Lauralei, the general manager for this location, was the one who set me up. Everything was as promised. I had a 10x10 for business for a year with no hassles. She was super helpful and offered solutions for the questions I had. The facility was secure and clean, with none of the hassles or risks I've seen with some smaller or less professional storage businesses over the years. I was able to pay my bill online with no real hassles. Checking out when I no longer needed the unit was also done online, no problem. Unfortunately, I'm moving to another region and there's no CubeSmart nearby. Otherwise, I'd still be a customer. read more

***warning to anyone who is considering or has a storage unit at this place*** short summary- some if not all storage units have crawl space openings at the top of the walls and there are no surveillance cameras inside the building hallways. The insurance that you are forced to pay will come up will find a way to not pay out on your loss claim. I had items missing from my storage unit, I immediately reported this to Denise, the only staff on hand that afternoon, I asked her to call the police so I could file a report, and she then told me that I had to be the one to do that not her. When the police arrived for the report, he asked where the security cameras are located. Denise told us that there are not any security cameras inside the building. The only cameras they have are on the exterior of the building. How do you not have security cameras when you have openings from the outside to the storage units? From what the police officer and Denise could tell was that someone had to climb the wall crawl through the top space to get inside the unit, but we don't know because there are no cameras inside, NOT ONE CAMERA. I filed a loss claim with the insurance company that you are forced to purchase when you fill out the agreement. I was told that there was no evidence of a forced entry, so they would not pay out on my claim and that I was out of luck. The insurance policy that you are made to buy is basically worthless and a waste of your money. If you rent a unit from this place demand that management install surviellence inside the building, if they dont do yourself a favor and take your items to a more secure facility that actually has security cameras and fully enclosed units. read more

A very safe and well guarded self storage facility in the area. It is located right off the 91 freeway and green river which is pretty easy to access. I been using this facility for about two months now, and they have great customer service. My only complaint is the nearby smell coming from the train tracks. It smells like really bad sewage of some sort. It is sometimes unbearable to unload your items and dealing with the awful smell. Horrible customer service - Totally got the bait & switch. I phoned the number advertised to enquire about pricing and spoke to a centralized booking office. The agent was very helpful and reserved me a 10x10 unit at a good price. I received a confirmation e-mail and even a follow up call. So far so good. So I loaded up the truck and drove down there and spoke with the manager. He took me to the unit which apparently was in their freight building, and then realized my 10x10 reserved was actually a corner unit with less square footage. I expected 100 sq.ft of floor space but my guess is this was about 70 sq. ft. as the corner was chopped off. No mention when making the reservation that i wasn't getting a square 10x10 unit. So I asked if he had a square unit. The answer was yes...BUT it was in their other building and would cost me an additional $12 per month. Wait a minute - I booked a 10x10, received a confirmation e-mail stating a 10x10 and now you want to charge me more?? No problem if you tell the customer on the front end that it is reduced because it is a corner unit, but not to disclose that on the front end is misleading. I work in sales on a national level and when you agree terms in writing the deal is a deal. Any small print needs to be disclosed up front. So clearly the solution is simple. Cubesmart screwed up so you take it on the chin and honor the price for the customer and keep them happy...NOPE they insist on charging me more despite calling the booking office and the district manager. Wow. And to add insult to injury there is another $12 mandatory insurance charge on top. So the unit costs $24 per month more than expected. I already had a trunkful so reluctantly agreed but was amazed that a business would not honor an agreement that I had in writing. It's plain common sense. You just expect a 10x10 to be a square unit unless they tell you in advance. The manager told me that the booking office does not have access to the actual map of the units to see the unit shapes but to be honest that's not my problem and it would seem logical that they should have that information accessible. The $12 difference per month and reluctance to work with me earned them a 1 star yelp review and potential lost future business. Congratulations. Advice to any potential renters. The units are nice, BUT do not book centrally unless you have confirmation that they are renting you not only a 10x10 but 100 sq ft of floor space. read more

CubeSmart is a great storage company to use. The facility is always clean and organized. The staff gives excellent customer service and is always willing to help you when in need. The facility it-self is well kept and up-to-date. The building has three stories and plenty of space with a vast variety of storage units in multiple sizes. The security of this establishment is also impressive. You get a personalized access code to the front gate and a security pin to the doors of the facility, they have a standard for locks and equipment to keep your belongings safe. One of the nicest things is they do discounts to military, I do appreciate that. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more

We looked and looked and looked for storage places to store our home. My boyfriend and I are in the middle of buying a house, so we literally have had to store our entire lives...needless to say, we're really picky about where we wanted to store our things. Once we checked out Cube Smart we knew instantly this was it! Okay yes, our rent just went up, and there was a hiccup when we first moved our stuff in, but we couldn't be happier about storing our stuff here. They have great hours that make it easy to come and go (some storage places have very limited hours) and they seem to have an insane security system with a ton of cameras, coded doors, gates, etc. The place is very VERY secure and in a good area of Corona. Did I mention Diana yet? Like I said, we had a hiccup in the beginning, and Dianna completely smoothed everything out for us. Insanely professional, and knowledgeable as well. She also talks to you like you're a human being and understands your situation. If you are thinking about renting a unit here, talk directly to her! I also spoke with her the other day about our rent increase and she was very pleasant about the entire conversation and explained everything so well. I am in medical sales and use a storage until yearly for business and have had numerous units for personal. I have ran into horrible service and cleanliness, usually Public Storage facilities, to fair service and still pretty dirty. This complex is completely the opposite. From my first call to the 800 number, to the follow up call from Andrew, then signing the lease and seeing the unit with Dianna, this has been amazing. They made it so easy and found me the perfect unit, with temp control for my implants. I could not recommend this place more. Although they did raise my rent by $2 last month, it is still way cheaper than anything in Orange County, so it's worth the short drive on the 91 (except at rush hour). There were a few negative reviews on this place as StorQuest, but I haven't seen had of the problems they reported with customer service or cleanliness.
