Joe called me within 24 hours of my request, schedule a time to come out, and provided a thorough plan, water test, and estimate. He was very professional and patient with me and my family. He was very knowledgeable about everything and explained the difference in softeners, process, etc. He was so helpful during that process we went with a softener and reverse osmosis setup. How I am not some Country Bumpkin you can continue and do this to! My wife and me tried to stop in the Greencastle Office following Monday as to why we were left hanging? (Customers for several decades with full well & water treatment from Negley's) They refused to come to the inner locked door, wonder why they installed this I thought? Negley's hired a lawyer and put a Restraining Order against us! Tell me what will an elderly couple do that they enforced such an action against us, complain, plea for help, what? I called them on the Friday afternoon of the weekend before Thanksgiving, and they sent out two guys first thing the next morning to stop the leak/bypass the system so I could have water, but no leak. They were super informative, and friendly. We needed a new water softener - and I was again impressed by the level of service from Tri County Pump Service. Firstly, the gentleman who was to install the water softener came out two days before scheduled to ensure that he would be fully prepared to install the system on the Wednesday, and noted that the filter needed cleaning, so informed me he would bring a filter for that as well. On the day of installation, he was early (which was fantastic! so rare in a contractor!), quickly removed the old system and installed the new system. It is the little things that really made me happy - he explained what I needed to do moving forward with the new system: when I should add more salt, when I should change the filter, how often it should be service. He left me one of the empty bags of the salt so I have a reference when I go and buy more bags of salt. This makes life easier for me, as I have never had a house with a water softener before. Fantastic service from Tri County Pump Services. Will definitely use them again if/when I need further plumbing services at my house.

Yes - I knew it might break, you sign off on any and all issues that might happen.... But they should have stopped and handed over to the well drilling company prior to causing irreparable harm in my well. I was left and forced to drill an entirely new well due to the mess. They left behind a proper well company could have done other things to get that well pumped up, but not after it snapped. This has ended up being a $50,000 plus problem.
