Natalie to the rescue at Westy…read more.......................... Have to say Arlene and Natalie are professional, efficient, and helpful every time I come in. Natalie this week came to the rescue. Had boxes of my mom's stuff in the car and found out I did not have the right key. Add another 50 miles and 90 minutes to my travels to get the key or cut the lock. Well Natalie got me a new lock, cut off the old one, charged the $13 new lock to my account with just a quick verbal approval from me. 5 minutes tops! Easy as could be. Thank you Natalie!
