I would recommend and use again. The Owner Nathan B is professional and a really nice guy to do business with he definitely crossed his T's and dot's his I's when it comes to details. For dinner, we had the ricotta, herb, & spinach ravioli as a vegetarian option, salmon with a lemon dill beurre blanc sauce, and filet mignon with garlic butter. There were a couple of tall tables set up just outside the roll up door of their light industrial space. They had one of their mobile wood fired pizza ovens fired up using olive wood, which was great to see in action. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Perfectly cooked, incredible flavor, and clearly made by people who really know how to do it. For a tasting, we had a great time. We brought our own drinks, some beer and wine, ate our fill, and even went home with full bellies and leftovers. It felt relaxed, fun, and well organized.
