It truly felt like we had family there helping us host such a special day. They brought such a warm, welcoming energy that immediately put us at ease. They went above and beyond with their setup, taking the time to make sure their tables matched our wedding theme perfectly. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it really elevated the overall look of our event. Our guests couldn't believe Max's was the one to set up their own tables. My husband and I absolutely loved it! You can tell they take pride not just in their food, but in the entire experience they provide. And the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with love and care. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it all night so many people went back for seconds (and thirds) and kept asking who we booked. That alone says everything. They were also incredibly attentive throughout the event, making sure everyone was taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. It made such a difference being able to relax and enjoy my wedding without worrying about a thing. I'm beyond grateful we chose them for our event. They exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for not only delicious food, but an amazing, stress-free experience. Truly unforgettable!

Elegante Catering made my wedding party a hit!…read more From the moment my then fiance and I did our tasting, we knew for sure we were going to choose them. First of all, Nestor was so nice, honest, humble, and genuine, and that was really important to us. We went with their platinum plated package, and the price was incredibly fair, and the best package by FAR when I compared all catering companies in the area. Nestor was always available and so pleasant in emails, calls, and had the most calm demeanor. We knew we had to hire them! Then comes our wedding party - they arrived on time, and basically handled everything! They didn't let me do a thing and wanted me to relax and have fun the entire time. Their team was SO nice, professional, friendly, and personable! They even accommodated my request to put the plates on my dinner tables for the photographer to photograph, even though it created more work for them by having to pick them up again for the dinner - they happily obliged and I was so grateful! Also, one of their team members tried helping me figure out a way to keep my centerpiece vases from tipping over because of the wind, that was so nice of her to do when she didn't have to! Their entire team was so nice, the plated dinner was so elegant, the appetizer and dessert table looked so cute, and the food was great too! I had a little bit too much to drink lol, and they handled everything at the end and even put the leftovers in our fridge before they left! I highly recommend Elegante for any party you need! Thank you again, a million times over for everything!

Nestor was easy to reach and very kind from the beginning. He answered my many questions on the different type of menus available until we decided the platinum plated buffet style was the best for for us. After learning that having oysters , for an additional charge, was available we decided to add that option to our cocktail hour. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience cocktail hour as we were taking pictures but we heard from our guest that they were a great hit!! We did however get to try the cocktail shooters and shrimp cocktail. The food was great and the serving of the buffet style was a breeze... it was so quick I was pleasantly surprised it didn't take long to serve 175 guest. Thank you so much!! - Juan & Carolyn

The team showed real professionalism when unexpected heavy rain rolled in. Their staff stayed upbeat, adapted quickly, and took great care of everyone. Service timing was smooth, and the dishes reached tables without delay. My only critique was portion sizes, which ran a bit smaller than expected, and the salmon could have used a stronger sear. Even with those points, the overall quality remained high. Kelly was a joy to collaborate with. Tailoring the menu for our vegetarian and vegan guests was effortless with her guidance. She offered smart, creative ideas that helped elevate the entire dining experience. A dependable team with memorable food and true composure under pressure!

The issue was how late they showed up to cater. Food was supposed to be ready and served from 3-5pm and they showed up at 2:45pm. They cooked everything on site, but it took almost 2 hours to cook and serve. My guests didn't start eating until almost 5pm. I also hired a churro company to serve churros after the food, so their late start caused them to start late too. Suggestion is to check traffic before an event to avoid being late especially if they have a long commute. Also the griddle used to cook food should be bigger to accommodate large parties. The food was good, but I will most likely not hire them again due their lack of punctuality.
