Not busy plenty of seats we was taken to the last booth also cold to sit there. I got a hamburger first bit not even warm. My friend got the combo of shrimp, chicken, beef. He said well done on steak came to table raw for steak, chicken not cooked, he didn't try the shrimp. Ask for a manager the waitress said what's wrong. Didn't want to tell the story 2 times. I said to her manager. Man comes over just looks at mel had to ask if he was the manager already knew from that alone he didn't care. Told him he said sorry. Nothing else to have us come back. We went to Longhorn they were packed so know why on Sunday they didn't have business. Everybody went to Longhorn. Are food from Longhorn was hot and tasty. And a great waitress. read more

This place is fine, but I wouldn't necessarily stop in again unless I had to. Pros: Everyone was friendly, from hostess to our server The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms There's plenty of parking There's something on the menu for everyone, I guess Ample gratis rolls with spiced butter Prices are quite reasonable Cons: The server forgot I had ordered a salad until I reminded her when she checked on us halfway through eating our entrees (and the salad had some really gross chopped tomatoes included, not that I wanted it at that point) My burger had absolutely zero seasoning, and it was DRY--even the ketchup at the table couldn't save it. I would have appreciated an offer of mayo, mustard, anything...but the whole salad debacle interfered The mashed potatoes were FOUL and ice cream scooped (never a good sign) When you have that many items on the menu, you know that things are being microwaved and little attention is being paid to details With that said, for what it is--basically Applebee's and Outback had a baby and decided to have Chili's (for the fajitas) as a godmother--it's alright. There are many other local (non-chain) joints in the general vicinity I'd patronize first. read more

I came in here with a group of business clients and they were quick to say that it was a favorite spot of their's. Crazily enough, I had driven by s few if their locations and always said that I would stop by by never had so I was kind of psyched that today was finally the day. This particular location appears to be extremely popular as we pulled up a bit after eleven o'clock in the morning and a crowd was building up already. We were seated and given our menus and our drink orders were taken. Everyone else at the table ordered either the filet mignon or the salmon, so I figured those were the two good choices, so I went with the filet mignon with a loaded baked potato and I had ranch dressing on my salad. We also got the sausage appetizer and the boom boom shrimp appetizer for the table to share. Both appetizers came and both were good. My salad came next and it was also good and they put on enough salad dressing (few places put what I deem an appropriate amount of salad dressing). My filet mignon and loaded bake potato were good, especially for the price point. I would definitely recommend a visit here. read more

the food was great! the service not so much. not only did it seem to take forever to get our orders, but she was openly rude and condescending to another waitress. it was incredibly unprofessional. The other employee was obviously younger and new and I've never but more put off by my own waitresses actions not even directed at me. I believe her name was crystal. I hope the younger girl doesn't quit because of how older staff treat them. read more

If there is ever a mess up the manager is quick to come out and apologize and fix it very rarely that happens but hey life happens but especially when it's busy! Traveling, this was near our hotel and, after a long day, we wanted a nice evening meal. Seated immediately, we ordered a beer/cocktail and looked over the menu. So many choices and prices were so reasonable imo. We settled on chicken fried steak and 12 oz sirloin, both meals came with a generous and tasty house salad (the croutons were killer!) and a side (we both chose a baked potato, $.99 made it loaded). Meals were enormous! Perfectly medium rare steak(ordered mushrooms and onion topper for additional $1.99) and crunchy chicken fried steak (so tender!) were so satisfying. We also ordered a full rack of ribs to take home for the next day. Delicious sauce, nicely charred and very tender but with a bite. Another large side salad and big baker made for a great carry out. Three huge meals, two beers and a cocktail and less than $90! Friendly staff, neat old-timey western decor, lots of parking -if we lived in the area this would be our go-to date night! read more

