I absolutely love this location! There's not a ton of resources for UV ink in the inland empire so it's really nice to be able to just drop by anytime for last-minute jobs. Their customer service is top-notch, they are rarely ever out of stock, and they sell their ink at an affordable price. They also have a ton of machines to choose from, if you are looking to buy a printer! They're easy to reach as well. I've done business with them for over 4 years. The best treatment and service came right up until the moment I purchased my machine. It was mostly downhill from there, and quick. In that time I've put up with a lot of issues. A lot. Ignored service requests, no show service appointments, being sent near expired ink etc etc. I could probably write at least five or six additional paragraphs getting really into the things that I've gone through here, but I'm going to focus on two more recent incidents. The first is why I ultimately stopped buying my printer ink here. At one point, I had ordered a batch of ink, that typically arrives within a day or two. I was low and I needed it. It took them over a week and multiple calls to get them to actually ship the order. The excuse I was given was that the person who normally ships these things was on vacation and apparently nobody else in the company can handle that. I can't just put my business on hold like that, so I went elsewhere. The second was the final straw. I contacted them for a service request, for a printhead replacement, and to correct what seemed to be a vertical alignment issue. It took 10 days for them to get the technician out, and when they finally did, he left my printer with more problems than it had when he arrived. He came back the next day and didn't resolve the issues. He came back the day after that and didn't resolve the issues, and then ghosted me. This ended up with me having to operate at a dramatically reduced production capacity for a total of 12 days. For extra seasoning, he somehow burned the majority of my ink supply on that first day when that was never necessary. I had nearly full ink in every cartridge and he left me with below 40% most and less than 25% in a couple. I've asked other technicians who work on these machines whether that was necessary and they have unanimously told me it's not and don't understand why this was done. I contacted another service provider, who came out promptly and fixed the issues. It took them 2 hours to get it right again. Other issues were found, like certain parts not being replaced during prior service calls, that should have been. If I could do it over again, I never would have done business with this company. I'm glad that I won't be going through any further stress with this company. read more

Hello my name is Kolar and I own the business Press and Ink for which a Roland was supposed to be serviced by your company. You came in on May 5th, 2022 without the parts as you didn't have them in stock, and said all the machine needed was a cleaning and a head swap. This turned out to be inaccurate as per our conversation the next day. The same error code came on. You promised (and we do have the text) to come back out and finish the service job. You have not done so for two months. We cordially request that you arrive here by Monday otherwise I will have a lawyer get involved as your inability to provide accurate and true service resulted in our warranty expiring before you fixed the issue and fulfilled the service ticket. You got paid, but didn't finish the job. read more

Had a problem with my Roland SP300i - Called a few places, either they didn't answer, or told me to email them and someone will return my call (not the answer you need in an emergency with a machine that runs your business) I called Advanced Color and they gave me some quick advice before I asked them to help / service my machine, the problem was very easy and simple and did not require a service on my machine that costs a lot of money. Honest business, not out trying to get your money - and the person who answers the phone actually has knowledge of machines and the industry.
