I have storage here because I needed one after moving out of my apartment. This place is secure, clean and very nice storage spaces. You have to enter a code to enter. They have dolly's you can use to move your things. It's a pretty big storage place. I'm happy with my experience here and the hours are reasonable like 6am to 10pm everyday, even Sunday. Because of a huge increase over the summer I moved to a smaller unit in the building figuring it would be cheaper than hiring a moving company to go to another company. New rent seemed reasonable in September - just got a notice that it is going up 45% from $178 to $258. Where do they have to nerve to keep increasing at these rates. I am going to move. These ppl are out of their damn minds!! How I go from paying $108 a month to them sending me an email that as of 12/1/25, I'll be paying $260? Bypassing the actual price of about $150-$170 for a 8X10 storage. They do this all the time. It's outrageous & borderline extortion!! Has anyone else have this issue? My rent lease WAS upon signing $207.00/ mo. for 10 x 10 with a " discount" Step 1: Give 50% Discount for first 2 months. ( $103.50/ mo.)= total $207.00 Step 2: 2 months passed, discount gone. ( Pay $207.00) Step 3: Wait a month ( b/c they can "reassess every 3-4 months) Step 4: 2-month discount period passed, regular rent restored. Step 5: Now, it is the 4th month- Raise the rent by 50% = $307.00/mo. Step 6: It went from $207 to $307 in 4 months. RESULT: Dangle a carrot, wait a bit and switch! They are now making that extra $100 each month Re-assess: If you hear that they "re-assess" ? That means that you will end up getting another rent increase. "Market: " They say they can reassess your rent and change it to "market". Stocks, housing, and rents go up AND down and it's market. Why is it that the price offered to me and what is advertising so OFF? Why doesn't my cost ever go down per the "market"? WHY IS THIS INCREASE SO IMPORTANT? To control my expenses and my money. clickbait thieves. my niece has had nothing but issues despite the charming reviews. she signed on to a 1/2 first month bonus which ended up totaling her regular price the following month so she essentially paid $300 for one month and one week instead of $150 as negotiated. then to make matters worse they require u to have insurance on items literally in their possession that they insure as overhead. thennnn they increased her rent right after the first two payments... THENNN they told her to pay in CASH as they no longer accepted her bank routing info that was on AUTO PAY. shady thieves would never recommend them. i told her to remove her things immediately. i plan to look into the legalities surrounding these conveniently beneficial to the company, issues. we have formally reached out to corporate to report same. read more
