We just email what we need printed to the address provided, wait for a barcode or number as a reply, and then insert our Debit card which just charges us for the paper and ink and not any time used. Compared to printing at UPS, it's a lot more affordable and the Paper Staples uses is much more high quality and there's free Staplers, Hole Punchers, and Paper Clips for us to keep our work organized and efficient too!