I was rolling solo for business. Sat at the bar for my dinner. Tia, the bartender, was great! She was fast, attentive and engaged with all her customers. She took my drink order with quick delivery. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, meat was seasoned and flavorful. Got side salad instead of fries. Large salad, fresh crisp lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes and perfect amount of ranch. Tia brought the salad out within minutes of ordering and the Philly was not far behind. Fresh hot rolls were tasty w/cinnamon butter. Inside was clean, cold AC and nice energy level by team. The food was decent but waiting over an hour for the food to make it to the table was frustrating and disappointing. We watched two tables around us get their food and leave and others show up and get their food and leave, and then I realized how long we had been waiting. Eventually we got our food and our food was comped, but I'm fairly sure I'll never be back to this location again. I won't be reaching out so you can regain my confidence. Your bathrooms are terrible btw. You walk in and there's no air circulation and it smells of urine, you can tell the walls haven't been washed in days, not to mention the soap dispenser was empty, so I'm pretty sure the people that work there aren't benefiting from that in any way, along with the customer base. Look I get it, it's Albertville, but I've been to several of your locations in the USA and this location compared to all the others is scraping the bottom of the barrel in most every category. My family and I came to Albertville from Arab to eat dinner. We had a about a ten to fifteen minute wait after being told it would be about thirty minutes. That's always a good thing! Once we sat down the waiter was Johnny on the spot. He did very well with getting our order correct, out in a timely manner, and following up to make sure that all was well. My only complaint was that the ribs could've used a bit more barbecue sauce when they came out, but nothing that the waiter couldn't bring me to add. read more

We came in with a large party as part of a baseball team - about 26 or so. Service was not good, very slow. Food was ok, but nothing to write home about. Steaks were just ok - not much flavor, needed to break out the A1 sauce. Management offered the entire party her "employee discount" but then only provided free non-alcoholic beverages on our checks. This restaurant is not ready for the clientele visiting the town for travel sports. Will look elsewhere next time. read more

Five of us had lunch here. We all enjoyed our meals. Two of us had the A burger, a large multi layer burger. It was very moist and very good. Two had salads which they enjoyed. One had fajitas, which she liked. I thought the slaw was good. Service was excellent. read more

OK on another MC ride and we stopped here for a late lunch. I usually rate these places high and the food was really good. I won't expand on the décor but to just say it is a rustic cowboy type atmosphere with high tops, tables, booths and a good size bar. I had the Cowboy Trio (not sure the name) which had sausage, chicken and ribs... .it was awesome and the sausage was spicy but one of the best I have had in a while. Ribs and Chicken were also very tasty and would recommend this. They have draught beer and a pretty good selection but mostly domestic and no craft beer (+1). Now for the service.... This is the first time I actually thought of asking the manager to change servers... it was terrible. First she was very loud and did not even know what they had for beer, or food and was pushy and tried to hurry us... and when we ordered, she brought the wrong beer.. ..and then with her boss there said we must have changed our mind.. which we did not. basically blamed us for her mistake.... Then it took forever to get our food and then it was impossible to get her attention after that and to get things we needed I flagged down another server... When the bill came, we paid with Credit cards and after we signed them, she took our copies and crumpled them up and took them with her. When she came back and we asked for our copies she was visibly frustrated, huffed and walked off... I actually lowered my tip after that, which is something I never have done before. The food was very good and a good value, but it was so tainted by the service I did not enjoy it as well as I could have. I give this a 1 for service and a 4 for food... I will give it a reluctant 3.... Service is important in my book. read more

Came on the Saturday before Easter and they were fairly busy. I sat at the bar and it was clean and well stocked, and the "bartendress" was in good spirits. It took a little longer than usual as she was the only one at the bar and as I said they were busy! I had the grilled tilapia w/grilled shrimp that came with a house salad and I ordered mine with broccoli. It was pretty good overall and the food was prepared well and cooked as it should be, and the salad was pretty tasty to. They're ranch dressing is homemade and pretty good imo. I live right down the street but this is my first time back in a while so I gave them 4 stars because I usually reserve the 5 star rating for a little better service and superb quality. However, this is a chain restaurant so u can't have to high of an expectation, but again overall it was pretty good and I'll most likely come back on a fairly regular basis read more

My husband & I went here and we sat at the bar! The bartender was a bit of a smart butt, he acted as if his "shit doesn't stink" (for lack of a better wording)...he wasn't cute enough or good enough to be that cocky! I ordered an appetizer when we ordered our first drink, 2 drinks, food ordered, & our salads out later, still no appetizer! Every time I ordered a drink, he acted like it was a burden! We finally got our Wagon Full...the steaks were over cooked, but the chicken and ribs were delicious! Never received our appetizer! We love it here and will be back, but will wait for a table if the same guy is behind the bar!
