I would look somewhere else. They have increased our rental fee and we have only been there 2 months.

Several giant pieces going upstairs, they had absolutely zero hesitation. And driving across the town, the dudes still clocked in under the 3 hour minimum for the entire job. Excellent work truly, will gladly use them again.

Four bedroom three bath home but only one person living in it so there had to be some concessions made, and the pricing could not just reflect the square footage Michael was in charge of our move as we ended up choosing them to complete the task. They were not the cheapest nor were the most expensive.. they arrived promptly at 8:30 as promised with three gentlemen to do the move. All supplies were included we had several delicate items, including some very large screen TVs, some large decorator mirrors. And then abundance of other items, more traditional, like your refrigerator, freezer and washer and dryer. They were very nice and very easy to work with. They were very respectful. We had somewhat of a situation going on and they worked through it with us. They worked consistently for about 5 1/2 hours which included a flat fee service charge and then an hourly rate for three men After they loaded everything that needed to go to climate controlled storage, they also loaded a flatbed trailer to go to personal storage and then drove the moving truck to the storage units we had chosen in Cedar Park. I thought they did an amazing job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! When I went to talk to the storage people and obtain the key and lock, they commented on how nice the moving men that came were and how hard they worked to get everything in that 10 x 10 storage space. It barely fit I'm not sure how they did it, but I was so relieved . I'm so sorry. I don't remember all three gentlemen's names, but they were all fantastic. They worked well together, combining teams to do the wrapping and padding of delicate items. They also were very kind and waited for me to clean out and clean up the refrigerator before they moved it. Thanks so much, In N out Movers !!!! We'll see you again for our move and we will certainly let everybody we know that you did an amazing job !!!

Rustin and his lively crew were fun to work with and did a great job loading / unloading / setting up, etc. None of my furniture was damaged and the team was punctual on both ends. Moving is usually very stressful but Rustin and team had a great attitude / work ethic and kept things moving quickly thereby making the overall move much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this company / crew and will use them again in the future when needed.

They lost many, many items, ruined many items and furniture. Refused responsibility over and over and over again. Rachel, I am starting at the beginning of the move. We were promised two trucks. One short trailer arrived. They were short on blankets, packing cardboard, shrink wrap and tape. They borrowed our packing tape until it ran out and they sent one of your employees to buy some at U-Haul. This was already a red flag. So many of our items were not wrapped or cared for properly. We have moved within the state, and across the country more than once. We have had movers make mistakes, but always own up to the issues and immediately rectify the problems. The people who represent you in the field are hostile, argumentative, defensive, spout Christianity but certainly do not represent. I must say on the front end there was one young man who was polite, kind and always courteous. I do wish I could remember his name. I can assure you his name is not Clinton. This person does not represent you well. He overcharged us on the front end and the owner was kind enough to hear what we were telling him and shocked by what he heard. He said he would take care of us on the back end and to take $400.00 as Clinton had over charged us. The last hour they were there was due to Clinton arguing about how they couldn't have over charged us. I tried to explain to him that so much of the time wasted was because they came so ill prepared to do the job at hand. He kept trying to excuse everything by saying "well we had two trucks break down this week" We asked how was this our fault and how can we be held accountable? Asked why they did not have enough supplies and he just stared at us. Asked him if he were an architect, could he go to work without a pencil or if he were a pro football player could he play without a football. These are tools to the trade. How can these be our fault and cost us time for them to stop to go buy tape? We were told over and over what professionals they all were and how many years of experience they had, but they can without knowing how to remove a safe, enough blankets to protect our possessions, tape, shrink wrap or a trailer big enough to hold our entire order. Had we decided not to take our couch they said they would have had to leave it anyway. As soon as they pulled away, we asked each other how we thought we would find our possessions on the other end. We had no idea when you said you had a storage facility you were speaking of a barn that was extremely hot, contained mice and able to mix our possessions with other people's so as to loose some of our items as well as damage them. We have you address from Mathew and Google Earthed the site. IT IS A BARN. Some of our items are baked. One of our mattress was not covered or wrapped and is filthy and covered with mice excrement. It is about a year old and has been in a mattress cover since with was purchased until pick up by your organization. Several boxes had mice feces on them as well. Our couch had grass and dirt on it. I asked if it was kept in a barn and Clinton said...."you should see one of my blankets, it has pet hair on it" Is that the answer to my question? Upon receipt of our items I began to take pictures and each of your employees began to harass me for taking pictures of our damaged goods. I also took pictures of the items they delivered that were not ours. A really nice red Schwinn bicycle, a framed picture of a small black child (we were asked if we had a "brother" in our family which we found very racist), the top or bottom of something, a package to Kim Hern containing family photos and drawings. We found that stuck in between two of our storage boxes. When the truck was almost empty I asked if they could look for the feet that are missing on a piano stool. One young man said you can come look in the truck if you want, nothing left. I came into the truck and found the glass to our stacking antique bookcase and the feet to the middle of our bed. I kept asking if they had seen the shelves to a cabinet and Clinton said they are here. Don't you remember I packed a couple of boxes for you that day. He packed no boxes for us. Not a one. He charged us for boxes, but did not use said boxes. We are owed for those box charges. I have been told by Mathew, a sales representative at your organization, that never before has this company, Come and Take It Moving, ever mixed up items before and just doesn't believe it now. Well.....how do I have Kim Hern's family photo's? How is it that Kim Hern's items are stored next to mine per Mathew. We had them take the bike back as well as the framed photo. We did not find the other items until after they had left. It is alright to mess up. It is better to fess up and take care of a customer. I was telling Clinton at the end of the delivery that we have moved
