I have had 3 different water treatment companies "attempt" to fix my water and have had nothing but nightmares. After 20 years of what I thought was a losing battle, a friend of mine referred me to Culligan. The sales rep was one of the nicest young men I've met in a long time, and he took the time to listen to my previous experiences. He gave me 2 options. I chose the HE softener and it was well worth the extra money. The installer was very professional and took the time to explain the system to me when he was there. The rep did a follow up visit and made sure it was working as promised. After 20 years of dealing with the other "so called" water treatment companies I wish I would have known than what I know now. I should have just called Culligan to start with. After 6 months, I have now referred my sister, 2 co-workers and we are installing another Culligan at our weekend cabin as welI.
