Premier is A-1. The installation of our Mini Split Dual Zone AC/heat pump was very professional and thorough. There was quite a lot of construction, drilling, dust, and dirt, but they put everything back together seamlessly-- walls were in perfect condition after having been cut into for the install. These systems are incredibly complicated but Premier's electrical, plumbing, and plastering work was carefully and professionally done--every one of their contractors was a consummate professional. The installed units work excellently. Boris was very thorough, patient, and answered every question, before, during, and after the install. He oversaw the whole project and delivered on every one of his promises. Looking forward to many years of satisfaction with this system, and working with Premier in the future. Not at all happy with Premier's service. Called them during our local heatwave this summer. The elderly persons house inside was 85, almost the persons age. I set up some fans to cool her down. They showed up within a reasonable amount of time. (Overtime)(Under 2 hours.) They put their freon pressure gauge on the external unit. It was totally empty. That was it. He was getting ready to leave, I asked about how do we pay. Sending a bill? NO. Need a check or credit card NOW. How much? Hold onto your hat. $249. Choked. Coughed. They got their check. They however DID NOT get the installation of the new unit. That came down to Martz's for under half the cost of Premier's lowest estimate. read more

I recently had a heat failure with a 40 year old furnace. The first company that came to repair it, diagnosed the problem as a bad gas valve. And after 6 days (admittedly 3 of those days over a long holiday weekend.... ) they could not tell me if they could get the value, and when. I finally called Premier on a whim, because they had installed our AC system and have been so stunning in their service support. Turns out, they now work on furnaces. Tanner was at our home within 2 hours. And found the actual problem to be a relay, and not a valve ! And repaired the system within the hour with a new relay he had in his trunk stock. So Fantastic ! I continue to be impressed by this entire team ! (And this is why we are getting an estimate from them for a replacement furnace ) read more

We realized in the midst of a snow storm last week that our heat pump was not working. Having purchased our home 2 1/2 years ago, this was the first service we were having done to our now 20 year old HVAC system. With our HVAC system seemingly well beyond its normal retirement age, I contacted the sales department at Premier HVAC Services. Jordan promptly returned my call and suggested that they send a service technician out to triage the issue. I received a call back to schedule the service and we were set. Later that same afternoon Terry, the technician called to inform me that he was on his way. Terry arrived as projected, quickly assessed the root cause of the issue and fixed the problem. He let me know that he would update their service database regarding the issue and touch base with Jordan on Monday morning. That's right, this was late Friday afternoon when most of us would be looking to get on with our weekend. Saturday morning we get a SMS from Jordan, checking in to make sure our house was warm. No kidding! Monday morning, shortly after 8 am, Jordan calls to discuss the issue. He informs me that he understands that our system was in good shape and although it was 20 years old, he thought we should be good for the next year or so. He then suggested that he come out to our home and provide us a quotation on a new system so that we can proactively plan for replacing the system during the time of the year when we can take full advantage of manufacturer rebates etc. You hit this one out of the park Premier! Stay away from this company! I paid over $11,000 for a Lennox unit from this company 2 1/2 years ago. Not only did they jack the price up over $2200 more than any other company, I also found out after they never ripped out and replaced the copper in the attic... Which is what should have been done! Simply, due to the fact that it was a completely new unit installed inside and outside of the home. When I called and questioned the owner "Tim" about the copper issue he stated to me "prove it" and then hung up the phone. Now 2 1/2 years later, I call Premier again, this was in June 2021, due to my thermostat not working properly as a matter fact the screen was blank. The technician they sent over clearly had no idea what he was doing just by the way he was acting not to mention the fact that when he stepped outside he stated, "oh this is one of those high-end units, I know nothing about these." Then begins to make numerous phone calls to try to find out what to do next. All the while, I can't believe what's going on right in front of me. Not only did my thermostat never get fixed. I was told it was out of warranty. Although, I called Lennox personally and they stated it has a five year warranty for the thermostat alone and the new HVAC system has a 10/10 warranty on it. Instead of honoring the warranty and doing it the right way Premier were trying to force me to spend $1400 on a new thermostat along with a $189 a month subscription for service related issues! WTF???? Then the technician tried to force an $89 fee on me prior to leaving my home in which I refused. However, they took it upon himself to take my credit card information from the install 2 1/2 years prior and utilize it to pay said $89 fee. I'm pretty sure that's illegal! read more

This is the second install by Premier in three months. Had a split installed in the unheated side of the house. And Friday we replaced the main unit. The installers did an outstanding job. The quote I received from Premier was much lower than other quotes. The owner of the company, Tim, came out via Lowes. He was very professional and didn't try to oversell. While here for the quote, I mentioned that the humidifier had never worked since we bought the house 2 years ago. He spent about 10 minutes looking at it, found that it was electrically connecting to the A/C side instead of the Heat. He fixed it with no charge before we even got to the contract for the A/C replacement. The two installers, Garret and Ryan, were excellent. Everything was completed and tested in about 4 hours. All the areas were cleaned up. I will definitely call Premier for any future Heat/A/C needs. read more

I bought a brand new Lennox heat pump from this company in the winter of 2018. I also pay for a service contract for twice a year check of my new unit. My defrost board apparently went bad and caused the system to freeze. I was charged 49.00 for a diagnostic service call and 352.00 to pay for 1 hour labor to install the new defrost board. To me and even to the repair person, this cost is excessive especially since the defrost board is covered under warranty. This is clearly a defect in the manufacturing of the unit. When I asked for a detailed invoice of what this money was for, I was told that it was for parts and labor. I then said the part was covered under warranty and was then given a different answer that this was for labor. The guy was here less than an hour. Who charges 352.00 an hour. Thought I would help out a local fairly new business in my area but after this experience, I will be looking at other options! read more

My experiences with Premier HVAC Services have been positive. My first experience with Premier was in 2014. They serviced and cleaned my 30 year old central A/C unit. They pulled the unit out and showed me that it had not been cleaned properly in many years. I had just bought the home and the previous owners had someone else who would clean it and service it yearly. My next experience with Premier was in 2016. Again, I had them come out to clean and service my 32 year old A/C unit. At that time, they showed me large rust holes and told me that my A/C was not going to last much longer. They told me it wasn't worth having it cleaned and serviced again and put the unit back together and did not charge me for the service call. In April 2018, it was time to replace my central A/C with a heat pump. I decided to go with a heat pump to use for both cooling and heating. Within a few days of calling them, Tim, from Premier, came out to give me an estimate. He was the most knowledgeable of all the other HVAC people I had spoken to and gotten estimates from. He discussed different heat pumps that I could go with that were sized for my house. I picked the unit that I wanted and within 2 weeks he installed it. While installing the heat pump, they discovered a preexisting problem with my fuse box that needed to be corrected. He sent a licensed electrician out to fix the problem within just a couple of days and at a reasonable price. I am glad he works with a licensed electrician when needed, because that saved me a lot of hassle. Premier HVAC Services exceeded my expectations in every area. I am going to have them service and clean my unit regularly for longevity. read more
