From the first conversation we had, not only was she compassionate, considerate and knowledgeable about what storage would work for me, she also made me feel comfortable at a time where I didn't know where to begin. She constantly is attentive to the property, the storages (making sure they're locked properly) and the customers. Her spirit is one of a kind and she goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure to accommodate everything you need. I was moving stuff in and not only was she cleaning and maintaining the property, she also brought me and a couple of helpers cold water. She truly is remarkable! Drove over hundred miles, literally, to get here and the door is locked sign says back at 4pm. Not here yet, and multiple people waiting to pay before the 4th so they aren't late. I don't rent here. Thank God and I will never recommend this place to anyone. The "on site manager" is anything but nice, very unaccomadating, rude, an obviously not willing to work with anyone to help them in any way.
