Beware!!! I have been storing here for about 2 years now. Every few months or so they up the rate. No real reason why. Today I had asked to submit a request to have it lowered as I have previously. Apparently there is a new store manager, a real alpha bro type. Not only would he not submit a request to have it lowered, his demeanor was that of an angsty pre-teen. I let him know his customer service was about a 4/10, he then replied "your 0/10 sir" and then hung up. That comeback was about as weak as his retention efforts. So many better options at a better rate out there. Be safe in your choosing. read more

Sometimes in life you have to store some stuff and that's what I had to do. Between my place and my daughters place I saw Cube Smart and thought this is the place for me. I walked in and was greeted right away by Jennifer, let me tell you, she is amazing, no really, she is personable, friendly, great customer service, funny and helpful. Jennifer rocks for sure! The prices were fair , place is secured, even has someone who lives on site. Used Cube Smart for about 1 1/2 months, and moved my stuff out, Jennifer made sure the paper work was completed and everything went through correctly! As a forewarning, I am not storing items at this CubeSmart location but at another and was directed here to make use of their truck. This review is a representation of the staff and their services. The staff were courteous, very friendly and knowledgeable. They were ready with the truck within minutes of my arrival and explained everything in detail. Even though I was only borrowing the truck, the staff was kind enough to offer me water on that unbearable hot Saturday. If this location had been more convenient, than the other CubeSmart, I would not hesitate to use it in the future! CubeSmart has always demonstrated impeccable customer service and simple storage solutions for me every time I have used them. :) CubeSmart is the best!!! read more

I have never used a storage facility before so i have nothing to compare my experience to. With that being said, Terina has set that bar very high if I have any storage needs in the future. I created an excel sheet of all the storage units, benefits and prices and it was an easy decision to choose Cubesmart. In addition to offering the most benefits and best prices they have outstanding customer service from the call center to the actual people in the office. I was able to go into the office and talk to Terina as if I have known her for years. She makes you feel very welcomed and is there to help anser any questions. she also helped with recommendations on movers that have helped me tremendously. I would most definately recommend cubesmart for any of your storage needs. After having a few months of no issue with the storage i just found out that when you move out they do not pro-rate any amount. So i have to pay for another month of storage when i only need 12 days of storage. I asked for copy of the cancellation policy because i was not advised i have to pay for time i will not be using. read more

This is the first time ever using Cubesmart and I must say that my experience with this company has been great. But....Courtney....is the BEST EVER!!! My move from my old place was extremely stressful until I went there she was able to help me sufficiently and she was very professional. Courtney is a very sweet woman that I can tell takes pride in her position at Cubesmart. She is literally the reason why I would refer Cubesmart to others. Especially that location that she works at. This location has the the worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. They were extremely rude and very unfair. After doing business with them I never want to return to another CubeSmart and I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere. The employee Courtney refused to give back the $100 deposit after we were only a few minutes late returning the CubeSmart truck with gas filled back to where it originally was. read more

my family is heartbroken. my mother went in here 4 months ago to set up autopayment, because she was going away for 4 months. the lady took her ID, number, all the information they needed then ended the exchange with "all set". now my mother is back and she called to get her stuff and they said they sold her storage unit last month. what the heck? did the woman who set up autopayments get lazy or forget to set it up? why didn't they say anything? they just went and sold all of our baby pictures (giant storage bins, 40 years worth of photos.), her clothes, my band stuff ): all my mother got was a "sorry, cant do anything hehe!" this is heartbreaking. we won't have anything to look back on, anything to show our kids, we don't have anything from our childhood. if someone bought a unit that sounds familiar to this please please contact me. contact cube smart. it isn't like we got lazy or forgot to pay. this is on cubesmart. please return the pictures at least, those can't be replaced. read more

I got this storage unit in September of 2014 with a different manager then the super pleasant woman managing it now. My dad put it in his name with me being a person who has access to it as well. I went to the unit many times and then in Nov my car was stolen with the code to the gate in it. I went in to get a new code and they wouldn't give it to me because my dad was the primary and I didn't have my ID on me. After showing the numerous of e mails that i've received from them and having them call the number on file to prove I was in fact the person I said I was I was finally allowed in. Now a month later I go to access my stuff and my gate code isn't working. I go in and politely tell them I can't access it and they tell me they've locked me out until my dad goes in there and puts me as the primary. When signing up my dad was told I would be able to access my things without him as I was on the account as well, so why is it a problem now?? This manager and I clearly don't care for each other and she is clearly on some power trip, that is why it is a problem now. My dad is currently out of town and can't come in and shouldn't have to. I am on the account as well I should have access to MY UNIT FULL OF MY BELONGINGS. Only one more month and I move into my new place, thank gosh. I will NEVER step foot into another cube smart read more
