Horrible experience with Chapa's Moving service. One of the guys they sent was hung over, still…read moredrunk or sick. He was very slow. He fell and dropped several of our boxes marked clearly as "fragile". They claimed they were able to take apart and put our sleep number bed together. They took it apart but were not able to put it back together. I called several times to get help for the money I paid to fix the bed and the broken items and they refused to call me back. On top of providing great customer service, her interest in what I was working on was what really stood out. I honestly think she was just as excited about the video proposal as I was! After growing increasingly frustrated with my current storage company's ridiculous fees and…read moreinconsistent pricing, I started researching other options and I'm really glad Stor Self Storage came up on my radar. What immediately stood out was how clear and transparent their pricing is. Their current promotion (first 5 months half off) was too good to ignore, and on top of that, their insurance rate is about $5 cheaper than what I'm paying now. Those little things add up. I submitted an interest form, and the property manager called me first thing the next day, which I really appreciated. We went over pricing, lot sizes, and availability, and I was assured they had my preferred unit size available (I'm planning to go up in size at this location). The best part of the conversation? Even though I'm not quite ready to move yet (likely within the next month or so) I was told they would still honor the promotional pricing whenever I'm ready to move in. That flexibility and honesty went a long way. So far, the experience has been very positive and professional.
