Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. He finally brought it today and said he was going to handle paying for it until I called his insurance company there's definitely something wrong with this man because he is the one that reached out to his insurance company to file the claim I called to follow up if the claim was made I have all documentation and proof for his insurance company I definitely would look for another mover

They didn't do much talking -- just got right down to wrapping items and putting them in the truck. They followed me to the first stop to drop off one item, and then to the second floor storage unit.
