I got my food, it was not fresh. My chicken fries were hard. So I turn around and call ahead and ask to make me another thing of chicken fries they say sure. I get them and they are spicy. I had regular. So I spent an hour and half on shit that wasn't even right. That is the worst ran restaurant I've ever seen. I came in there yesterday during the afternoon and had no problem. Today it was horrible. Absolutely horrible. And to add the had about 5 people running around not knowing what they were doing or even trying to help. It was a bunch of little kids. The whole management team needs to be replaced is what it seems like cause they don't have a clue either. I've worked in fast food for many years, I know how tough it can get but that is just a lack of leadership. I could run laps around all of them.
