I can't say enough good things about the All About Plumbing company. First let me tell you their work is excellent and prices very reasonable because they are family owned and have non-commission prices. That means they have set price prices - unlike other plumbers we have used in the past who charged us as much as they thought they could get out of us! There were no set prices with them! Nick, the owner, usually answers the phone and is always pleasant and helpful. I was able to ask him a lot of questions to see if we can determine what the cause might be for not having enough hot water. We requested someone come over to see why we did not have enough hot water, CJ and Dalton came. Both these men were courteous, friendly, and knew their work! They found the problem and answered all our questions. They were honest. It was determined that a handyman we used to fix a leak four years ago must have accidentally switched the positions of the hot and cold water hoses behind our clothes washer. So, when I washed with what I thought was cold water, hot water was really coming out. Since the men were here,we also asked them to change our water valves to make it easier for us to turn off water in an emergency and they did that. We also showed them what we thought was a leak in the toilet of one of the bathrooms and they fix that too. Their attitude was great. They took care of everything for us The bill for the amount of time they were here, their supplies and valves was very reasonable. They installed our hot water heater two years ago and now they helped us with the plumbing behind our washer. We've been 100% pleased with their work each time. They came to my house about a month ago to replace my 80 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon. I called on Friday and they were there on Tuesday. They were cordial and respectful. I had a third party pay for the water heater, and with no complaints they took the information, they emailed all details and warranties to the payor. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned the area before they left. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs. The water heater is working fine. I needed to replace my water heater. After getting quotes from a number of large well named plumbing companies I was disappointed. I didn't feel any of them were being truthful to me of what needed to be replaced or the cost. I finally contacted ALL ABOUT PLUMBING and spoke with Nick the owner, finally I found a contractor I felt I could trust. He was very open as to what my options were and which ones would save me money. He advised me on how to buy the water heater and water softener from Lowe's even though it was a lot less than buying it from him. I ended up buy my water heater from Nick but bought my Water Softener from Home Depot. Nick coordinated the delivery of my water heater to arrive just before his technicians shared up. They were timely and very professional. Once they arrived they took the water heater and my water softener to my location and installed it less than three hours. They removed the old equipment and cleaned up everything there. Work was very professional, quick reasonably priced and I couldn't have picked a more pleasant people to work with. Sewer line was backing up repeatedly. They were able to come out almost immediately, snake our line and run a camera down it to diagnose what the issue was. Very friendly, and made what I thought was going to be an absurdly expensive and problematic experience much more affordable than I thought and much easier to fix than I thought as well. read more

I've called them for three separate issues (dewinterizing after we bought our house, leaky ice-maker pipe/undersink fixture, non-functioning disposal) and each time they've been helpful and courteous. (And in the case of the disposal, when it started functioning again, the gentleman on the other end gave me some helpful maintenance suggestions even though I ended up not needing a plumber to come out) The plumbers who came out to make repairs were equally as professional and clearly explained all the work they were doing. The replacement parts were also solid, far better than what they were replacing. (Copper piping replaced the cheap, leaky plastic that had come with the house) We still have a lot more work to be done on our house's plumbing, and we'll be calling All About Plumbing for all of it. read more

Home Depot quoted me a ridiculous number; these guys quoted me a QUARTER of that price...and then when all was said and done, they came in UNDER the quoted price. These guys are the best. We used them about 6 months ago to replace our pump for our well. They were fast and efficient. The price was more than fair. Then about a week ago we had to replace our water heater, again, they were on time and were very fast and did a great job. I had my garbage disposal go out and contacted All About Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment right away. On the day of the appointment, they called me to let me know they were on their way. When Justin got here, I let him know the other few things that I wanted looked at in addition to the garbage disposal. He was very polite and professional and the job, including the other few things, was done rather quickly. I was surprised and happy with the service. I, also, asked Justin about another service and he was very honest in his answer. Most companies just try to take your money and say, sure we will do this and that even though you don't need it or it won't work in the long run so I really appreciate Justin's honesty. Fast and courteous service in an emergency situation. Came to my house within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday night at 10:30pm! C.J. diagnosed and solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. We called all about plumbing to fix our water heater which had 2 bad heating units that had been fried as an after effect from a power surge that also ruined the breaker. The plumbers were there 2 hours within our call and discovered the breaker issue. They were exceptionally polite and explained everything. I highly recommend their services. Wow! What a perfect experience! Called today. Came out today. HONEST and polite and neat. Had a home inspector tell us our tub faucet was leaking and had to be repaired. All About Plumbing guys checked it and said it definitely was not leaking. You just don't find that kind of honesty every day. We had them replace the part anyway to satisfy the inspector. Could not be happier with this experience. We were not looking forward to having to get plumber as we could not find anyone who "knew a good one."
