On top of that the two pieces of antique furniture that I had right up against that area is the only thing that got termites. They didn't come in with the furniture. The furniture was destroyed because of the termites that are in the facility. They came up through the openings in one of the other pictures at the base of the wall. And spread out from there. I ended up taking my furniture right to the dump because I didn't want to bring a termite infestation with me

When I contacted management to raise concerns, I was told they can increase the rent however and whenever they want, and that if I don't like it my only option is to vacate the unit. That response is unreasonable, particularly given that customers cannot easily move their belongings on short notice--especially when living out of state. This pricing structure feels intentionally designed to lure customers in with a low introductory rate and then impose steep, frequent increases once their property is stored. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects fair, transparent, or stable pricing. The BBB & Attorney General are currently investigating their practices.
