This was a perfect opportunity for them to rip me off badly. Instead, they did an EXCELLENT job. First rate. My son was home, and took some pictures for me, and since then I have had the opportunity to get up there and check for myself. I also added a vent for a bathroom fan, so in cutting through the roof for that, I got to see in detail what they had done. It was all done very well. There were some technical glitches on my end with making payment remotely, and Gardyloo worked with me very professionally. All good. I highly recommend this company.

As we approached the service date, he communicated details effectively. On day of service, he kept us notified as our time slot approached. He arrived on time. He estimated 2 hours, and he finished on time. Alex was extremely thorough: cleaning windows, screens, siding, trim, gutters, bricks, stone, and metal roofing. He also included deck washing and walking stone/pavers as part of the work. Moreover, he pressure washed our front porch bench for free. Everything was extremely clean, with many items restored to like new condition. The soft wash process with rinse also avoided any damage to paint, etc. Great job, Alex! I would highly recommend you for future work.

We have used American Home Pride twice in the last year and I'm sure I'll hire them again for…read morefuture projects. The first was wallpaper removal and drywall repair in a large kitchen - it was a horrible job that we started ourselves and then turned over to Jim and his crew. They did a wonderful job, got it done quickly, and the price was very fair. So a few months later when we had a large job they were the first company that we contacted. Jim quoted us a very reasonable price and promptly got to work. We had them paint several rooms including a large 2-story room and ceiling, trim, drywall repair, and whitewash a 2-story fireplace. They also changed a large foyer chandelier which involved getting scaffolding - not a small feat. Jim and his crew were always on time (or called to let me know if they'd be a bit late), always courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and were so patient with my constantly adding things to the job. I have a long list of things I'd like to have done to this house, and I will always go to them first when we're ready to start a project. Highly recommend!

Nate was very easy to work with, he promised work to be finished by 2:30 the next day (which he beat by over 2 hours!), his team got very positive reviews from a handful of visiting friends and family I had helping prep my house, and he was extremely flexible and relaxed about invoicing. The cost for the work (front/back yard mowing and weed whacking) was very reasonable, less than I had anticipated when I started calling around, and the quality was excellent- not a spot untouched, clippings removed, no damage to home or lawn. I intend to keep this phone number on hand and will be recommending them to anyone who needs lawn care.

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The flooring was cut inside our home, leaving sawdust throughout the house, and after the installation we identified numerous workmanship and finishing issues. I contacted Chris and attempted to have these concerns addressed and corrected, but they were not resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating and will likely cost us additional money to have the flooring properly repaired. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. I'm sharing this review in hopes that it helps other homeowners make an informed decision before hiring someone for a flooring project.
