He was so patient and pleasant to deal with that I was learning to use their facilities or another that was actually cheaper. The day that my husband and I moved our belongings into their facilities we found the process to be Swift and seamless. He already knew what we were looking for so while my husband and Friends unloaded our truck I was able to get my paperwork done. He was kind enough to show them storage unit first so we didn't waste much time. I am so happy I choose this location, it really was because of the Ennio. Thank you for your service!!! I even got the extra safe lock :) more money but worth it.

Unprofessional , unhelpful, rude, terrible staff and worse facilities…read more Their elevator malfunctioned we called the property manager for help by the time they arrived the manager told us the facility was closed. Told us we were trespassing and then called the police!! Can you imagine? We waited for the police but after calling the manager left because they knew they would be in trouble for filing a false police report. Unbelievable treatment! We are going to cancel asap. And file a lawsuit. Beware of this facility.

Staff member at this location is rude and has harassed myself and my family on multiple occasions…read more My first interaction with this employee could easily have been chalked up to being my fault. I was at the keypad and having trouble remembering the unit number because we had recently changed units. The guy comes out and instead of offering assistance he begins to berate me about not holding up traffic. Granted, I was there for probably 5 minutes, but there's a way to talk to people. I try to explain why I'm there; he isn't interested and keeps repeating the same thing, you can't hold up traffic. Fair enough, you could have been more polite, but OK my fault, right? My next interaction with this person, I came with my car and my mother behind me in her car as we are moving a lot of stuff. Mind you, my mother is 75 years old. I open the gate and enter; my mother quickly tucks in behind me to follow so that she doesn't get stuck outside the gate. We park and within seconds, the same guy comes charging out of the office and starts berating my mother now about speeding. I went over to the car and cut him off, telling him to talk to me. He's again rude and has no idea how to talk to customers. You can tell anyone anything in a polite way, but this guy clearly hasn't learned that lesson in life. At this point now I'm seeing the pattern with this person and tell him in not nice terms that he's said his piece, leave us alone, I'm not interested in your attitude. Keep in mind, countless people follow each other in. As I sit here writing this review, two different groups did the same thing, one of them had THREE cars. So why isn't he charging out of the office to confront them? Interesting. Third time. I'm alone, I pull in the parking lot and this time park in a space instead of taking up room in front of the keypad like he asked. We've again changed units, and I need to pull up the app because I don't remember the unit number. He again comes out of his office, this time I have no idea what for, I'm not speeding, I'm parked and out of the way. I open the window and before he starts talking, I tell him...no I don't need any help, please leave me alone. Mind you, this is a SELF SERVICE STORAGE FACILITY, if I need your help I can clearly see you through the window, sitting behind your desk in the office, I know where to find you. At this point, it's clear, this guy gets off on bothering and harassing people. Fourth time, yeah there's a fourth time, was today, and its way past time to file a complaint. I again pull in and park. This time I'm on the phone talking with someone in the car so I'm not ready to go inside. What happens? Of course, he comes over to the car. Now, I know my limits, I just keep my head down and keep talking to avoid confrontation. Of course, he can't take the hint and knocks on the window. So, I look at him and shake my head and wave him off. I don't open the window on purpose, so that no words are exchanged. This finally works and he goes inside. At this point I'm like let me do my business and get out of here before anything else happens. So, I pull in and put the person on speaker phone so I can go and get my camping gear. What happens? This ...wonderful person decides he's now going to go inside and confront me at the storage locker asking me if I need any help and starts arguing with me. I tell the guy you already know I'm not interested in talking to you so why are you here? He tells me I'm doing my job, and I want you to know I'm watching you, signaling with his fingers. I let him know, I'm not interested in your help so go back to your office. I then ask him his name, which he of course ignores repeatedly and goes back to his office. What business does he have coming to confront me like that when I clearly indicated at the car that I was not interested in talking? This was clearly an escalation on his part and way out of bounds. Through every one of these interactions, never once have I stepped inside the office or approached this person. He is always the initiator, always rude and abrupt and never with any desire to be helpful; to the contrary! Want to know the best part? Today, we are contacted by the facility, not to apologize, but to tell me that I am now banned from the location. Despite them having camera footage to review where they can see that on each occasion, it is their employee initiating the interaction for no reason other than to be belligerent. Long story short, I've been storing stuff here for easily three years on and off because it's close and convenient. The older gentleman that runs the place seems to be a decent, honest guy, but the younger employee with the beard who drives the Chrysler 300c, he's going to try someone on the wrong day. For this fact alone, you should avoid doing business here. I'll be out at the end of August and find somewhere else to do business where they understand how to speak to customers. Googling corporate now...

TERRIBLE We booked…read morea storage unit with Extra Space Storage as we needed somewhere to keep our bags for a month as we go travelling. I specifically asked the salesperson over the phone can we access this unit at 8pm as we need to drop our bags and head to the airport. He said absolutely, of course you can, our facilities are open all night. We took a $100 uber from the city to the building and upon arrival discovered that there was no access to the building. We tried to access it for half an hour, whilst ringing customer service trying to see if we could access our storage unit, we were told, the salesperson should not have told you that you could access your unit at 8pm as we are closed. We now have to find somewhere to drop off 6 massive bags before our flight which is in 2 and a half hours or else we are going to miss it. As of now, we are going to have to miss our flight and spend another couple of hundred dollars between us to try reorganise it for tomorrow until we find somewhere to keep our bags which we will have to spend more money on as well. We are also losing a day of travel and a night in our hotel. Ultimately costing us over $1,000 and ruining our travels. Do NOT rent a storage unit with this company.

I have had my storage unit here for 3 years in November and I can honestly say this past weekend…read morewas the worst human interaction I have had with someone there. When I signed up for my storage, I am pretty sure her name was Jasmine, she was such a doll. Sweet and just explained everything to you when you signed the contract. Greg, he's not very nice but he's respectful. Now Jason the "assistant manager" as he so pointed out when I asked his name (last Saturday August 30th) was beyond the most hostile and rude person I have dealt with here. Now let's go back to this scene last week, for the past couple of months or maybe even about a year or so (Sorry my dates are off as I just had a baby) they really want you to bring in your key fob to access the facility. More than half the time I don't have it because I'm running out the house. Anyways this particular day, I had both my 10 month old baby and my golden retriever with me. Obviously I didn't have my key but that's really nothing new recently with me. Anyways, I honestly don't remember if Jason was already sitting at the counter or if I had to call to get access. The point is when he buzzed me in, he asked me for my name and storage, fine ... and when I asked his name because his tone was just too crazy for me especially in front of my baby, he goes Jason and very loudly "the assistant manager." Boo, you're the assistant manager to a storage spot with a bunch old junk we are too attached go let go of ... claps! He buzzed us in and we walked to my storage. We literally not there more than 5 minutes as I just went in to get a pair of clogs since the wear is getting a little nippy. Tell me how as we are walking through the maze of storages, Jason just pops up. Like dude are you following me? Trying to intimate me? What is your deal? Whatever ... we just walked right passed him and left. He probably thought I needed him to buzz me out, no sir I know the doors open from the inside with the sensor. Safeguard, please do better when you hire these people! Have some kind of customer service etiquette... And the only reason why I pay the insane price they're now charging is because it's so close to my house. Also I don't even think your late charge fee is legal ... it's insane. People don't get a storage here .. if I could, I wouldn't walk I would run somewhere else; anywhere else.

New rent seemed reasonable in September - just got a notice that it is going up 45% from $178 to $258. Where do they have to nerve to keep increasing at these rates. I am going to move.
