They have free drinks to choose from in the refrigerator and sometimes they walk around and offer you a cookie or chips which is a nice touch! I love how they don't rush you! They work on Sunday too! You won't be disappointed and the prices are reasonable $58 for deluxe pedicure and $40 for manicure! My husband loves going with me, but he won't get color! Lol!! It wasn't overly busy and it wasn't too loud as sometimes nail spas can get. I loved my technician Theresa, she was very friendly and helped do nail art for an upcoming concert I had. I appreciated her quality and when she thought one of the lines wasn't quite straight enough, she took it off and redid it versus just leaving it. She also helped give me some tips on what type of nails might suit my lifestyle since I've had issues with chipping in the past since I play a lot of sports. I thought the price was extremely reasonable at just $45. I will definitely be back.

Now it is so noisy and crowded it's not really a nice experience. Owner prioritizes volume instead of experience. I love my manicurist so I really don't want to change. My daughter however, keeps getting passed on to others even though she specifies who she wants. Update on my review. More relaxed today so maybe the holidays get really busy. Also my manicurist said my daughter should talk to her if she's not getting who she makes appointment with online, that should never happen. Again, I've been going here since it opened 8 years ago and it is a very clean place with well trained manicurists. Very popular and busy especially around holidays. I make appointments in advance about 5 to six weeks but I know many people walk in without appointments.

Would you pay $72 for these? Because I did, and I'm honestly blown away…read more There is a photo of what I asked for vs what I got. The tips are WAY too small for my nail beds, and the acrylic doesn't even cover my entire natural nail. The listed price online is $62, but apparently a "round shape" and French line cost an additional $10? Originally, the nail tech made them extremely long and very square. I repeatedly asked her to make them shorter and more natural, and she seemed increasingly frustrated every time I asked her to fix them. Excuse me? They're my nails. I showed you a picture of exactly what I wanted. I shouldn't have to accept whatever is easiest or fastest for the nail tech. For $72, this quality is a joke. I'm so tired of nail salons rushing through services while continuing to raise their prices. If you're going to charge premium prices, the quality and attention to the client should reflect that. I'm surprised I even paid for these. This felt like the McDonald's of nail salons, get you in, get you out, charge you as much as possible. I definitely won't be back. Listen to your clients, slow down, and make the quality match the price. Steer clear.

I went here with a friend for end of year pedicures instead of doing my own gel pedi for once…read more Doing them myself, they'll last 6+ weeks with no lifting. It's been 1 week today and I already have lifting on both of my big toes. Very annoying but this is the exact reason why I normally do my own at home for free. Also, I got a French pedi and the white is REALLY thick but I'd already asked them to thin it twice and I didn't know how to speak up without sounding rude (thanks autism), so I already knew it wasn't a design I loved but I could live with it in the winter when nobody's really going to see it anyway. The lifting gives an opportunity for nail health disasters so I'm taking them off soon bc that's the real issue. If I didn't know (and do) good nails, I would've been happy with what I got which is why I'm giving 3 stars. If you're looking for a long-lasting pedi, this is probably not be the place your search leads you to. Also, my friend made an appointment for 12:30 and we were still waiting at 12:50 so we had to reschedule so grab a fun snack and drink before coming if you do schedule an appointment! I would normally take a star off for that too, but the staff was nice and the place was clean (:

The shape is nice and even, the color looks natural, and the whole set looks really clean. She has been showing them off ever since we left!! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the owner. I speak Vietnamese, so I understood what was being said during the appointment. For pretty much the entire time we were there, I heard the owner constantly commenting Kim and on her work. One minute she was saying she was taking too long, then later saying she needed to hurry up. It felt like Kim couldn't win no matter what she did. Honestly, it made things a little uncomfortable and for my wife... Kim stayed professional the whole time and focused on my wife's nails to make it to perfection. Personally, I rather have a nail tech take her time and do it right than rush through the appointment. Kim deserves a lot of credit because my wife's nails turned out BEAUTIFUL!! We definitely book with her again. I just hope the owner is a little kinder to her staff because from what I saw, Kim was working hard and taking good care of her customers.

I only had a little bit of time, and I really needed a pedicure, so I stopped in and asked if they could take me in as a walk-in. The place is very pretty and the chairs are some of the best I've ever had in. Amy was able to take me for a pedicure immediately. When I tell you... This was probably the best pedicure I've ever gotten. And I only did the basic package plus gel! I'm honestly in shock I'm kind of annoyed that I haven't tried them sooner. As I was receiving my pedicure, I noticed just how clean the place really is.. I watched another woman dust and wipe down counters and lights that already looked pristine. In fact, I was at Nirvana the other day and I noticed how dusty the lights were.. and not the lights up on the ceiling, but the lights like at the tables. Not to knock them or anything, I do like to get my manicures there... But I will most definitely be coming back and seeing amy again. I'm more or less just wanted to write a review because my experience was 10 out of 10.
