Mr. Naccash, talked about the 1st issue and we made a agreement. My written and signed contract contract reads: "The Privacy Fence will be install exactly like other privacy Fence already exisiting on property". It's SLOPPY work, Mr. Naccash agreed he come out and fix areas. Example screws not nails, butt up to building, down to survery marker, spacing was not consistent at all, quite a few boards were really crack ... No more cash deals for me. It's December 2024 it has not been fixed. Pictures or show is available.

I was given a list of supplies to order and had delivered and the team showed up the next day to start work. Everyone showed up with a good attitude and work ethic. They cleaned up the lose trash daily to keep the area clean. It was a huge job and I had other bids from $16,900 - $21,075 so I felt like I won twice. I got a fence and a much better deal with doing it this way. I liked the transparency of their deal much better than the other companies, cause I knew their labor numbers were very high. Lumber/80lb bags of concrete cost me $4,720 plus delivery. Labor cost me $7,950 after some wheeling and dealing. Grand total: $12,870. Savings is: $4,030-$8k + Great family owned business and I appreciate the deal and great work. It was worth every penny!

We wanted a large chain linked fence area for a chicken run…read more And as I mentioned to Joe of the problems we needed to solve, he said he could build us a little wood retaining wall, would weld a chain link fence over the top too, and build tunnel from the run into the gated area. Struck me as an eager problem solver. He really did a good job of it over all. The wooden retaining wall wasn't perfect though, like they didn't put a gravel bed down first which AFAIK is usually done. And oddly the sides were built with the angle of the hill slope vs building the side level with the back as it probably should have been (level with the back, then level up to front tapper of a downward slope). Although it added some wacky charm to it which fits our custom chicken coup anyhow. The whole chain linked fence with welded top (of crossmembers and chain link) is great, the tunnel was way better than expected (very study and solid). But I'll take one point off for: A) I wish Joe was a more communicative over the build period, and B) He charged almost double the VA legal max for the deposit. Overall he did good by us and happy we chose Joe to do this work.

He still owes me $1500 for 2 outdoor sockets, 1 indoor socket that he was paid in advance for cause I thought I could trust him. TRUST THE REVIEWS!

I really cannot share enough good words about my experiences with Lion's Fence. Richard, as others…read morenoted, is very responsive. We contracted them for two jobs, one to install three-board estate fencing around the street-facing side yard, and a second job to install a six-foot solid board privacy fence enclosing the rear. Both jobs were done quickly and impressively. Both times neighbors not only came out to admire the work, but also to compliment and ask after who did it. The pricing is highly competitive. Between the cost, skill, transparency, and communication factors, you will be exceedingly hard-pressed to find a better value.

Overall I'm happy with the result. We had Lion's fence build a split rail fence with wire, and they…read moredid a good careful job. The work was done quickly, the fence was laid out straight, the workers were careful of the property line, the wiring is tight to the ground, and overall it looks great. They did a custom style of gate which turned out nicely. The price was good and ultimately they started about 2.5 weeks after I gave my deposit. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and would use them again. The only reason I'm knocking a star is I had to stay on the owners case to get the work done in the timeframe he promised. When I cut him the deposit check, he promised he'd follow up and schedule the work to start the next day when he got to the office, and it would probably be two weeks. What followed was two weeks of emails where he wouldn't respond, promised to again schedule me the next day but didn't, said he had to wait on materials to schedule, said he had to delay because of the weather, etc. With a fair amount of pushing on my part, he did deliver the work in roughly the timeframe he originally stated, but he blew a lot of smoke up my butt in the meanwhile.
