I mentioned to my server that I haven't even seen a whataburger in 20 years and told her my story. This server was so very nice, went back and told the manager and she came up to speak to us and made the stop very memorable! Not chocolate-tasting syrup, and it wasn't even blended. Just sort of swirled. They tasted awful. I was hot and ready to enjoy a cold treat but this was like runny caulk that a stale chocolate bar happened to walk through on stilts. I could not stand more than one or two sips, then I put mine aside to dump in a trash can somewhere. By the time I got that crap out of the car it had melted and was no runnier than when it was frozen. Reader, that ain't ice cream and it wasn't a milkshake. I was not happy! But I got online. We waited about 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Then the window and got our chicken nuggets. I had to call the person back to the window for the sauces. When I was given the food the associated muttered sorry very low. When we got back home our food was cold. I was very disappointed at the service, lack of consideration and inconvenience. This was at the Albertville, Al location. Not likely to go back anytime soon.

We wait almost an HOUR to get this. Other cars behind us was getting their food and they hadn't been there but maybe 5-10 minutes. After 35 minutes of waiting, my grandma went inside to complain. Another 5 minutes went by and by now we had waited an hour. It was 6:00 when we got There and was now 7:00. My grandma went inside to the front to get her money back and instead came back out with our order. Our ice creams were like dog water and my cheese curds were still hot. Somehow. My grandma gets In the car and states. "There were 3-5 bags on the counter that hadn't been taken out yet and ours was sitting up there to.o." The time on the bag said 6:38. Which was the time my grandma complaine, NOT the time we ordered our food. Their food is awesome, really good, but is expensive and is just wasted money for it to come out like cold chili and spilled bag fries. Never going back again.
