Lights come on automatically when you enter the building. And you are required to enter your pass code to enter the building and then pass thru the door to the units. Finally, if there is a problem with your monthly payment, they will reach out to you on the phone rather than send a letter and cause late fees to track up (I had a card expire, so I found this a great courtesy). Negatives: The only easy way to enter is to take the access road heading north. If you are coming from the north, it's a huge hassle going through parking lots and businesses. Also, your monthly rate will go up on you no matter what.

We reached out and eventually were told they were having management issues and no one was onsite. Days later, we had to go buy our own lock, then pick an empty unit, and email them which one we chose for our paperwork. We were never reimbursed for the lock or this issue. Then every 3 months, the rate increases. We have a small unit and in a matter of 10 months, the cost went from around $40/mo to the most recent being $70/mo. We are terminating our contract after this month. Cannot afford the continuous rate hikes.

We were there less than a month, and at…read moreleast 50% of the time we went to get our trailer the gate was stuck in the open position (a keypad). We had a trailer with a toolbox BOLTED DOWN for gear, and someone used a crowbar to pry it up, stole the toolbox, damaged the trailer (I think they tried to steal it because it was cranked all the way down and resting in the dirt), and stole two tires off of the trailer. $600 bucks down the drain and although the purveyor was "nice," THERE IS NO PROTECTION AGAINST THEFT AT THIS FACILITY and they are NOT RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THE LOCK BECAUSE THERE IS NOT AN OFFICE on site. My advice is if you're not made of money and it'll hurt a little to replace your property, find a place for a couple extra bucks that is more secure. Because if someone steals your shit from the "Great Value" Storage lot, it's tough shit. I recommend you not put anything of value at this facility, because the policy is clearly "store at your own risk." I'm sure no one even received an email nor a call that there was a theft not that there was a problem with the gate remaining locked. But if you've got a broken down piece of shit 1962 RV that belonged to your grandma that you're tired of looking at, or can't sell because Mom will have a sentimental conniption fit for your being an ungrateful bastard, put it here.
