If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I was about 20 minutes away and tried calling in an order, but their answering service kept saying they were busy helping other customers. When I walked into the restaurant, there was literally no one waiting at the counter. When an employee finally came up, I asked if their phones were working. He had to go to the back to check, then came back out. I asked how long it would take to make a specialty pizza, and he just looked behind him and said they could do a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni, sausage, or a personal pan. Used to order all the time from this location all the time, never again. Ownership changed and staff/service if awful. Waited 45 mins past the time the online ordering said pizza was ready. Only got my pizza because we stopped the district manger on his way for a break to ask what was going on. Lobby was packed. The kid working register was rude and handing out wrong pizzas. People that came in and ordered in person got pizzas before online orders. No I'm sorry you waited for ever. District manger was rude and unapologetic too. Ordered two pizzas and paid for them. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I went to go pick them up and they were never made.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This location has gone downhill drastically in the last several months. But my (and several other customers) experience last night was the last straw. Without writing a novel, basically the manager-on-duty was absolutely terrible. She was speaking down to her staff, especially the new guy training at the register. She yelled at a customer for resting his elbow on top of a 2 liter of pop, then told him to get out after he got his food. when I spoke up and told her that was uncalled for and not good customer service, she told me to get out too. I replied that I'd already ordered and paid theo the app and wasn't leaving without my order. She continued to be nasty, refused to give me her boss's name, and forgot part of my order. She then, loudly, demanded my pizza so she could get me to leave. She handed me my food, told me to "get the h*** out and don't come back". I realized once I was home that one of my pizzas was wrong. So I will be returning today to get a refund. Busy days and wrong orders is one thing, but the "service" was absolutely awful and I will never go back, not even once she's no longer employed there. read more

One word...OUTSTANDING. Went to pick up my order and there was a mix up. Upon attempting to rectify the problem, all went south and I ended up with some other poor, unsuspecting chump's deep dish. I don't like green peppers, and he apparently really digs them because his pizza was loaded. Mine however, was plain. Plain ass plain...so be had to be equally bummed. Pizza was fine, customer service was not. Signs clearly stating 3 people at a time in the lobby were blatantly ignored by staff and all the inconsiderate customers. Waited 20 minutes after my pick up time for the crowd of people to leave before I could go in to get my order which I had placed my phone. I have been to this location several times. Each time I have had to wait 10+ minutes for a hot and ready. This time I tried to plan ahead. I called to place an order for pick up and no one answered. I then ordered my pizza online, it gave me a 20 minute estimated pick up time. I arrived 20 minutes after I ordered it. When I walked in the cashier behind the counter was very rude and rushing. He said my order was not ready. I then waited an addition 13 minutes for my pizza to be done. When the cashier placed my pizza on the counter I notified him I had ordered it with sauce. He slammed a marinara on the counter and said "there"! I said I also got a dipping sauce, the cashier then said "well it is right in front of you, grab one." There were at least 8 customers in the restaurant at this time and all were treated extremely rude. I am finally done doing business at this location. read more

Stopped in here for a quick pizza to go. Serious cheese coverage issues. 8 piece deep dish pepperoni pizza had 3 pieces with barely a touch of cheese on them. One piece looked like Frankenstein where somebody got crazy with the pizza cutter. While the speed is a major plus factor, the pizza wasn't even worth the $8. Prepare to add your own mozzarella after you get home. read more

All I've purchased from here have been Hot and Readys, and my employers purchase Hot and Readys every two weeks for the kids at my work. While the pizza isn't anything to write home about, they're 6$ pizza's, and are good for the price. The employees are also quick and professional. I'll continue to get Hot and Readys here for a long time. read more

They quit answering the phone 45 mins before close because they don't want to take any late orders. They have a sign on the door that says American Express cards welcome, but always try to tell me my card is declined. There was no problem with my card either time, they just don't take AMEX and they don't even realize it. read more

Ordered a bacon large pizza. Got an automatic upcharge to the $6.00 with out ordering that. Not sure where the extra most bestest was but not enough cheese and bacon to make a one average pizza. Great scam. read more
