOTS of people do not eat gluten. Culver's, please get with the program and add an ala cart single meat patty button with an add cheese button. It can't be that hard. We ate lunch at this wonderful restaurant each of the three days we were in Branson, and we enjoyed the delicious food and super friendly, courteous, and competent employees! We had discovered Culvers when visiting Independence, MO, to attend hockey games, and we were happy to find one in Branson very close to our hotel. We especially enjoyed the mashed potatoes as a side, and the very fresh Garden Fresco Salad with Grilled Chicken. I wish we had this chain in the Mid-Atlantic! read more

Fast and prompt service. Good food. Even with a packed dinning room we got our food fast. Best service I have gotten at a fast food place for sure. Lots of helpful and friendly workers. I highly suggest this as a good stop if passing through. We stopped because we had left whitewater after swimming all day. It was great to not have to wait a long time and to get such great service. GOOD CUSTARD. So, I'm in Branson performing in a show and a cast member recommended Culvers. Very good. We had the custard and that was great. Always an issue with to go order - out of chicken, out of specific piece of chicken, order errors galore. Communication is terrible. Tonight ordered 12 pieces - was told no breasts available. After waiting 15 minutes for order Asst Mgr tells us they had to bread more breasts & they would be ready in another 8 minutes. we really like going to Culvers. extensive menu to choose from. there are always 4 people in our group and 2 of them have special dietary needs. this is the only fast food place in Branson that we all have a choice and can eat here. always stop here at least once when we are in Branson. If we drive through, we have never had an incorrect order and gotten everything we did order, which is refreshing from most other drive through fast food restaurants. (you know the ones. you get back home you are missing a major part of your order, you call and they will be glad to give it to you if you want to come back and get it. for us in branson, that is a 20 mile round trip.) read more

We discovered this gem on our recent Branson getaway. It is on State Highway 248, out of the hustle and bustle of the strip. Their burgers are to die for. What a joke they were today! It was busy yes, but seriously to get pretty much everything we ordered wrong! I asked for a mint Andes mini and they gave me vanilla. She took it back and put the flavor on top and stirred it in with my spoon. It tasted so gross after so I told someone and then I went in and over heard the rude manager saying she has a problem with a customer not realizing I was right there at the counter. She continued to argue with me about it and said she doesn't have the custard made and that put the flavor in while they are mixing the whole thing and I said right so that's why it taste so gross because they put way too much flavor in and it taste overly flavored. I asked for a new one and she continued to argue and then just gave me my money back with out offering to make a new one the right way!! I gave up at that point and figured I'd go somewhere else with better customer service and someone who can actually get my order right. I said mint Andes twice when I ordered it too just so I was clear. Then I came home to eat the burger and it is so dry and plain after I said I want everything but onions. Then my son opens his and it's a double when I specially oreder two single ones! The Pepsi was warm because they only put like 4 pieces of ice in them!
