The food was amazing. Unfortunately our server was extremely rude and unpleasant. From the moment we sat down she acted like it was inconvenient for her to serve us. We had to go up to the counter for our own refills and when we asked for the bill to be separate for two different families (which we made clear at the beginning that they would be separate) she huffed, puffed rolled her eyes aggressively and then continued to rudely snatch the original bill off of the boxes that were in a costumers hands. After speaking with the manger (who was very accommodating) the girl that served us stood behind the counter starring us down and on our way out said she doesn't know what she did wrong.....very disappointing :/ read more

Last time I ordered a got very little pepperoni on the DOUBLE Pepperoni pizza. I left it alone. We were hungry. Just a fluke I thought. Today I ordered the same with extra desserts. Ordered online. It did not show up. Oh called and the manager said she tried to call me to tell me there are no delivery available. However she stated the last number in phone number was wrong. I update it every time I order. But what really irked me is the customer service I received. She stated she tried to call me so there's nothing she can do about it. Very sad. I've ordered a lot from them for the past two years. It's the only pizza I ever order. However this place seems to be going downhill now. I guess there is always dominoes. Pizza was just okay this time. Ordered the ultimate cheese pizza. For some reason it comes with a cream sauce which the server mentioned so asked for marinara instead. Unfortunately, pizza still came out with a white cream sauce on it that tasted different Also, server did not check in on drink refills. All in all not a bad experience. Writing this review more to let ownership know small tweaks can bring this place at least one more star and likely more business. read more

It's a pizza hut, so the food itself is pretty standard flavor-wise. But I'm giving this place 5 stars for the always excellent staff they have working here. They are always super nice, easy to work with, and I've never had a problem. I have a regular order, and when I forget a small side, they were sure to add it for me anyways. I go well out of my way just to come to this Pizza Hut, so highly recommend. read more

Pickup a carry out order and it took a good 5 minutes before any one even came over to help me. The pizza was beyond greasy, like almost soaked through the box greasy. The pizza was horrible. Everything tasted like it was made with product that had gone bad. It just left a bad taste in our mouth. Have not been impressed with the quality of food for awhile now. read more

Apparently we got the C Team tonight ( calling them the B team would have been generous). Ordered pasta for dinner, simple enough, told us we would have it in 30 minutes. Fast forward to over an hour later we call to ask where they are, and they claim they didn't have our apartment number (which we gave them, twice) and instead of calling us they just didn't do anything at all. Then, we waited another hour because they clearly hadn't even made our order the first time. Lady shows up and claims that they gave her the wrong cell phone number and that's why we didn't get a call.....I call BS. Pasta was luke warm and some of the noodles weren't even cooked. Went there for lunch for all you can eat personal pan pizza, took them 20 mins to bring out salad (caesar; how hard is it?!) and bread, and 30 mins for one personal pizza. Awful, and super slow. Go to McD's or Subway or Little Caeser's or starve urself no matter what u do, do not waste your time in this hell hole. read more

Orders there a few times. Generally order the same thing. Generally pretty good. Tonight however, the garlic knots were ummmmm terrible, the crust on the pizza was like cardboard. Super disappointed. Called to complain and was put on hold for 7 minutes, the manager was "unavailable". Called again, was hung up on. Called a third time and was hung up on again. Finally got to talk to the manager. She seemed lost. Told me that they ran out of garlic knots so they bought some locally, also they ran out of hand tossed crust so they used a flattened pan crust is what she said. Didn't know how to start a refund. So was put on hold again.... said she would take down my info and refund me later...... last time I order from there. Pepinos from now on. read more

We were at Pizza Hut in grand ledge michigan - on 2/11/2017 for dinner about 5:30 PM - they were not busy (when we arrived-by the time we left they were a little busy)...... There was only seven people at our table. We ordered drinks and the waiter brought all cold drinks and told the one person who wanted coffee that they were making it and it would be right out. He then took our orders for our meal. We waited about 20 or 30 minutes and he brought out one persons food and one item for another person at the table. about 5 minutes later he brought out the food for three more people (with the one pizza the wrong size - ordered a large got a medium)...... He then a few minutes later brought out the food for two more people. The person who got one item they ordered asked about their food - he said oh its still cooking and will be right out. Well as people started to get thru their meal the one person still didn't have their meal and the person that ordered coffee still had no coffee. We were also not offered any refills on our drinks. Our waiter never came back to see if everything was ok. We finally flagged him down and asked for the bill and boxes. We informed him that the coffee had to come off our bill; the one pizza had to be a medium price not large and the one meal had to come off. When he brought the bill back in a while - he brought boxes for two of the things to be boxed up and not the other two. We finally got our boxes; paid and left. Not sure we would go back their again and we use to like that place. Its bad because the next closest is on the south end of Lansing and its not much if any better. What a horrible - bad experience. Its a shame that places can't get good help to do good work and no one seems to care - then they complain when the place closes up - for no business. !!!!!!!!!!! read more
