The Wait Staff was great, the premise is neat and clean. They serve the nasty Grand Ledge water with no other bottled water options. The food was bland just looked Italian. Most of all because the way the place is designed the noise level is insane. We had to lean into the table just to hear each other talk and it was just a normal dinner crowd. Amazing Chicago Style pizza! It is on par with some of the best restaurants in Chicago. Their chicken wings surprised me and is now one of my favorite wing spots. I also really enjoyed the Pasta Roma and it is a big portion, as it comes with salad and a breadstick. read more

My fiancé and I had our parents meet here on a Friday night. We called 30 min ahead and we got right into a cozy booth for 6 adults. The Italian dishes were greatly portioned. Stopped in for a quick lunch on our way through. My wife and I shared a 10" Calabrese Pizza which was perfect since we were not very hungry. It was delicious, even though I must add that I asked for anchovies on my half, adding just enough of that extra saltiness to the pizza. This is hands down the best place to go for Italian in the area. This is where the locals go. The prices are so reasonable and the food is fantastic. The calzones can feed two people, the pasta dishes are also amazing, they even have a salad I order all the time. Perfect for families and large groups too. SO GOOD. My friends and I had been craving good pasta for weeks and couldn't find a good place in East Lansing. My friend found Cugino's on yelp because they had gluten free pastas and she has a gluten allergy. It was only about a 20 min. drive from MSU. The atmosphere was great, felt like it was a very family oriented restaurant and had a lot of high schoolers working there. Also had a cute patio. Also the service was surprisingly very fast. The pasta was amazing, and the Chicago pizza looked even better. We decided we had to come back to try it later on this summer! read more

Follow our fellow Yelper's recommendations when you are in Grand Ledge, Michigan This is a great Italian restaurant. There was no wait when we arrived and we were seated in a comfortable booth. When our waitress came to the table we asked for suggestions and we finally settled on the lasagna (full order) which comes with side salad or soup and garlic breadstick. The side salad was a great size and had fresh vegetables on it. This is a great value with dinner orders. The lasagna was excellent. It is an enormous portion served piping hot and covered in cheese. The garlic breadstick is enough for two people. Our service was great and the food excellent. When we were getting ready to leave there was a 50 minute wait. I will definitely return.
