    Meat Lovers Slice

    I recently stopped for some take out slices. Their slices are pre-made and sitting on counter racks. Upon ordering your slice is reheated in the oven before they are boxed and served. The slices are 5.49 plus tax apiece. I paid over $11.00 for the two slices pictured. They are extremely thin, and my slices were unfortunately cold, and sort of mushy. I had very high expectations, and was slightly disappointed. The sauce was excellent, and the toppings were flavorful. The counter person was very nice, and the pizza chef was very busy! There was plenty of seating, and the dining room was bright and airy.

    When this place was Detroit Frankie's, it was the best pizza in the area. When Frankie sold it to Saddleback, the pizza wasn't the same. We made suggestions, they asked us to give them another try, and nothing changed. The dough that they use for the crust is an 8 inch dough, for a 14 inch pizza. If you like super thin crust with a serious flop and no bubbles, this is your place. I prefer real Wood Fired Brick Oven pizza. This is not it for me.

    Meat lovers and Caesar salad.

    Stayed nearby for work trip. Tried slice of day and Caesar salad. Salad was huge! Pizza was really good. I prefer more red sauce but overall I was very pleased with their pizza. Not very busy and employees were very nice and cordial.

    Small location in the suburbs of Lansing. Outstanding service even while extremely busy. Pizza is incredible as well.

THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!…read more I ordered $33 worth of food through the drive thru, a family pack that consists of 6pcs of chicken, 6 tenders, 2 Lg sides & 4 biscuits. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in line, mid day. While waiting for my food I witnessed through the windows, 3 employees laugh/ talk and be on their cell phones. Finally I was handed the bag, I looked inside and no sauces were accounted for. After patiently waiting "again"....an employee came back to window. I asked for the missing sauces for the 6pc tenders that were part of the family meal. She gives me a ton of sauces with an annoyed stank attitude fortunately for her I stayed polite and even thank her. (Bald headed, Scally whack, your hair don't touch your back, gel it, weave it, bi+@h we know you NEED it) (Me being petty) Anyways... I drive home all to find out I paid $33 for a bucket of chicken that ONLY CONTAINED 6pcs & a bag of bbq sauce. I call the store and ask to speak with a manager. I explain how I'm missing most of the food I paid for and that I don't live nearby. She says you can drive back out here. I reiterated it's over an hour drive to come back out and then go back home when I was just there. I asked if she could do a partial refund for the food I didn't receive? She said NO we don't do refunds. She said she can't do nothing for me. I ask for a higher up. She said she's not here. You can call tomorrow, she'll be here. I call in the morning to speak with the higher up manager. A woman employee says she ain't here. I ask when will she be available to speak with? This employee tells me, I told you she ain't here. She says I'm also a manger. What's the problem? I explained what happened the previous day. She says I can't do nothing for you. After a lot of back and forth she finally agrees to put my name in the book for me to pick up the missing food. I tell her I can't come right away as I don't live close by or in that side of town. She says fine, your name is in the book. I thank her for her help and that's that. I go today inside and tell the cashier my name should be in the book for an order that was previously not filled. He checks the book in the office, comes back and says my name isn't in the book but he will fill my order anyway. He ask me what it was and I told him. While he's helping me, this "nappy headed ragged womanish it" comes up and stops him. Tells him to come into the office. They're in the office for sometime. They come out and head towards me. The "nappy headed ragged womanish it" says we can't help you. Your name isn't in the book. I just spoke with the GM, Monica, she said NO. You can call her on Monday if you have an issue! Then walks away. The guy says sorry. Bottom line. This store will waste your time. Fu@k your order up. Charge you for food you NEVER received. Give you the run around while giving you a cold NO as if their mistakes never happen. THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! This store charged me for goods I never received that is SIMPLY THEFT. I had to call the 1800 number to file a report for a small voucher that I may or may not receive via mail. This place is a JOKE. The MANAGERS are PETTY af.     Wish I could give this location a zero. Ordered utilizing the app for a family meal. Order went…read morethrough great would be ready at 6:45. Went in to grab the order. Was told it was the order on the rack, got home and not the right order at all. Completely different. Not only that, the chicken was terrible. Took a bite and saw feather parts still on it. Tried to call to get a refund and the phone is off the hook so people can't call. Just disputed the transaction on my credit card. So they can GtFOHwTBS
