When I initially moved to the area, I had them install a water conditioning system for my home. Yesterday, I woke up and didn't have running water. I called S&L at 9am and their crew was there at 12:30pm. Within an hour and a half, they diagnosed the problem and installed a new well pump at a very reasonable price. Their staff is always knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. I've had previous experience with contractors who screwed me over, so it's VERY comforting having a company like this that I can rely on.

Rob has an eye for detail and worked hard to to match the RO faucet to our existing kitchen faucet. It really is the little details that matter. Our well water tested with 10ppm iron and we called around to several different companies and…read morefinally settled on the most reasonably priced. Long story short the filtration system didn't work and then we had to buy another component. When that didn't work they advised us we needed more. We were fed up and got a local company to come out. They said drill well deeper or they would sell us a new filtration system but it won't remove all the iron. In desperation we searched the internet and found Mr Water's video where he helped someone with 200 ppm iron. We thought if he can fix 200 then we have to contact him about our 10ppm. Mr Water is in Maryland and we are in Texas but he absolutely fixed our iron problem because of his extensive knowledge of quality water, his desire to help others in need, and ability to resolve water problems without trying to sell you everything to make a profit. He helped us by phone the entire way and his recommendation of the type of well water system reduced our iron to ZERO! If only we had contacted him first we could have saved so much money and time. Mr Water helped us out so much and we can't recommend him enough! Fred & Jessa Texas residents

A little background- we live in Back Creek Valley with extremely hard well water. My family LOVES…read morethe taste of our water just the way it comes out of the ground. We fill up dozens of water bottles from our fridge to take on vacation with us, because any other drinking water just can't measure up. Thus our hesitation (for over a decade) to get a water softener. We were referred by our neighbor to Negley's. Our consultation with Jacob was informative without any of the typical sales pressure one might often get. I am deeply appreciative that he had no expectation of any decisions to be made same day. He also set our mind at ease, offering a step-wise approach instead of all-or-nothing. I felt good, not nervous at all, about our investment. Our installation professional was friendly and explained everything he did. Very happy with the process; he even worked around another contractor we had working in the same area of our home. We immediately noticed our hair is softer! We no longer have the water spots at our kitchen sink making it dirty all the time. I notice that our soap suds up better, and we don't have 2 inches of scale on our humidifier elements! The only negative was turned around quickly by Negleys... After a decade of enjoying the taste of our water, it was no longer enjoyable with the water softener. We gave it a week, but we just couldn't do it. Jacob offered an easy solution bypassing our fridge so that we have access to our 'old' water for drinking. Voila!! Perfect! The level of professionalism and courtesy was TOP NOTCH all the way! I called to let them know that no one came to my appointment, where they told me they texted to cancel. I politely told them I didn't receive the text and asked if they can leave a voicemail next time. They said, "I did text you" and abruptly hung up on me as I was in the middle of asking to confirm the number they had on file. She was hostile from the beginning "hello." I asked to confirm my number and of course they reversed my phone number on file. They said they will call back for another appointment....its a viscous cycle.

I am elderly and can't get down under the house to keep an eye on things down there. I asked if he could put a sensor on the replacement tank that would alert me when there was a problem. He came up with a MUCH BETTER idea! He put the new tank in a closet up here in the house so I can monitor and turn off the water supply any time I need. I will also be able to change the sediment filter and UV light bulb. And I can purchase those supplies from Kris so I don't have to go out to the store to get them. All the sediment that was stirred up by the constant water flow also affected my hot water heater. Kris and his assistant replaced that too. They both are so knowledgeable, hard working and great problem solvers. I now have peace of mind that I don't have to worry about what's going on under the house. Thank you Kris! Leslie T.
